Abstract

The era of disruption due to the pandemic has caused a decline in the mental condition of students, especially in secondary schools. Efforts to overcome this problem include implementing guidance and counseling services in schools, one of which is group counseling. The study aims to determine how the application of group counseling services with a Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to students in secondary school (adolescents) which includes the understanding of SFBT group counseling, the scope of problems overcome, the procedure for implementing and the success of SFBT group counseling as an alternative to counseling that is considered to meet the needs of generation Z students. Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data collection using documentation techniques. The amount of literature studied after data selection amounted to 21 literatures. The data analysis used is content analysis. The results revealed that the application of SFBT group counseling is a short therapeutic focusing on solutions because it can be done with 4 to 8 sessions with a duration of 40 to 70 minutes and the counseling process does not well on problems but focuses on awareness and the ability of counsellors to solve problems. SFBT group counseling has been proven effective in various problems as well as the development of students in secondary schools covering the fields of Guidance Counseling services, namely personal, social, academic and career.

Abstract

This research discusses modernization, democratization and civil society in Islamic education as an effort to answer the challenges of contemporary developments. The modernization of Islamic education aims to adapt the education system to advances in science and technology, so that it remains relevant to the needs of the times. The democraticization of Islamic education focuses on implementing democratic values such as justice, equality and participation in the education system, to overcome inequality and the marginalization of certain groups. Islamic education civil society involves the active role of the community in providing education through various organizations and non-governmental institutions. The philosophical basis of these three movements is the philosophy of Islamic education, which prioritizes the formation of people who are faithful, knowledgeable and devout, as well as adaptive to changing times. This research uses a qualitative approach with library methods to collect and analyze data from various sources. The research results show that modernization, democratization and civil society in Islamic education can improve the quality and relevance of Islamic education in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the effect of adding telang flower extract (Clitoria ternatea. L) on the edible whey film's physical and chemical properties and antioxidant activity. This research uses a randomised design group of 4 treatments and five working groups. Conducted on antioxidant activity and physical characteristics. The study's results obtained edible whey film with telang flower extract was 0.14 mm, moisture content of 16.14%, solubility time of 45.60 seconds, and water vapor transmission rate of 3.72 g/m2. day, met the standards of JIS 2019. has the highest B*(bluish) color test value of 6.50 and average antioxidant activity of 17.60% to 49.60%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that adding telang flower extract (Clitoria ternatea L.) can act as an antioxidant in edible whey film.

Abstract

Pendidikan politik bagi siswa SMA sangat krusial untuk meningkatkan kesadaran politik dan partisipasi aktif generasi muda. Saat ini, banyak siswa yang kurang memahami hak dan kewajiban sebagai warga negara, serta rendahnya keterlibatan dalam pemilu. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di SMAN 1 Padarincang, Kabupaten Serang, Banten, mengidentifikasi bahwa siswa belum menerima materi pendidikan politik yang memadai di sekolah. Sebagian besar informasi yang mereka terima berasal dari media sosial yang tidak terfilter, sehingga mengurangi kesadaran politik mereka. Dampak negatifnya terlihat dari minimnya partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan politik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendidikan politik yang lebih terstruktur dan responsif untuk membentuk generasi muda yang kritis. Metode pengajaran dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi kegiatan politik, seperti pemilihan ketua OSIS, yang memberikan pengalaman praktis dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang demokrasi. Hasil PkM menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan politik, tercermin dari perbandingan pre-test dan post-test, serta meningkatnya keberanian siswa untuk berpendapat dan mengangkat isu politik di sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang mengenai dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari penggunaan media sosial serta membentuk karakter remaja yang cerdas, kritis, dan beretika dalam bermedia sosial. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya media sosial, memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku dan pola pikir remaja. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan interaktif, tim pengabdi memberikan materi, diskusi, dan permainan edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dalam menggunakan media sosial secara bijak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi dan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terkait etika digital, literasi media, serta pentingnya menjaga Kesehatan mental di era media digital. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi Langkah awal dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang tidak hanya melek teknologi, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab dalam dunia maya maupun nyata.

Abstract

Introduction: PT. As a construction company, Nuansa Metta Abadi (NMA) has a big responsibility to ensure its production employees' performance stays on point. However, according to internal company data, most employees don't meet the standards. This is probably because of high workloads and financial compensation that employees don't feel is fair or reasonable. This study aims to analyse how workload and monetary compensation, both individually and in combination, impact the job performance of production staff at PT. Nuansa Metta Abadi.Methods: The data for this study were collected through questionnaires and records, making it a quantitative study. Forty-two individuals working in the production department participated in the survey. The analytical process employed quantitative descriptive and correlational approaches, complemented by multiple linear regression and determination coefficient techniques to evaluate the data.Results: The study demonstrates that each variable—workload and financial compensation—positively contributes to employee performance when assessed in isolation. Simultaneously, both variables also significantly influence the performance of production employees.Conclusion and suggestion: PT. Nuansa Metta Abadi is advised to improve work environment comfort, ensure timely compensation, and enforce punctual task completion. These efforts support stronger motivation and performance. Future research should examine broader variables and larger samples to deepen understanding and broaden the study's theoretical scope. Abstract

Analisis dilakukan demi memastikan impresi parsial serta simultan antar tingkat pendidikan, pemahaman akuntansi, dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Total sampel mencapai 60 responden, serta populasinya yakni UMKM bidang kuliner di Kelurahan Suka Makmur periode bulan Ramadhan. Data primer serta sekunder, dikumpulkan dari berkas pelengkap Kantor Kelurahan Suka Makmur dan seluruh pernyataan responden. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Pengujian instrumen, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta hipotesis selaku prosedur analisis informasi riset ini. SPSS v29 berperan mengolah semua data. Temuan penelitian ini membuktikan model parsial tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan, namun pemahaman akuntansi memberi pengaruh atas kualitas laporan keuangan, dan impresi simultan tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman akuntansi mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan. Sebagaimana hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,177 atau variabel dependen terpengaruh 17,7% atas variabel independen, namun sisanya 82,3% dijabarkan oleh aspek lain.

Abstract

Menerapkan video pembelajaran sebagai materi pembelajaran sangat membantu dalam mendukung proses belajar-mengajar murid, baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas, terutama dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak penggunaan video dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen semu dan kelompok kontrol nonekuivalen. Terdapat dua kelas dalam sampel, yaitu kelas kontrol dengan 29 siswa dan kelas eksperimen dengan 30 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam studi ini melibatkan observasi dan tes. Menurut hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan media video pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar materi pecahan di SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025.
