Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges of educators in the 21st century who demand to transform the teaching and learning process using technological tools as part of the competencies and characteristics of 21st-century students. One way of transforming the teaching and learning process can be done by changing learning methods that utilize technological tools as part of the learning process and can increase students' learning motivation in their learning activities. Therefore, researchers chose the flipped learning method in order to see its influence on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects. This research aims to describe the data on the differences between students' learning motivation before and after using the flipped learning method, especially in PAI subjects in Class VI SDN 5 Rancah, Rancah District, Ciamis Regency, and to determine the effect of the flipped learning method on students' learning motivation in PAI subjects. in class VI at SDN 5 Rancah, Rancah Ciamis District. Apart from that, researchers also want to know. This research uses a quantitative experimental method using a questionnaire instrument or learning motivation questionnaire and pre-test and post-test instruments, both of which are aimed at class VI students at SDN 5 Rancah, Rancah District, Ciamis Regency. Apart from that, direct observation was also carried out at the research location. The results of this research show that before using the flipped learning method in the teaching and learning process in PAI subjects, the student's learning motivation scores showed an average pretest score of 64.8125. Then, after using the flipped learning method in the teaching and learning process in PAI subjects, the student's learning motivation scores showed an average post-test score of 73.3125. Based on the results of these two conditions, the researcher concluded that there was a significant influence, as proven by the hypothesis test data, that the flipped learning method variable (X) contributed or could explain the learning motivation variable (Y) by 32.8% while the remaining 67.2 % explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study investigates the education curriculum policies in Indonesia during the presidency of Joko Widodo and their impact on Islamic education. The primary objective of this research is to examine the ramifications of alterations in educational curriculum policies during President Joko Widodo's tenure, specifically focusing on the 2013 Curriculum and Merdeka Curriculum for Islamic education. This study employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing library research methods and document analysis. Information is gathered from diverse sources including books, journals, government reports, and other authoritative texts. The research findings indicate that the 2013 Curriculum in Indonesia has a significant impact on Islamic education by incorporating a scientific methodology, integrating Islamic principles, and providing flexibility in the traditional curriculum. Meanwhile, Merdeka Curriculum fosters adaptable and pertinent education, granting schools and instructors autonomy, as well as enabling innovative evaluation methods. Implementation obstacles encompass issues related to infrastructure, teacher training, and comprehension of the curriculum, all aimed at enhancing the standard of education, particularly Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu di KUBE Andir Cavendish. Tujuan dari penelitian, untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran usahatani, mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, dan untuk merumuskan strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang dapat diterapkan di Kelompok Usaha Bersama Andir Cavendish. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 18 orang yang terdiri dari pengelola, reseller, dan konsumen akhir. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pada analisis SWOT menunjukan usahatani pisang cavendish berada pada kuadran I koordinat (1,701; 1,177) yang mendukung strategi agresif. Strategi yang menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang dan dapat diterapkan pada strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu di KUBE Andir Cavendish adalah strategi SO dengan bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sebagai pendekatan word of mouth dan pemasaran langsung, mengembangkan iklan melalui media sosial ads, mengembangkan pemasaran melalui marketplace, meningkatkan interaktif marketing dan mengembangkan promosi penjualan melalui media sosial.

Abstract

The library's digital repository collection can be a reference in making student scientific papers. This study aims to: (1) determine the completeness and suitability of digital repository collections; (2) knowing the speed of accessing and searching digital repository collections; and (3) knowing the obstacles of students in utilizing digital repository collections in the STIKes Rajawali Library. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in this study amounted to 4 people consisting of the head of the library, librarians, and students. The results obtained from this study are (1) an audit of information conducted by librarians to determine the completeness and suitability of digital repository collections to be used by students (2) the existence of digital repositories makes it easier for students to access and search for collections that can be done anywhere and anytime via smartphones. and laptops (3) students' obstacles in using digital repository collections are still not compatible with all types of smartphones and lack of promotion so that there are still many students who are confused about the use of digital repositories. The conclusion is that the use of digital repository collections in the STIKes Rajawali Library has been used properly.Keywords: collection utilization; digital repository; STIKES RajawaliABSTRAKKoleksi repositori digital Perpustakan dapat menjadi salah satu referensi dalam pembuatan karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui kelengkapan dan kesesuian koleksi repositori digital; (2) mengetahui kecepatan mengakses dan mencari koleksi repositori digital; serta (3) mengetahui hambatan mahasiswa dalam menafaatkan koleksi repositori digital di Perpustakaan STIKES Rajawali. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang yang terdiri dari kepala perpustakaan, pustakawan dan mahasiswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah (1) audit informasi yang dilakukan oleh pustakawan menentukan kelengkapan dan kesesuian koleksi repositori digital untuk dimanfaatkan oleh mahasiswa (2) keberadaan repositori digital mempermudah mahasiswa dalam mengakses dan mencari koleksi yang dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja melalui smartphone dan laptop (3) hambatan mahasiswa dalam menafaatkan koleksi repositori digital masih belum kompatibelnya di semua jenis smartphone dan kurangnya promosi sehingga masih banyak mahasiswa yang kebingungan dalam penggunaan repositori digital. Simpulan didapat bahwa pemanfaatan koleksi repository digital di Perpustakan STIKES Rajawali sudah dimanfaatkan dengan baik.
