Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to determine the value of the validity and reliability of the tough character instrument. This study was designed with research and development methods. Analysis of the data used in the CVR and CVI tests from Lawshe, the empirical test with the product moment formula, while to test the reliability using Cronbach's alpha. The instrument validation test was carried out by experts. The results of data analysis using the Lawshe CVR test obtained an item value (CVR> 0), then the CVI value was obtained at 0.96, this value means that the content validity index of 45 items in the tough character instrument is very good. The results of the calculation of the validity of the item validity test using the Product Moment formula according to the valid category criteria. this shows that the level of reliability of the tough character instrument is very high, so this tough character instrument product is very important to be developed for students in high school.

Abstract

Abstract

The biomotor component is an important factor for an athlete, especially athletes from the Perisai Diri martial arts school, to achieve achievements in a competition. Agility, Speed, Flexibility and Balance are four biomotor components that are very dominantly used in the training process and are often used by martial art athletes in competitions. The aim of this research was to find out shuttle run, zigzag run, and formation of 8 training method influence agility, speed, flexibility, and balance in pencak silat athletes. This research is quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental design of three balanced treatments. The sample in this research was 45 athetes from the 80 total athletes in population that selected by purposive sampling, devided in 3 groups, each group consisting of 15 athletes. Agility, speed, balance, and flexibility obtained with a valid and reliable instrument. The data analysis used in this research is the Wilcoxon test and the Kruskal Wallis test. To measure improvement using different means. The standard significance of sat is p=0.05 (5%). The results of the research prove that there is a significant comparison between shuttle running, zigzag running, zigzag running with a combination of 8 numbers, for agility and speed (p0.05), shuttle running is useful for improving balance and speed, zig-zag running is useful for improve dexterity and zigzag combines 8 figures which are useful for increasing flexibility. It can be concluded that there were significant differences between alternating training, zigzag running, and figure 8 formation running, especially in agility and speed. The back and forth running training method is useful for increasing balance and speed, the zigzag running training method is useful for increasing agility, and the figure 8 formation running method is useful for increasing flexibility.

Abstract

Permasalahan psikologi seperti kecemasan yang dialami oleh siswa seringkali tidak luput dari perhatian karena dianggap sebagai proses perkembangan remaja. Kecemasan merupakan situasi afektif yang dirasa tidak menyenangkan yang diikuti oleh sensasi fisik yang memperingatkan seseorang akan bahaya yang mengancam. Dalam hal ini bimbingan konseling sangat berperan penting dalam mengatasi kecemasan siswa disekolah. Kecemasan yang dirasa siswa saat menghadapi aturan sekolah jam 05.00 pagi tidak menyenangkan dan diikuti perasaan gelisah, khawatir, dan takut, hal ini sangat berpengaruh pada  tubuh, hingga tubuh dirasa menggigil, menimbulkan banyak keringat, jantung berdegup cepat, lambung terasa mual, tubuh terasa lemas, kemampuan berproduktivitas berkurang. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi aturan sekolah jam 05.00 pagi adalah faktor internal, meliputi faktor individu seperti cemas saat mengingat waktu bel masuk akan berbunyi dan tidak bisa datang sekolah tepat waktu, takut pelajaran pertama akan mengantuk dantidak bisa berpikir dan konsentrasi dalam mengikuti mata pelajaran, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi faktor lingkungan seperti seperti orang tua tidak bisa antar ke sekolah dan guru yang tidak bisa bersahabat dengan siswa seperti guru yang pemarah, judes, dan tidak memiliki rasa kepedulian terhadap siswa, guru yang tidak ada toleransi dengan siswa yang terlambat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya- upaya yang dilakukan guru bimbingan dan konseling yaitu dengan mengadakan layanan konseling individu dan konseling kelompok dimana layanan konseling kelompok dapat mencegah dan mengentaskan kecemasan siswa saat menghadapi aturan sekolah jam 05.00 pagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pergaulan terhadap pemilihan karir siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Amarasi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMA Negeri 1 Amarasi, Kabupaten Kupang, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur”. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 137 siswa. Pengambilan sampel ini berdasarkan pendapat dari Arikunto (1993: 107) bahwa populasi lebih dari 100, sampel yang diambil sebaiknya minimal 10% dari populasi yang ada. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa, (22% x 137 = 30.14Close Panel, dengan demikian dibulatkan menjadi 30). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian adalah pergaulan pengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Amarasi. Karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian, F tabel 0.05 = 3.316 < F hitung 0.05 = 15189,072, maka hipotesis Ha ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pergaulan dengan pemilihan karir siswa. Dengan adanya pengaruh pergaulan terhadap pemilihan karir siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik F hitung > F tabel. Hal ini berarti membuktikan bahwa dengan pergaulan dapat berdampak pada pemilihan karir siswa.

Abstract

This study entitled Teachers' Role To Improve Smooth Motoric Skill Through Drawing In Children In Kindergarten Bintang Timur Atambua and conducted on the findings of problems related to fine motor in the Kindergarten Bintang Timur Atambua. The problem is some children who have not been able to creativity in drawing for it how the role of a teacher in giving a solution either in the form of approach, method or model of learning to handle it. The purpose of this study is to improve the fine motor skills of children through drawing techniques in children in Kaisarea Kindergarten Bintang Timur Atambua. Technique of collecting data in this research through observation, interview and documentation. Teknik analisis data used is a qualitative data analysis with the implementation of several stages such as data reduction, display data, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. Recommendations given to early childhood educators are finger drawing lessons can be used as an alternative to improve the smooth motor creativity of children. There are several solutions as a teacher's role in improving children's fine motor through drawing techniques that the child is given the opportunity to draw with his own imagination by giving stimuli such as praise for his work and giving the opportunity to follow the competitions held through the school or cluster level after the child Get the award or the results achieved during the race should show the children who have not followed the race so as to motivate the children

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline in attending lessons and discipline in doing assignments together on the learning achievement of Class X IPS students at SMA Negeri Weluli, Belu Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 29 students and showed partial test results (t test), obtained that the tcount value of each independent variable (X1 = 5.201, X2 = 21.87) is greater than the ttable value (2.045). This explains that the discipline variables (taking lessons and doing assignments) partially (each) affect the learning achievement of Class X IPS students at SMA Negeri Weluli, Belu Regency. Simultaneous test results (F test), explains that Fcount (13.778) is greater than Ftable (3.37). This shows that the discipline variable (taking lessons and doing assignments) simultaneously (together) influences the learning achievement of Class X IPS students at Weluli Public High School, Belu Regency.
