Abstract

Kepercayaan publik atas pelayanan yang baik harus senantiasa dibangun dan pemenuhan harapan juga tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan yang prima juga harus terus ditingkatkan. Pelayanan publik dalam administrasi kependudukan menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan harus dijalankan, termasuk pleh para Pengurus RW dan RT sebagai ujung tombak dan kepanjangan tangan dari pemerintah sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 215 tahun 2018. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh Tim PKM STIA Bagasasi bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, pemahaman dan sosialisasi mengenai peraturan, prosedur dan tata cara Administrasi Kependudukan di Kelurahan Mekarmulya Kecamatan panyileukan Kota Bandung. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar, diikuti dengan antusiasme yang tinggi dan didukung penuh oleh Pemerintah setempat, masyarakat dan LPPM STIA Bagasasi. Peserta sebanyak 63 (enampuluh tiga) orang mendapatkan informasi yang menyeluruh dan diharapkan di waktu yang akan datang kegiatan ini masih bisa terus dilanjutkan secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan agar pelayanan kepada publik dan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik dan tuntutan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan public yang berkualitaspun semakin terwujud. Public trust in good service must always be built and the fulfillment of expectations as well as community demands for excellent service must also be continuously improved. Public services in population administration are the government's concern and must be carried out, including by RW and RT administrators as spearheads and extensions of the government in accordance with Mayor Regulation Number 215 of 2018. The Community Service Activities carried out by the STIA Bagasasi PKM Team aim to provide information, understanding and socialization regarding the regulations, procedures and procedures for Population Administration in Kelurahan Mekarmulya, Kecamatan Panyileukan Kota Bandung. The activities carried out in the form of this training ran smoothly, followed by high enthusiasm and fully supported by the local government, the community and LPPM STIA Bagasasi. Participants as many as 63 people received comprehensive information and it is hoped that in the future this activity can still be continued in a sustainable and sustainable manner so that services to the public and the community are getting better and the demands of the community for the implementation of quality public services are increasingly realized.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, every organization or company in the form of private or government, of course, has both short-term and long-term goals to be achieved through the activities it undertakes. In an organization or company, leadership is an important factor. In carrying out its duties, the Public Order and Community Peace Sector, the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Bandung becomes the spearhead in the implementation of Enforcement of Regional Regulations. because in this field it is more in direct contact with the community and regional regulation violators. The leadership factor on employee performance is needed, so that the quality of employee performance continues to improve, of course this is done with good leadership. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of leadership carried out by the Head of Public Order and Public Peace of the Civil Service Police Unit in Bandung City. The data were collected using interviews and questionnaires, analyzed using descriptive and regression techniques. While the program used to manage data uses SPSS(Statistics Program for Social Science) version 23. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that the leadership carried out by the Head of Public Order and Public Peace of the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Bandung has gone well, the recapitulation results show that leadership is measured based on the elements of leadership amounting to 4,228 or 72.89%. This is included in the high category. Meanwhile, employee performance is measured based on employee performance dimensions of 2,931 or 72.19%. This is included in the high category. Based on these results, it can be said that the performance of employees in the field of Public Order and Public Peace of the Bandung Civil Service Police Unit is quite positive.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Enforcement of Major Regulation No. 888 of 2012 on Compliance with Street Vendors (PKL). The research method used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to several samples. The sample used was 85 people. From the results of the respondent's response variable (X) obtained a score of 3272 while variable (Y) obtained a score of 4608 from the results of the hypothesis test t_count 7.347 and t_table 1.988 then t_count> t_table so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the Enforcement of Major Regulation No. 888 of 2012 has an effect Against the Compliance of Street Vendors (PKL). Based on the coefficient of determination (KD), it is known that the achievement of the ability of the X variable affects the Y variable, namely 39.44%, while the remaining 60.56% is influenced by other variables that are not included. Suggestions in this study, especially Satpol PP personnel who apply regulations can be friendly and not arrogant in terms of taking action or imposing sanctions for street vendors who violate and are stubborn but be cooperative and it is also hoped that street vendors can follow the rules applied so that the beauty of the city of Bandung is maintained.

Abstract

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) seperti hipertensi, diabetes mellitus, dan penyakit jantung menjadi ancaman serius bagi kesehatan masyarakat, termasuk di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertema Edukasi Pencegahan Penyakit Tidak Menular Berbasis Komunitas dilaksanakan pada 18 Agustus hingga 12 September 2025 dengan metode edukasi interaktif dan praktik fisik melalui Senam Prolanis. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 45% peserta memahami faktor risiko utama PTM, sementara hasil post-test meningkat menjadi 88%. Tingkat partisipasi senam warga juga meningkat dari 30% menjadi 72%. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, warga menunjukkan perubahan sikap dan komitmen untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat, seperti mengurangi konsumsi makanan manis, membiasakan sarapan bergizi, serta aktif berolahraga. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas pendekatan berbasis komunitas dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan mendorong perubahan perilaku pencegahan PTM. Program ini berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai upaya mendukung pembangunan kesehatan nasional.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai penguatan komunikasi publik aparatur desa dilaksanakan di Kampung Gandrung, Desa Jambudipa, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, pada 18 Agustus hingga 12 September 2025. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi publik aparatur desa agar mampu menciptakan interaksi yang lebih terbuka, partisipatif, dan harmonis dengan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perizinan dan koordinasi dengan perangkat desa, sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, diskusi interaktif antara aparatur dan warga, serta pemanfaatan momentum peringatan HUT RI untuk memperkuat solidaritas sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif baik dari sisi aparatur maupun masyarakat. Aparatur desa lebih terbuka dalam mendengarkan aspirasi dan merespons dengan empati, sementara warga semakin berani menyampaikan pendapat secara langsung. Kehadiran aparatur dalam kegiatan sosial mempererat kedekatan emosional, mengurangi jarak sosial, dan mendorong terciptanya hubungan yang egaliter. Selain itu, terbentuk kanal komunikasi sederhana melalui media digital yang membantu mempercepat distribusi informasi. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi publik yang baik berperan penting dalam mengurangi potensi kesalahpahaman, memperkuat rasa kebersamaan, serta mendukung tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the influence of compensation and leadership style partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Laundry Business 99 in Arcamanik District, Bandung, West Java. The research method used a survey with a quantitative approach that is correlational with the sampling technique is simple random sampling with the number of samples in this study were 28 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: a) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance, b) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance and c) There is a positive and significant influence on compensation and style joint leadership on employee performance at Laundry 99 Business in Arcamanik District, Bandung, West Java. This means that high compensation will be part of an effort to improve employee performance. A good leadership style is a style that is formed to foster clarity of goals and objectives, a work structure to achieve goals and objectives, and an effort to foster relationships between employees.
