Abstract

The purpose of the study article is to give information related to the efforts of a moving company in the field of hospitality through mixed marketing to increase the sales volume of service rooms. Retrieval method sample ie using accidental sampling with a total of 93 respondents. Data analysis through regression testing simple and regression multiple with the use of partial tests that include product, price, place, and promotion influential in a way positive to sales volume. As well the use of simultaneous tests is influential in a way positive to sales volume. Dominant products and prices have the biggest influence. Whereas promotion has the least influence. This means that the Company must more pay attention to the section promotion for maximum promotion of the hotel to the market to increase it more known and familiar so consumers at the moment will look for hotels already directly Imagine the Harmoni Indragiri hotel for become choice main.

Abstract

This research was proposed to understand the influence between brand image and excellent service on CV. Belilas Motorindo Mandiri in Selensen (Indragiri Hilir). Rapid changes in the industrial sector have resulted in many products entering the market. Every consumer has different attitudes and behavior towards a product. Companies must be able to create innovative policies and strategies to gain the trust and loyalty of consumers which is very important. The independent variables are brand image and excellent service, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample used was purposive sampling of CV consumers. Belilas Motorindo Mandiri Selensen. The data source used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, then processed using SPSS software. The results of the research prove that the variables brand image and service excellence simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation and pricing on purchasing decisions at Rotte Bakery Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative research with a population and sample of 100 respondents. The data sources for this research were obtained from secondary and primary data. Collection and research use observation methods and distributing questionnaires. The instrument used was a questionnaire provided by researchers to assess using rating scale guidelines. The data obtained was processed then by carrying out a linearity test. The data analysis technique uses Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0 analysis and hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation technique. The research results concluded that product innovation and pricing have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Rotte Bakery Bukit Barisan Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research was conducted because the author found problems regarding weak organizational citizenship behavior of employees seen from the development of the number of employees who experienced fluctuations and the development of employee absenteeism levels which showed that every year all employees were still found to be absent from work. The purpose of this study was to ascertain and examine how organisational culture affects organisational citizenship behaviour in Mona Plaza Pekanbaru hotel workers through organisational commitment. There were two categories of data that were gathered for this study: primary and secondary data. Respondents filled out surveys in order to provide primary data. The results of the Indirect Effect test indicate that the results are significant for the organisational culture variable on organisational citizenship behaviour through organisational commitment at the Hotel Mona Plaza, Pekanbaru. The results of the Direct Effect test showed that the results were not significant on the organisational culture variable on organisational citizenship behaviour at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The results of the Significant Results test showed that the results were significant on the Organisational Culture variable on Organisational Commitment at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate how price reductions and in-store displays influence impulsive purchasing choices among customers of Pekanbaru Rabbani items. The approach utilized in this study involves descriptive and quantitative statistics within an explanatory research framework. The study included 89 participants selected using Accidental Sampling and data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis, which involved validity testing, reliability testing, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing, indicates that price discounts significantly influence impulse buying. In-store displays also have a significant impact on impulse buying. Furthermore, the combined effects of price discounts and in-store displays on impulse buying decisions for Rabbani Pekanbaru products are significant.

Abstract

This study, which involved students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Riau University in Pekanbaru, tries to ascertain the impact that social media users and lifestyle have on Shopee purchase decisions. Descriptive and quantitative statistics are used in this study, and multiple and simple linear regression analysis is the analytical technique. Purposive sampling procedures were employed to establish the sample size of 100 respondents for this study, and questionnaires were utilized to gather data. According to the research findings, social media use has a major positive impact on buying decisions, as does living a healthy lifestyle. At Shopee, social media and lifestyle have a major positive impact on purchasing decisions (Study on Students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Sciences Politics Riau University Pekanbaru).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Pecel Lele Wonosobo Sudirman Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is quantitative statistical method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling and using questionnaires as data collection instruments. From data analysis which includes validity tests, reliability tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests, it was found that food quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and the results of F food quality and store atmosphere tests simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Pecel Lele Wonosobo Sudirman Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for Honda brand automatic motorbikes at PT. Capella Honda 88 Pekanbaru. This research method is descriptive and quantitative statistics with the analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 97 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling techniques and used questionnaires as data collection. The research results show that brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, perceived quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand awareness, perceived quality and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda brand automatic motorbikes at PT. Capella Honda 88 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Customer Knowledge and Perceived value on the decision to become a Non-Wage Recipient Participant at BPJS Employment Pekanbaru Panam Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics with an explanatory research model. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents determined by convenience sampling and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The analysis tool in this research uses PLS-SEM. From data analysis which includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, PLS-SEM Model Evaluation, Structural Model Evaluation, Hypothesis Testing, the results obtained are that Customer Knowledge has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Become a Participant and Perceived value has a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a participant.

Abstract

The results of this research aim to see the impact of financial inclusion and financial literacy on the performance of weaving MSMEs in Bengkalis sub-district. Bengkalis is a district that is currently developing. The growth of MSMEs also triggers economic growth in the Bengkalis area. One of the MSMEs that is developing is MSMEs in the creative weaving industry sector. There are 273 MSMEs operating in the weaving sector spread across Bengkalis district. The problems faced by weaving MSMEs, even though they have a potential role, are in reality not yet able to develop optimally. a. The results of this research show that it partially has an influence on the performance of weaving MSMEs in Bengkalis sub-district. Likewise, simultaneously it also has an effect. In this research, the performance of weaving MSMEs is able to develop optimally if financial inclusion and financial literacy are properly paid attention to.
