Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of semic codes through the Roland Barthes semiotic approach in Manhwa Comics. The content of the story contained in the comic relates many aspects of pornography. Pornography itself is a negative picture that can cause bad things for the audience. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods, descriptive itself is a form of presenting data using words or sentences both orally and in writing. The results of this study indicate the existence of semic codes or connotative codes that exist in the content of Manhwa comic stories. Researchers managed to get 37 data related to semic codes or connotative codes. Semic codes obtained by researchers are expressions that refer to things that smell of sexuality or pornography.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana JawaPos Radar Mojokerto membingkai pemberitaan Pilkada Mojokerto 2024 melalui pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Norman Fairclough. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada penggunaan wacana keagamaan sebagai alat legitimasi politik oleh salah satu pasangan calon, terutama Gus Barra. Dengan menganalisis enam teks berita, ditemukan bahwa media menonjolkan citra religius kandidat melalui pilihan bahasa, simbol, dan kutipan dari tokoh agama, serta memberikan porsi pemberitaan yang tidak seimbang. Pemberitaan tersebut tidak hanya merepresentasikan fakta, tetapi juga mereproduksi nilai ideologis dan memperkuat dominasi politik berbasis identitas religius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media lokal berperan aktif dalam membentuk opini publik dan tidak sepenuhnya netral. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kesadaran kritis dari masyarakat serta komitmen media untuk menjaga etika jurnalistik dan keberimbangan informasi dalam proses demokrasi lokal.

Abstract

"Mpu Keris " UMKM in the field of convection and craft production typical of Mojokerto. Until now, these UMKM have several obstacles in competing with similar products from outside Mojokerto, namely; has not yet brought up a characteristic with a strong character to raise typical Mojokerto souvenirs so that it has not gained full trust from the market, especially the people of Mojokerto themselves who have not been interested in buying local products. For this reason, the purpose of this proposed program is to build and strengthen Local products to be more accepted by the community, and it is necessary to develop a pithy promotional strategy so that people accept and are proud in buying local products. The activity program uses a community-based method" which is carried out after obtaining informationthrough in-depth observation and interviews with Partner members, from this information, a strategic plan is prepared in implementing the program. The results of further analysis and discussion about digital branding will be discussed below related to Corporate Identity / Corporate Image, event and experience, content strategy, social media marketing, and point of sale are expected to help Mpu Keris UMKM to achieve success. With a strong identity, unique shopping experience, creative content strategy, effective social media marketing, and diverse sales channels, they have built a brand that inspires and honors the cultural heritage of Majapahit and Mojokerto. In addition, it is important to continuously analyze and measure performance in every aspect of digital branding
