Abstract

Indonesia has many traditional cultural practices, including traditional lurik cloth, which originates from the Klaten region. This cloth is considered part of the culture of the Klaten people, and its use is still valid today. The development of the textile industry also influenced the use of lurik. Prasojo, the main producer of lurik, is a key player in the industry. The company has used lurik as a raw material since the 1950s. Marketing strategy includes positioning, product development, marketing budget, and promotion. Segmentation, targeting, and positioning are three key strategies that contribute to a company's success in marketing. Segmentation helps identify target audiences and create more focused and effective marketing strategies. In conclusion, Indonesia's cultural heritage is rich and diverse, with a variety of traditions and practices that contribute to a unique culture and identity.

Abstract

The Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB) is part of the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). PT. Bank BTPN Syariah TBK is one of the partners of the MSIB Batch 5 program. Bank BTPN Syariah provides intermediaries as accompanying facilitators to support customers in achieving their expected goals. The role of the companion here is to help customers maximize sales. BTPN Syariah customers as ultra-micro actors receive facilities in the form of companions so they can help them in developing their business. The accompanying facilitators provided by Bank BTPN Syariah have the aim of supporting BTPN Syariah customer empowerment activities, especially women/mothers from productive underprivileged communities or micro business actors, who have the capacity and skills along with customer skills in running their businesses, so that they can develop more and opening wider market access, both offline and online.

Abstract

Wirausaha Merdeka adalah program KEMENDIKBUD yang memberikan manfaat kepada mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman melalui magang dan berwirausaha. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa dapat mengenbangkan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan bidangnya melalui proyek nyata dan memperoleh sertifikat sebagai bukti keterampilan yang telah diperolehnya. WMK sebagai bagian dari inisiatif MBKM, bertujuan memberikan peluang kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri mereka sehingga dapat menjadi calon pengusaha yang sukses. Program WMK ini diharapkan bisa menciptakan pengusaha muda mandiri dan sukses menjalani dunia bisnis. Metode ini menggunakan learning by doing yang dilakukan pada saat magang di Papa Cookies Kartasura. Selama 2 bulan magang menghasilkan pengetahuan dan juga pengalaman dibagian produksi dan juga marketing. Hasil yang diperoleh selama magang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dalam dunia bisnis bagi mahasiswa dan juga mampu menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui menejemen produksi yang tepat guna meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas roti di Papa Cookies Kartasura.

Abstract

This community service is carried out based on the problems faced by the Aisyah Branch Management (PCA) Colomadu Karanganyar, Central Java. The target audience needs digital marketing assistance support for members who have micro and small businesses. The problems faced by partners are the lack of complete data on the PCA Colomadu UMK profile and the lack of UMK capabilities in conducting digital promotions. The purpose of this community service activity is 1. to help the target audience in branding UMK through digital promotions, 2. Helping partners find marketing strategies that are in accordance with UMK conditions, 3. Assisting partners in improving skills to create attractive promotions, 4. Supporting partners to be able to achieve UMK performance improvement targets. The methods used in this activity are the Focus Group Discussion method, direct practice, training, and assistance. The expected output of this community service is a publication article in a journal, documentation that will be uploaded to online or offline media.

Abstract

The country's ability to manage its resources and the success or failure of the government's economic policies are reflected in economic growth. A nation's level of wealth and the well-being of its citizens are indicated by economic growth, which is typically gauged by the rise in GDP. Analysis of the impact of exports, investment, and inflation on Germany's economic development from 2004 to 2023 is the goal of this study. Multiple linear regression with partial and simultaneous tests is the methodology employed in this investigation. The World Bank provided data on exports, foreign direct investment, GDP, and inflation. According to the regression analysis's findings, GDP is significantly impacted by all three factors combined (p <0.05). Nevertheless, additional research reveals that only exports significantly and favorably impact GDP (p <0.05). The GDP increases by 0.026197% for every 1% rise in exports. On the other hand, GDP is not significantly impacted by either inflation or foreign direct investment (p > 0.05). These findings demonstrate how crucial exports were to Germany's economic expansion during the study period. Additional research is necessary to comprehend the contextual factors that might be involved in the negligible effects of inflation and foreign direct investment.
