Abstract

Something which is very much causing negative emotion is about social problems such as, relation with parents, teacher and friends. Parents often treat teenager like child which is not given oppurtunity to be theirself in taking decision about their life. The purpose of this research is to express and describe: 1) Profile of authoritian parents treatment, 2) Profile of authoritative parents treatment, 3) Profile of negative emotion teenagers, 4) The effect of authoritarian parents treatment toward negative emotion for teenagers, 5) The effect of authoritative parents treatment toward negative emotion for teenagers. The research uses Descriptive-Correlational Research. The population of this research is all of teenagers in RW 05 and RW 07 Kelurahan Tanah Sirah Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Padang. The sample of this research is 75 person by using Area Sampling Technique. To analysis of data is used Product Moment Correlation Coefisien Karl Perason Formula, then compare with the value table r product moment, after that is done calculation examination t and compare the result of calculation with the value table distribution t. The result of this research is determined that there are significant effects between authoritarian of parents treatment toward negative emotion teenagers where tcalculation≥ttable (4,583≥1,99) with sig 0,05. Thus, there are significant effect between authoritative of parents treatment and negative emotion teenagers where tcalculation≥ttable (2,614≥1,99) with sig 0,05. Based on the result of research, the researcher suggests teenagers that can adapt parents treatment toward negative emotion. In addition, parents can give good treatments, not only authoritative parents is good based the theories, but also in the field, the teenager can keep care with their friends. In briefly, authoritative treatments give effect of negative emotion for teenagers only 8,6% and others.

Abstract

Many learners who do not understand the developmental tasks, learners are less able to control themselves and learners lack of freedom. The purpose of this study is to describe the physical growth factors, and psychological factors that lead to the development of early adolescents are less smooth in carrying out development tasks. This study is a quantitative descriptive approach. The study population includes all students at Junior High School 25 Padang 750 learners with 88 samples of learners. The results of this study revealed that the factors causing the lack of smoothness in performing early adolescent developmental tasks is adolescent physical development 42.25%, factor of adolescent psychological development 34.09%, position in the family adolescents 47.73%, teenagers the opportunity to study the developmental tasks of 38.54%, motivation self 31.82%, the smooth implementation of developmental tasks during the previous 52.27%.

Abstract

This researched was based of  phenomenan which the researher looks in the field, such as conflict that are appeared every employee, employee often works happening conflict, least interaction, least seriously. Focus in research alike: 1) The problems are relationshiply of work that are experienced by employee. 2) The problems of different perception which are appeared for employee. 3) The problem of different purpose for employee.Kinds of this researh is qualitative research that are study case characteristic about giving complete effort, detail information, and intensif expressing the background of cause confilict that are experinced by employee at enterprise x. The technique of data analysis which is used narative analysis. Key informant in this research sums 2 person. 1 man that worked since 2 year, and 1 man which have worked since 2 year. Thus, adding informant 3 person include 1 leadership and 2 partner in working.The result of this research get points that 1) The problems are relationship working least feel by employee, because they want to only work lightly. Together working, need helping, and least interaction become conflict in working. 2) The problems of different perception are often experienced by employee, because they think good friend if leadership comes at office, and also among them corupted, because there is not clear money. 3) The problem of differen purpose in working, because employee have personality goal that want to get more lightly work that other employee, there are together work in order to advance technology. This research is hoped getting advantages for: 1) Employee. They can recognize the cause of conflict in working. 2) Writer. To add insight and knowledge about causing of conflict employee. 3) Leadership. To more wise and understand the condition of employee at office. 4) For office worker. They can prepare college students to get suggetions from the lecturer. 5) For the next researcher. In order to know the cause of conflict in work world and can continue about the step of finishing the conflict of employee in work world.

Abstract

According to educational development at this time, education not only transfer of knowledge for student but more than that. Education is to create a generation which have a good abilities, good capabilities and good character, in other word create the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspect. The phenomena of education at this time, found that proccess of education is still far from build a affective and character of student. Until now a government program of education “education with a character” still not have a product which suitable with the term of program. Also a curriculum of education still focus to create abilities in cognitive student. So the questions is, how to educate the student about affective capabilities? And is this aspect of psychology in education proccess, will build a character of student? The answers of that questions will discribe using perspective of psychology; social cognitive theory.

Abstract

Konsep Diri dan Efikasi Diri Sebagai Poin Mendasar Dalam Aktivitas Sosial (Sebuah Analisis Psikologis : Teori Kognitif Sosial). Analisis ini beranjak dari penelitian  terdahulu pada tahun 2014 yang dimulai dari perhatian peneliti tentang system pendidikan no 20 tahun 2013 “ ... Pendidikan membentuk kecerdasan dan kemampuan yang mereka butuhkan untuk masyarakat dan Negara”. Pendidikan bukan hanya menyampaikan pengetahuan akan tetapi juga mentransfer pengalaman, kesiapan dan seperti halnya keyakinan akan kemampuan dan identitas diri pada mahasiswa sebagai bekal dalam aktivitas sosialnya seperti halnya kesiapan dalam karir. Yakin akan kemampuan ini dikenal dengan efikasi diri, dan identitas diri dikenal dengan konsep diri. Variabel ini yang di uji dalam penelitian selanjutnya tahun 2015 sekarang dan hasilnya ditemukan bahwa kedua variabel ini memiliki kontribusi terhadap kesiapan karir. Maka analisis ini dilanjutkan untuk didiskusikan sebagai poin dasar dari aktivitas sosial dalam perspektif psikologi. Ditemukan bahwa konsep diri dan efikasi diri berkontribusi dan memiliki signifikan korelasi meski tidak semuanya signifikan ketika dilihat koefisien t-tes. Temuan ini akan di diskusikan lebih dalam seperti apa implikasinya konsep diri dan efikasi diri dalam aktivitas sosial manusia secara global.

Abstract

In counseling service, there are many type of counseling in it’s practice, the one of the type was a counsultation service. This type of counseling service was help the consultee to solve a problem of the other people that need their help, this can be implemented if consultee can solve their own problem,. This service always implemented in school setting, this because of a counseling in school will help like parents, or another student to help their kids or their friends in learning process. But in reality of counseling practice was far from the ideal. How is the school consultation service in Indonesia implemented? and what are the problems? is a question that needs to be answered. This paper tries to answer the question with the method of analysis of research results with qualitative and also seek a satisfaction of consultation service. there are three researches on consulteeng services that have been done in three cities, namely Semarang, Padang and Banjarmasin. The research finds three categories of service implementation, is good, moderate and sufficient. The barriers found are low support from counsultte  and misunderstood the concept of consulteeng services. The effort to overcome the problem is with the improvement of quality of counselor which facilitated by MGBK. Dalam pelayanan konseling, adanya banyak jenis pelayanan konseling, salah satunya adalah pelayanan konsultasi. Jenis pelayanan konseling ini membantu konsulti untuk memecahkan masalah dari orang lain yang membutuhkan masukan darinya. Hal ini bisa diimplementasikan jika konsulti sudah bisa memecahkan masalahnya sendiri. Pelayanan ini selalu bisa diimplementasikan dalam seting sekolah, hal ini karena konseling disekolah akan membantu dan banyak berhadapan dengan seperti orang tua siswa, wali siswa, siswa yang membutuhkan kiat untuk anak dan teman sebayanya dalam proses belajar. Akan tetapi, realitanya praktek konseling masih jauh dari yang seharusnya. Bagaimana pelayanan konsultasi  sekolah di Indonesia di laksanakan ? dan apa saja permasalahnnya? merupakan pertanyaan yang perlu di jawab. Tulisan ini mencoba menjawab pertanyaan tersebut dengan metode analisis hasil penelitain dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan juga menlihat kepuasan dari pelayanan konsultasi. terdapat tiga Riset tentang layanan konsultasi yang pernah di lakukan di tiga kota, yakni Semarang, Padang dan Banjarmasin. Hasil riset menemukan tiga kategori pelaksanaan layanan, yakni baik, sedang dan cukup. Hambatan yang di temukan berupa rendahnya dukungan dari counsultte dan salah memahami konsep layanan konsultasi. Upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan  peningkatan mutu konselor yang di fasilitasi oleh MGBK

Abstract

As a profession, guidance and counseling have a supervision procedure in order to maintain and evaluate purpose to make evaluatif decision in guidance and counseling service. A supervision it self not only about process and result of counseling service, but also an asessment using psychological test, this asessment was useful for complete an inforrmation about psychological competence and individual difference of student. This result of psychological tes will benefit for counselor and also for student to understand and clarification about decision making in counseling service and placement for student according their expertise. A phenomena in Indonesia about counseling profession has been found that was lack of supervision process in guidance and counseling service and also lack of interest about psychology test in school, there are, it’s just to preserve an administration and formality. Phenomena in that practical way maybe can be assumed that because there is lack of information about the ideal of supervision process and also lack of experience and knowledge also untrained a supervisor and counselor about their own abilities. In this case, this paper will describe how should be a supervision be conducted, and the result of this evaluaton study show that with psychological test for student has a significant satisfaction almost 74% with their placement in first grade at senior high school.

Abstract

Research found that self-efficacy has an important role in the development of students’ career cognitive skills. Besides, there still needs further research in self-efficacy, particularly in career readiness. The authors conduct this continuing study is to determine the effect of understanding perceived self-efficacy on student’s awareness in career readiness (mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion, and emotional arousal). Data collected using a self-report of the Self-Efficacy Scale in Career Readiness (SESCR), semi-structured interview, and observation of student’s behavior between both participants with the high and low level of self-efficacy. In the current study, 100 students involved based on their convenience. Results showed that 66% of participants have a high mastery experience, 69% with high vicarious experience, 76% have a high percentage in social persuasion, and 70% have a high level of emotional arousal to understanding their career readiness. The results also showed perceived self-efficacy predicts student’s awareness of career readiness based on gender.

Abstract

The pandemic caused by the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) has had psychological and health impacts on people's lives around the world. On a psychological aspect, this pandemic has caused anxiety due to low mindfulness. To increase the potential of mindfulness, one of the ways taken is by counselor psychological intervention. The authors used an Islamic counseling approach to reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness. Therefore, the research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design. Participants in this study were 14 students consisting of 7 students for each experimental and control group. Participants were invited after filling self-report the anxiety scale facing COVID-19 and indicated that they were in the high category. The data analyzed with the Wilcoxon sign rank test to determine the impact of before and after the intervention was given, then used the Mann Whitney to find out the mean differences between the experimental and control group, and the Rank Spearman to determine the correlation between mindfulness and anxiety. The results showed that Islamic counseling intervention is effective to increase mindfulness which impacted on reducing anxiety in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides, the results of correlation analysis using the Rank Spearman show that there is a correlation between mindfulness and anxiety.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the spiritual cognitive behavioral approach to understanding and modifying human behavior, to establish a good personality as an agentic person in social life, explain a relationship between spiritual perspective, cognitive behavioral perspective, and agentic aspects in social system, and synthesize a spiritual cognitive behavior technique (SCoBeT) as an approach to shape a personality and human behavior. Data was obtained using the critical analysis systematic literature review (SLR) method and it was gathered that Tazkiyatun An Nafs as a spiritual perspective with the concept of Takhalli, Tahalli and Tajalli and cognitive behavioral with the Agentic Aspects such Intentionality, Forethought, Self Reactiveness, Self Reflectiveness this aspects was extracted to be a new technique in order to shape a human personality and human behavior such emotional impuls, cognitive and behaving. The result of this study shows that spiritual and cognitive behavioral has a connection in conceptual and implementation perspective ways in theoretically and practically, and also has a relationship with shaping personality tendency and behavior in considering an action in social life. Moreover, in response to contemporary issues, spiritual cognitive behavior technique as an approach is synthesized and developed as a counseling technique in education and career manner.
