Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government had implemented a policy which changed face-to-face learning to distance learning. However, there is still a need for teachers to optimize the quality of students' education. This goal is in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number four, namely quality education. By getting a quality education, people can break the chain of poverty. Through education, inequality can be reduced, and people can be empowered to live more sustainably and healthily. The purpose of this research was to analyse students' coping strategies during distance learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research was conducted in Jakarta from May to June 2021. The population was Universitas Negeri Jakarta students. The sample was selected using a cluster sampling technique of as many as 211 students. Data collection uses a coping strategy scale consisting of 39 items derived from the dimensions of problem-focused coping, emotional-focused coping, and seeking social support. The t-value of 0.110 with sig 0.913 > 0.05 shows no significant difference in average coping strategies between female and male respondents. The ANOVA revealed F-value of 0.329 with sig. 0.805 > 0.05, which means there is no significant difference in the average coping strategy of respondents based on birth order. The results of the analysis showed that the students' coping strategies were in the high category. Over time, students can adapt to the learning techniques used in the classroom. The problem-focused coping dimension has the highest average value, so this research concludes that students focus on dealing with the problem when faced with one. Students try to analyse the causes of the problems they face, plan steps to deal with problems, and make efforts to change the situation carefully. There is no difference in the average value of female and male students' coping strategies. Students are more dominant in using problem-focused coping as an effort to deal with stress when implementing distance learning. Students must be able to overcome their problems with appropriate coping strategies to achieve quality learning in education.

Abstract

The tourist village has unique natural and cultural characteristics so that it has the potential to become a tourist attraction to attract tourists to visit. In this case, it can be said that the tourist village still upholds the existing regional traditions, so that visiting tourists can enjoy the attractions, accommodations, and facilities available. The use of digitalization to develop tourist attractions is one of the implementations of the smart tourism approach. One of the manifestations of digitizing tourism is by utilizing information and communication technology. Digitalization in the tourism industry is considered to be one of the right steps to address the current digital-oriented culture of society in meeting all their needs when traveling. The existence of technology provides enormous business opportunities to develop residents' home-based lodging businesses, namely homestays. The internet plays a very significant role in the business transformation process towards digitization which can increase revenue, reduce interaction and transformation costs. Digitalization has given rise to more choices of alternative achievements at lower costs, and with wider opportunities Abstrak Desa wisata memiliki karakteristik alam dan budaya yang unik sehingga memiliki potensi menjadi daya tarik wisata untuk menarik wisatawan berkunjung. Dalam hal ini, desa wisata bisa dikatakan masih menjunjung tinggi tradisi daerah yang ada, sehingga wisatawan yang berkunjung dapat menikmati atraksi, akomodasi, serta fasilitas yang tersedia. Pemanfaatan digitalisasi untuk mengembangkan atraksi wisata merupakan salah satu implementasi pendekatan smart tourism. Perwujudan digitalisasi pariwisata ini salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Digitalisasi di industri pariwisata dianggap menjadi salah satu langkah tepat untuk menyikapi budaya masyarakat saat ini yang berorientasi digital dalam memenuhi segala kebutuhan mereka ketika melakukan perjalanan. Adanya teknologi memberikan peluang bisnis yang sangat besar untuk mengembangkan bisnis penginapan berbasis rumah warga yaitu homestay. Internet memainkan peran yang sangat signifikan dalam proses transformasi bisnis menuju digitalisasi yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan, mengurangi biaya interaksi dan transformasi . Digitalisasi memunculkan lebih banyak pilihan pencapaian alternatif dengan biaya lebih rendah, dan memiliki peluang lebih luas

Abstract

Abstrak: Karakter disiplin penting untuk anak dan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhinya yaitu lingkungan keluarga melalui pelaksanaan fungsi keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberfungsian keluarga dan pengaruhnya terhadap karakter disiplin siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 dengan menggunakan angket. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 275 orang siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik probability sampling. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh keberfungsian keluarga terhadap karakter disiplin siswa di sekolah. Besaran pengaruh kontribusi keberfungsian keluarga terhadap karakter disiplin siswa di sekolah sebesar 16%, sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menguatkan pentingnya keberfungsian keluarga dalam membangun karakter disiplin pada siswa. Orang tua dapat meningkatkan keberfungsian keluarga melalui: komunikasi, kekompakan, aturan dan peran.Abstract: Disciplinary character is important for children and one of the factors that influences it is the family environment through the implementation of family functions. This research aims to analyze family functioning and its influence on students' disciplinary character at school. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out in May 2024 using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 275 students selected using probability sampling techniques. To answer the research objectives, the data was analyzed using a linear regression test. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of family functioning on the discipline character of students at school. The magnitude of the contribution of family functioning to the discipline character of students at school is 16%, the remainder is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of this research reinforce the importance of family functioning in building disciplined character in students. Parents can improve family functioning through: communication, cohesiveness, rules and roles.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the development of environmental education from an ecopedagogical perspective and its implementation using an experiential learning approach. This research employs a descriptive method and utilizes library research by collecting, studying, and analyzing various research findings in the form of journals, books, and government documents relevant to the research topic. The environmental movement of the 1960s-1970s advocated for environmental issues in response to resource exploitation, which exacerbated social and economic inequalities. This pressure led to the emergence of the concept of sustainable development and the integration of environmental education into curricula. However, such education tends to be elitist and lacks practical action, necessitating a return to its praxis roots through ecopedagogy and experiential learning. This approach emphasizes learning based on direct experience, such as sustainable agriculture practices or eco-friendly energy applications, which are relevant to community conditions. Collaboration among the government, private sector, and educational institutions is essential to ensure the effectiveness of this program, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and action-oriented environmental awareness.

Abstract

At the start of offline learning, there are still students who are carried away by the atmosphere of online learning and there is a decrease in the character of some students when learning online so the role of the teacher is needed to foster and develop the character of the students. This study aims to find out the strategies used by teachers in instilling JUARA character values in grade 8 students. This research was conducted from July to August 2022 at SMPN 252 Jakarta. The results of this study are: 1) in instilling honest character, the teacher uses an assessment rubric strategy (especially for English lessons), integrity pacts, personal correction, giving assignments, role models/examples, advice/appeals, 2) in instilling tenacious character, the teacher uses strategies by providing trust, examples/examples, group work, rote assignments (specifically Islamic religious lessons) and involving students in various activities, 3) in instilling a trustworthy character, teachers use strategies by giving responsibility, role models/examples, and appeals, 4) in instilling religious character, the teacher uses the tadarus Al-Quran strategy together, morning services (non-Muslims), holding congregational and dhuha prayers, getting used to praying before studying and going home, and holding events on religious holidays, and 5) in instilling active character , the teacher uses strategies by requiring mandatory and optional extracurriculars, Wednesday performance activities, group discussions, class pickets, healthy Friday activities, examples/examples, advice and the question and answer method.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa rantau di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan intrument non-tes berupa kuesioner sebagai sumber data. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen The Sosial Provision Scale untuk dukungan sosial keluarga dan Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire untuk instrumen kemampuan adaptasi. Sampel berjumlah 152  mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan berdasarkan perhitungan Isaac & Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan Juni – Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang posistif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa rantau di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diberikan oleh keluarga, maka akan semakin tinggi pula kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa yang merantau. Dibuktikan juga dengan analisa regresi sederhana yang menunjukan statistika positif  = 73,960 + 0,501 X dan hasil koefisien determinasi variabel dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kemampuan adaptasi berpengaruh dengan presentasi sebesar 26% dan sisanya sebesar 74% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Perlunya sosialisasi serta pemahaman bagaimana dukungan sosial dari keluarga membantu mahasiswa rantau yang jauh secara fisik dari keluarga untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan lingkungan yang baru. Abstract The study aims to determine how much influence family social support has on the adaptability of overseas students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) using associative quantitative research methods. The research location was at the State University of Jakarta. This study used a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire as a data source. The study used The Social Provision Scale instrument for family social support and the Student Adaptation to College Questionnaire for adaptability instruments. The sample amounted to 152 students who met the criteria set based on Isaac & Michael's calculation with an error rate of 5%. This research was conducted during June - December 2023. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between family social support on the adaptability of overseas students at the State University of Jakarta. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that the higher the social support provided by the family, the higher the adaptability of students who migrate. It is also proven by a simple regression analysis that shows positive statistics   = 73.960 + 0.501 X and the results of the coefficient of determination of the family social support variable on adaptability with a presentation of 26% and the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors. The need for socialization and understanding of how social support from the family helps adaptability.

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia is still a challenge. Not all students with special needs are treated well by regular students. Students with special needs need social support in carrying out the learning process in inclusive schools. More studies need to be conducted on the social acceptance of regular students towards students with special needs. This study analyses the relationship between social acceptance and social support of regular students towards students with special needs. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. Research data were collected using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample of this study totaled 209 regular students at SMP N 259 Jakarta, grades 7, 8, and 9, in whose classes there were students with special needs. Data collection used a questionnaire guided by the researcher. The instrument used to measure social acceptance consists of 21 items, while the instrument used to measure social support consists of 20 items. The results showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.832. This result means that the relationship between social acceptance and social support of regular students towards students with special needs is significant. So, the higher the social acceptance, the higher the social support. There needs to be socialization about inclusive education to encourage social acceptance of students with special needs. That way, social support will also increase.   Abstrak Implementasi pendidikan inklusi di Indonesia masih menjadi tantangan. Tidak semua siswa berkebutuhan khusus diperlakukan dengan baik oleh siswa reguler. Siswa berkebutuhan khusus membutuhkan dukungan sosial dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran di sekolah inklusi. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai penerimaan sosial siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara penerimaan sosial dan dukungan sosial siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 209 siswa reguler di SMP N 259 Jakarta, kelas 7, 8, dan 9, yang di dalam kelasnya terdapat siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dipandu oleh peneliti. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur penerimaan sosial terdiri dari 21 item, sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur dukungan sosial terdiri dari 20 item. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,832. Hasil ini berarti hubungan antara penerimaan sosial dan dukungan sosial siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus adalah signifikan. Jadi, semakin tinggi penerimaan sosial maka semakin tinggi pula dukungan sosialnya. Perlu adanya sosialisasi mengenai pendidikan inklusi untuk mendorong penerimaan sosial terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan begitu, dukungan sosial juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keputusan pembelian kopi keliling pada mahasiswa UNJ ditinjau dari aspek budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNJ yang berjumlah 29.017 orang, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 388 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan nilai mean (Me), median (Md), modus (Mo), dan standar deviasi, serta menggunakan kategori. Jika ditinjau berdasarkan pada dimensi Budaya, di kategori sedang. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan membeli kopi keliling sebagai bagian dari rutinitas soosial mereka, seperti nongkrong bersama teman, tetapi belum menjadikannya kebutuhan harian yang konsisten. Pada dimensi Sosial, di kategori sedang. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pengaruh kelompok teman, keluarga dan peran sosial sebagai mahasiswa cukup berkaitan dengan keputusan pembelian tetapi belum menjadi aspek yang mendorong pembelian secara rutin. Pada dimensi Pribadi pada kategori sedang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kopi keliling dipilih mahasiswa karena menyesuaikan dengan kondisi ekonomi mereka (uang saku), gaya hidup yang sederhana yang mendukung aktivitas kampus, meskipun demikian kondisi keuangan menjadi pembatas intensitas pembelian. Pada dimensi Psikologis, pada kategori sedang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa membeli kopi keliling sebagian besar didorong oleh kebutuhan praktis, seperti ingin tetap fokus belajar, bukan semata-mata karena loyalitas merek atau tren. Sehingga secara keseluruhan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian kopi keliling di kalangan mahasiswa UNJ berkaitan dengan berbagai aspek budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi dan adaptasi terhadap preferensi konsumen yang terus berkembang penting untuk mempertahankan daya tarik kopi keliling sebagai bagian dari gaya hidup mahasiswa.
