Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model treatment posttest-only control group design. Populasi adalah peserta didik kejar Paket B yang dibina PPLS dan SKB Kabupaten Barru. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penetapan kelompok yang diteliti diambil dari anggota sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar matematika Paket B kelas II dan data hasil pengukuran dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial, yaitu anavar satu arah dan uji lanjut scheffe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar matematika Paket B kelas II untuk kelompok peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan modul maupun yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode ceramah masing-masing berada pada kualifikasi sedang. Hasil belajar matematika Paket B kelas II untuk kelompok peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode konvensional berada pada kualifikasi rendah dan (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika Paket B kelas II antara kelompok peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan modul, metode ceramah, dan metode konvensional

Abstract

This research explores the relevance of the Book of Acts in contemporary sociocultural contexts, especially in the theological thinking and contextual mission strategies applied by Paul. An analysis of the text of Acts and Paul's writings reveals how Paul adapted to various cultural and social contexts in his mission. Paul's adaptive ability to understand local languages, cultures, and social norms enabled him to convey Christ's message to various sections of society in Roman territory, even in difficult situations such as Corinth. The research also reviews the theological implications of Paul's contextual mission strategy and its application in the contemporary church. Data from the selected literature, previous research, and expert writings were analyzed using the thematic qualitative analysis method, which identifies, analyzes, and reports patterns (themes) in qualitative data. Acts are the primary source for understanding how Paul carried out his mission. The results demonstrate the importance of understanding the local socio-cultural context in the mission of the contemporary church, and the need for adaptive, responsive, and inclusive approaches in spreading the gospel message relevantly and effectively.   Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi relevansi Kitab Kisah Para Rasul dalam konteks sosial budaya kontemporer, terutama dalam pemikiran teologis dan strategi misi kontekstual yang diterapkan oleh Paulus. Analisis terhadap teks Kitab Kisah Para Rasul dan tulisan-tulisan Paulus mengungkap bagaimana Paulus mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan berbagai konteks budaya dan sosial dalam misinya. Kemampuan adaptif Paulus dalam memahami bahasa, budaya, dan norma sosial lokal memungkinkannya menyampaikan pesan Kristus kepada berbagai golongan masyarakat di wilayah Romawi, bahkan dalam situasi sulit seperti di Korintus. Penelitian juga mengulas implikasi teologis dari strategi misi kontekstual Paulus, serta penerapannya dalam gereja kontemporer. Data dari literatur terpilih, penelitian terdahulu, dan tulisan pakar dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif tematik, yaitu mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan melaporkan pola (tema) dalam data kualitatif. Kisah Para Rasul digunakan sebagai sumber utama untuk memahami bagaimana Paulus menjalankan misinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya memahami konteks sosial budaya lokal dalam misi gereja kontemporer, dan perlunya pendekatan yang adaptif, responsif, dan inklusif dalam menyebarkan pesan Injil secara relevan dan efektif.

Abstract

The Provincial Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Riau plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of domestic workers to overcome unemployment resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the strategies used is through skill training programs conducted at the Training and Job Placement Center. The Quality and Productivity Improvement Program for Workers is implemented to enhance the competence and productivity of workers in Riau Province. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the skill training program conducted by the Provincial Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Riau in improving the competence and productivity of workers in the province. The study uses a qualitative research design with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The study uses the concept of competitiveness by Pratiwi and Mahmudah in Ibnu Khaldun, 2020, which consists of 5 dimensions including Health, Education, Technology, Communication, and Skills. The results of the study indicate that despite the efforts made, there are constraints in the Health dimension, such as incomplete health facilities, in the Education dimension, there is a shortage of instructors, in the Skills dimension, there is a general curriculum, in the Communication dimension, the implementation of foreign language training is not routine, and in the Technology dimension, some participants are not accustomed to using the latest equipment. Other inhibiting factors include a shortage of instructors, stagnant competency development, lack of understanding by potential participants, and a lack of understanding by participants about technology. Efforts made to overcome these barriers include handing over the management of the Training and Job Placement Center to the Central Government, increasing the Apprenticeship Program, and collaborating with private sector institutions. Suggestions to improve the program include re-allocating the skill training budget to meet the needs of facilities and infrastructure, planning additional foreign language training, recruiting experienced instructors, and increasing the socialization of skill training programs through social media, especially for vocational school students and young job seekers.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the Family Planning Program in controlling the population growth rate in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to collect and analyze data, with a total of 9 informants. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process involved reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification. The research is grounded in Duncan's theory of effectiveness, which consists of three components: (1) Goal Achievement, (2) Integration, and (3) Adaptation. The findings indicate that the Family Planning Program has effectively reduced the population growth rate in North Minahasa Regency by 0.6% compared to the previous year. The success of the program can be attributed to efforts to address various challenges, including enhancing human resource competency through training, conducting continuous socialization during key family-related events, and improving infrastructure, such as providing transportation to facilitate access to services for family planning participants. Abstract

Abstract. The main objective of this research is to understand the integration between theological and philosophical thinking in Christian Religious Education (CRE), ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in the modern era, and gaining a deep understanding of how contemporary philosophical thinking influences and refines current CRE approaches. In this qualitative research, a literature review method is employed to comprehend the interaction between post-1800 Western philosophy and theological thinking in the context of CRE. The result showed that after 1800, Western philosophy challenged fundamental concepts of truth and Christianity. Therefore, CRE should serve as a bridge between tradition and modernity. CRE has the responsibility to uphold its teachings while engaging in dialogue with philosophy. Through an interdisciplinary approach, CRE must be dynamic and adaptive, maintaining its relevance in the modern era. This underscores the importance of synthesizing faith and reason in education.Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami integrasi antara pemikiran teologis dan filosofis dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK), memastikan relevansi dan efektivitasnya di era modern, serta memahami pengaruh pemikiran filosofis kontemporer terhadap pendekatan PAK saat ini. Metode kajian literatur digunakan untuk meneliti interaksi antara filsafat Barat pasca-1800 dan pemikiran teologis dalam PAK. Hasilnya, filsafat Barat pasca-1800 menantang konsep dasar kebenaran dan kekristenan. Oleh karena itu, PAK berperan sebagai jembatan antara tradisi dan modernitas melalui diskusi aktif antara filsafat dan teologi. PAK harus bersikap dinamis dan adaptif, menjaga relevansinya dengan mempertahankan ajarannya sambil terus berdialog dengan filsafat. Sintesis antara iman dan rasio dianggap penting dalam pendidikan agama.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has introduced new challenges for religious practices, particularly in maintaining spiritual depth and church authority amidst virtual interactions. Churches and Christians face difficulties in maintaining the authenticity of faith in the digital world, where access to spiritual services and religious teachings is increasingly convenient but often diminishes the quality of spiritual engagement and interpersonal relationships within the congregation. This article aims to explore how Christian faith adapts in the transition from physical traditions to digital transmission in the cyber world. The focus is on understanding the impact of digitalization on worship, teaching, and Christian fellowship, as well as how churches can leverage technological opportunities without compromising the essence of faith. The research employs a qualitative approach using phenomenological methods to explore the subjective experiences of church leaders and congregations regarding the use of digital platforms in religious life. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of digital religious practices, such as online worship and teachings via social media. The findings show that while digitalization allows broader access to Christian teachings, there is a risk of diminishing spiritual depth and fragmenting interpersonal relationships within the congregation. The article offers practical strategies for churches to integrate technology wisely, maintaining a balance between digital innovation and the preservation of traditional spiritual values.

Abstract

The concept of the Trinity, referring to God as one essence in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, has been a subject of debate throughout Christian history. Although this doctrine is widely accepted in Christianity, its interpretation and understanding often vary among different Christian denominations and traditions. The type of research used is qualitative with a text analysis approach including text selection, text analysis, interpretation and theological context, and a study of relevant literature. The result is the concept of the Trinity in the Gospel of John, affirming the existence of one God who exists in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The three persons are distinct but equal and the same in essence and divinity. They interact and relate to each other in ways that cannot be understood by humans because they are carried out according to God's incomprehensible ways. The implication of understanding the principle of the Trinity opens a new perspective on how we can interact and work together in various aspects of our lives. Although we are different, we are interconnected and need each other. Like the Trinity, we can work together in harmony, supporting each other, and achieving greater goals together. Konsep Tritunggal Allah, merujuk kepada Allah sebagai satu esensi dalam tiga Pribadi: Bapa, Anak, dan Roh Kudus, telah menjadi subjek perdebatan sepanjang sejarah Kristen. Meskipun doktrin ini secara umum diterima secara luas dalam kekristenan, namun interpretasi dan pemahamannya seringkali bervariasi di antara berbagai denominasi dan tradisi Kristen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis teks meliputi seleksi teks, analisis teks, penafsiran dan konteks tologis, dan kajian literatur yang relevan. Hasilnya, konsep Tritunggal Allah dalam Injil Yohanes, menegaskan adanya satu Allah yang eksis dalam tiga Pribadi: Bapa, Anak, dan Roh Kudus. Ketiga pribadi berbeda namun setara dan sama dalam esensi dan keilahian. Ketiga pribadi saling berinteraksi dan saling berelasi satu sama lain dalam cara yang tidak dapat dipahami oleh manusia karena dilakukaan menurut cara-Nya Allah yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dengan akal manusia. Implikasi pemahaman tentang prinsip Tritunggal Allah membuka perspektif baru tentang bagaimana kita dapat berinteraksi dan bekerja bersama dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan kita. Meski kita berbeda, kita saling terkait dan membutuhkan satu sama lain. Seperti Tritunggal Allah, kita bisa bekerja bersama dalam harmoni, saling mendukung, dan mencapai tujuan yang lebih besar bersama-sama.
