Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of new student admissions in improving the quality of graduates at SMP Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques used were: observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out by using the following techniques: selection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: Planning to improve the quality of graduates at SMP Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan, is carried out by determining the target achievement of student activities to be carried out, determining how to achieve them and identifying the possibilities that will occur in carrying out student activities (student).Keywords: Managemen, New Student Admissions, Quality Of Graduates

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in implementing the inculcation of educational values. Al-Quran and Hadith-based characters at SMP Plus Darul Ilmi Murni, Deli Serdang Regency. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using interactive model data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data testing, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of this study illustrate that the teacher plays a role in compiling and developing curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, and methods by integrating with the Al-Quran and Hadith, as well as conveying advice and examples to students. Parents participate and support by educating, supervising, and setting an example in the family environment.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan implementasi falsafah Poda Na Lima di Pondok Pesantren Modern di Kota Padangsidimpuan, dengan fokus pada integrasi nilai-nilai kebersihan hati, tubuh, pakaian, rumah, dan lingkungan dalam kurikulum dan kehidupan sehari-hari santri. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa falsafah Poda Na Lima telah terintegrasi secara efektif dalam kurikulum pendidikan melalui pengajaran nilai, aktivitas ekstrakurikuler, dan sistem pembinaan karakter. Adapun strategi penerapan meliputi internalisasi pendidikan karakter dan penerapan falsafah dalam praktik sehari-hari. Faktor pendukung meliputi komitmen kuat pengasuh, dukungan komunitas, dan lingkungan yang kondusif, sementara hambatan yang dihadapi termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, perbedaan interpretasi falsafah, pengaruh eksternal teknologi dan sosial, serta variabilitas motivasi santri. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya adaptasi strategis untuk mengatasi hambatan dan memperkuat implementasi nilai-nilai falsafah Poda Na Lima dalam konteks pendidikan modern.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to find and describe the similarities and differences in curriculum planning for the Integrated Islamic School Network in the Formation of Religious Character at SMP It Al-Hijrah, SMP IT Jabal Noor and SMP IT AL Khansa Deli Serdang, and 2) to find and describe the similarities and differences in the implementation of the Integrated Islamic School Network curriculum in the Formation of Religious Character at SMP It Al-Hijrah, SMP IT Jabal Noor and SMP IT AL Khansa Deli Serdang. This research approach uses qualitative research. This research is classified as a type of field research, where the research objects and studies are carried out in the field. The results of this research are 1) Curriculum planning at SMP IT Al Hijrah, the curriculum is designed to not only focus on general subject matter but also intensively align Islamic values ​​into every aspect of learning. This includes not only classroom lessons but also extracurricular activities, all of which aim to support the development of consistent Islamic character. And 2) The implementation of the curriculum at SMP IT Al Hijrah includes the integration of Islamic values ​​in every subject as well as actively involving parents and the community in the educational process, creating a supportive environment. Jabal Nur IT Middle School implements a religious routine every morning and a structured Islamic Personal Development program, ensuring that Islamic character education permeates students' daily activities. At Al Khansa Khalifah IT Middle School, the focus is more on daily religious practice activities and the integration of Islamic values ​​in each subject, with extracurricular activities that support strengthening these lessons.
