Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran layanan konseling individu dalam pembentukan konsep diri siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Kupang T.A. 2022/2023. Penelitian ini Berlokasi di SMK Negeri 6 Kupang, Kecamatan Kelapa Lima, Kota Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang guru dan lima orang siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data, sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep diri negatif dapat diminimalisir dengan layanan konseling individu. Dengan adanya layanan konseling individu membuat siswa lebih menjadi memahami diri, menerima kelebihan dan kekurangannya, dan mengembalikan rasa percara diri siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pergaulan terhadap pemilihan karir siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Amarasi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMA Negeri 1 Amarasi, Kabupaten Kupang, Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur”. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 137 siswa. Pengambilan sampel ini berdasarkan pendapat dari Arikunto (1993: 107) bahwa populasi lebih dari 100, sampel yang diambil sebaiknya minimal 10% dari populasi yang ada. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa, (22% x 137 = 30.14Close Panel, dengan demikian dibulatkan menjadi 30). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian adalah pergaulan pengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Amarasi. Karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian, F tabel 0.05 = 3.316 < F hitung 0.05 = 15189,072, maka hipotesis Ha ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pergaulan dengan pemilihan karir siswa. Dengan adanya pengaruh pergaulan terhadap pemilihan karir siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik F hitung > F tabel. Hal ini berarti membuktikan bahwa dengan pergaulan dapat berdampak pada pemilihan karir siswa.

Abstract

This study entitled Teachers' Role To Improve Smooth Motoric Skill Through Drawing In Children In Kindergarten Bintang Timur Atambua and conducted on the findings of problems related to fine motor in the Kindergarten Bintang Timur Atambua. The problem is some children who have not been able to creativity in drawing for it how the role of a teacher in giving a solution either in the form of approach, method or model of learning to handle it. The purpose of this study is to improve the fine motor skills of children through drawing techniques in children in Kaisarea Kindergarten Bintang Timur Atambua. Technique of collecting data in this research through observation, interview and documentation. Teknik analisis data used is a qualitative data analysis with the implementation of several stages such as data reduction, display data, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. Recommendations given to early childhood educators are finger drawing lessons can be used as an alternative to improve the smooth motor creativity of children. There are several solutions as a teacher's role in improving children's fine motor through drawing techniques that the child is given the opportunity to draw with his own imagination by giving stimuli such as praise for his work and giving the opportunity to follow the competitions held through the school or cluster level after the child Get the award or the results achieved during the race should show the children who have not followed the race so as to motivate the children

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline in attending lessons and discipline in doing assignments together on the learning achievement of Class X IPS students at SMA Negeri Weluli, Belu Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 29 students and showed partial test results (t test), obtained that the tcount value of each independent variable (X1 = 5.201, X2 = 21.87) is greater than the ttable value (2.045). This explains that the discipline variables (taking lessons and doing assignments) partially (each) affect the learning achievement of Class X IPS students at SMA Negeri Weluli, Belu Regency. Simultaneous test results (F test), explains that Fcount (13.778) is greater than Ftable (3.37). This shows that the discipline variable (taking lessons and doing assignments) simultaneously (together) influences the learning achievement of Class X IPS students at Weluli Public High School, Belu Regency.

Abstract

The internalization of moderation values in the teaching of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at public universities is a strategic effort to cultivate young generations with an inclusive, tolerant, and adaptive Islamic perspective in response to global dynamics. This study aims to analyze the approaches used to internalize moderation values in PAI learning processes, focusing on how these values can be effectively integrated into curricula and learning activities. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review and library research approach, referencing various sources such as scientific journals, books, policy documents, and previous research reports. The findings reveal that the internalization of moderation values in PAI teaching can be achieved through an integrative approach, where values such as tolerance, justice, and harmony are incorporated into teaching materials, learning methods, and assessment processes. Additionally, the use of discussion methods, case studies, and project-based learning on moderation values has proven effective in fostering understanding and moderate attitudes among students. However, challenges include resistance from some groups who do not fully comprehend the importance of moderation, insufficient training for lecturers, and limited literature supporting the application of moderation values in local contexts. This study recommends that public universities enhance lecturer training, develop moderation-based teaching modules, and encourage collaboration with various stakeholders to support the successful internalization of moderation values in PAI teaching. With this approach, universities are expected to produce graduates who not only possess academic competence but also contribute to building a harmonious and tolerant society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of traditional house ceremonies on children's educational backwardness in Oenbit Village. This research is located in Oenbit Village, Insana District, North Middle East Regency. The population in this study were 295 heads of families and the sample was 32 heads of families. Sampling according to Arikunto (2010) that if the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all so that the research is a population study. Furthermore, if the subject is large, it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-25%. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and observation technique, while the data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression. The results of the research on traditional house ceremonies on the backwardness of children's education in Oenbit Village. Because based on the results of the study, F table 0.05 = 3.295 < F count 0.05 = 25.909, the hypothesis Ha has a significant effect between traditional house ceremonies and children's educational backwardness. With the influence of traditional house ceremonies on the backwardness of children's education. Based on statistical calculations F count > F table. This means proving that traditional house ceremonies can have an impact on children's education.

Abstract

Bullying in Vocational High Schools remains a serious problem, especially in culturally diverse schools such as Kupang City. Differences in students' cultural backgrounds, accents, ethnic stereotypes, and social identities often trigger conflict and bullying behavior if not managed appropriately. Guidance and counseling services in schools play a strategic role in preventing bullying, but in practice they still tend to use a general approach and do not integrate local wisdom values. This study aims to describe and analyze a multicultural counseling model based on local wisdom in preventing bullying behavior in vocational high school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with Guidance and Counseling Teachers and six students at SMK Negeri 6 Kupang City. The results show that individual counseling services, classical services, and conflict mediation have been implemented, but have not been structured within a multicultural counseling framework and have not utilized local wisdom values ​​of East Nusa Tenggara such as naketi, natoni, customary deliberation, mutual respect, and mutual cooperation. As a result, changes in students' attitudes and cultural sensitivity to bullying behavior have not been optimal. This study concludes that developing a multicultural counseling model based on local wisdom is crucial for increasing students' cultural awareness, empathy, and social harmony. The study's contribution is to provide a conceptual and practical basis for developing school counseling services that are contextual, culturally relevant, and effective in preventing bullying.
