Abstract

Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village is a village within the administrative area of Bandar Pasir Mandoge District, Asahan Regency. Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village does not have a website-based administration system. Due to this problem, the village government is hampered and less than optimal in running village administration. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of village officials and the community of Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village regarding the function and benefits of the village website as a modern administrative tool as well as a medium for promoting village potential. Through this activity, village officials are expected to be able to master the technical skills in managing and updating website content independently so that the information presented is always up-to-date and relevant. Administrative data will then be adjusted to the needs of the village. The results of the socialization of the village website with the link bandarpasirmandoge.com which was held on August 13, 2025 at the Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village Hall went smoothly and received a positive response from all participants. This activity was attended by village officials, community leaders, representatives of community organizations.

Abstract

Hair loss is one of the common health problems experienced by many people and often causes psychological impacts, particularly on self-confidence. The factors contributing to hair loss are diverse, ranging from genetics, diet, and stress to lifestyle. The lack of public knowledge about these risk factors, as well as the low level of digital literacy in the use of predictive technology, makes it difficult for people to take early preventive measures. This community service activity aims to provide education and simple training on predicting hair loss risk using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm for residents of Rantau Prapat Village. The implementation methods include a pre-test to measure initial understanding, interactive counseling on hair loss risk factors, practical simulation of risk prediction using SVM based on a simple dataset, and evaluation through a post-test. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding, from an average of 45.2% in the pre-test to 81.6% in the post-test, with a participant satisfaction level reaching 92%. This counseling not only improved health literacy but also introduced the practical application of artificial intelligence in the health sector.

Abstract

Abstract: Sidomulyo Village Hall Office, currently the agency has several assets including 1 computer unit, 4 air conditioners, 2 printers, and 1 television. And the second interview with noni as the Head of Finance (Village Treasurer) she stated that when calculating the depreciation of the residual value of assets in the Village Agency it is not optimal because it is still done conventionally such as manually calculated using a calculator in a book and has not been computerized. Produce an asset inventory application to make it easier to calculate the depreciation value of goods in the government agency Sidomulyo Village Hall Office. The purpose of this study is to change the manual calculation system into a computerized calculation system. The data used is asset data owned by the Sidomulyo Village Hall Office. The results of the AHP calculation test show that the depreciation of assets for Laptops, Printers, Photocopy Machines, AC, Digital, Wall Clocks, Fans, Refrigerators and Sound Systems is 30% and 32-inch TV Assets is 20%. Keywords: Inventory Application, AHP Method, Sidomulyo Village Hall Office, Web. Abstrak: Kantor Balai Desa Sidomulyo, saat ini instansi tersebut memiliki beberapa aset diantaranya komputer 1 unit, air conditioner 4 unit, mesin cetak (printer) 2 unit, dan televisi 1 unit. Dan wawancara kedua dengan noni sebagai Kaur Keuangan (Bendahara Desa) beliau menyatakan bahwa saat didalam perhitungan penyusutan nilai residu pada aktiva/aset di Instansi Desa tersebut belum maksimal karena masih dilakukan secara konvensional seperti dihitung manual menggunakan kalkulator dibuku dan belum terkomputerisasi. Menghasilkan aplikasi inventori aset agar lebih mudah dalam menghitung nilai penyusutan barang pada instansi pemerintahan Kantor Balai Desa Sidomulyo. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengubah sistem perhitungan manual menjadi sebuah sistem perhitungan yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Data yang digunakan berupah data aset yang dimiliki oleh Kantor Balai Desa sidomulyo. Hasil pengujian perhitungan AHP terlihat penyusutan aset Laptop, Printer, Mesin Foto Copy, AC, Digital, Jam Dinding, Kipas Angin, Kulkas dam sound System sebesar 30% dan Aset TV 32 Inci Sebesar 20%. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Inventori, Metode AHP, Kantor Balai Desa Sidomulyo, Web.

Abstract

Asahan University (UNA) is one of the private universities in North Sumatra which has Institution B accreditation in 2024 which is led by the Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tri Harsono, M.Si, in improving quality in the field of administration, UNA always requires staff to give good performance according to their expertise. Objective assessment of job placement will improve performance and motivate staff to perform well. However, the process of placing staff positions at UNA is only based on tenure so that the performance process is less than optimal. Objective: Implementing a system that can provide an assessment of positions in accordance with their expertise. 50 employee data, diploma data, training certificates, work performance, work experience, work period and discipline. Based on the analysis of the process of assigning staff positions to UNA, there are more than 10 staff who have different positions. Furthermore, the data is processed using the profile matching method. The processing stage is through the selection of criteria and then it is processed to get the results of the analysis. Followed by calculating the level of accuracy with the results of the analysis of the UNA staffing section. The results of the testing of this method were that there were 16 staff who were very suitable with their expertise, while 28 people were deemed suitable and 6 more staff were not. So that the level of accuracy is 88%. The assessment of the test results has been able to provide an assessment of the appropriate position. but it can already be recommended to assist the staffing of UNA in analyzing the positions that are currently running to improve the performance of staff in the UNA environment.

Abstract

Kantor Pos Cabang Kisaran sebagai unit pelayanan publik menerima kunjungan tamu dalam jumlah banyak setiap harinya. Sistem pencatatan tamu yang masih manual menggunakan buku tulis menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti salah menulis data, tulisan yang sulit dibaca, kesulitan dalam mencari data tamu sebelumnya serta proses rekapitulasi yang memakan waktu lama. Kondisi ini berpotensi menghambat efektivitas kerja petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem informasi buku tamu berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi buku tamu berbasis web mampu mengatasi kendala pencatatan manual. Sistem ini memudahkan petugas dalam menginput, mengedit, mencari, serta mencetak laporan data tamu dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Dengan demikian, penerapan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Pos Cabang Kisaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan nilai siswa mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di MIN 3 Kabupaten Asahan menggunakan metode data mining K-Means Clustering. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi sekolah adalah proses analisis nilai yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sulit mengetahui pola capaian belajar siswa secara menyeluruh. Dengan menerapkan metode K-Means, data nilai siswa dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), sesuai KKM, dan di bawah KKM. Proses penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, mulai dari pengumpulan dan normalisasi data nilai SKI hingga perhitungan centroid dan iterasi menggunakan Euclidean Distance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sesuai KKM, sementara sebagian lainnya termasuk di atas dan di bawah KKM. Hasil pengelompokan ini membantu guru dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran, memberikan program remedial, serta menyusun strategi pengajaran yang lebih tepat sasaran. Penerapan metode K-Means terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam mengolah data akademik serta mendukung penerapan pembelajaran berbasis data di lingkungan madrasah.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Arsip Surat ini dikembangkan untuk mendukung efisiensi  dalam pengelolaan surat di Kantor Camat Air Batu. Sistem ini berfokus pada pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar yang menjadi bagian penting dalam kegiatan administrasi perkantoran. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dan memiliki fitur utama yaitu pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar, disposisi, dan manajemen pengguna. Melalui sistem ini, admin dapat melakukan pencatatan, penyimpanan, dan pencarian data surat dengan lebih mudah dan cepat tanpa harus menggunakan metode manual. Fitur surat masuk digunakan untuk mencatat data surat yang diterima, seperti nomor surat, tanggal surat, asal surat, dan perihal. Fitur surat keluar digunakan untuk mengelola data surat yang dikirim oleh kantor, termasuk penomoran dan tujuan surat. Sementara itu, fitur disposisi memungkinkan admin mendistribusikan surat masuk kepada pihak yang berwenang, sedangkan manajemen pengguna digunakan untuk mengatur hak akses pengguna sistem. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, serta antarmuka berbasis HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript agar mudah digunakan oleh pengguna sistem. Dengan diterapkannya aplikasi ini , proses pengarsipan surat di Kantor Camat Air Batu menjadi lebih akurat, terstruktur, dan efisien.
