Abstract

Kemampuan koneksi matematis menjadi salah satu tujuan pembelajaran yang penting. Peningkatan kemampuan koneksi matematis dapat dicapai melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang direncanakan dengan baik melalui latihan soal yang sesuai serta pengenalan karakteristik peserta didik, salah satunya disposisi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bentuk tes dan disposisi matematis terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel sebanyak 86 peserta didik yang berasal dari dua sekolah. Sampel dibedakan menjadi dua kelompok yang masing-masing diberi latihan soal berbentuk esai dan pilihan ganda. Selanjutnya diberikan instrumen disposisi matematis untuk pengelompokkan disposisi matematis tinggi dan rendah. Pada akhir perlakuan, sampel diberikan instrumen tes yang mengukur kemampuan koneksi matematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan koneksi matematis peserta didik yang diberi tes esai lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang diberi tes pilihan ganda dan tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara pengaruh bentuk tes dan disposisi matematis terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis peserta didik. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis, Bentuk Tes, Disposisi Matematis

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of internet usage on family literacy. The study was conducted with a survey method of 100 families in the area of Candi Batujaya, Karawang. A non-test instrument in the form of a family literacy questionnaire consisting of 50 items with a verbal frequency scale (4 scales) of always, often, rarely, and never was used. Data were analyzed using the t-test. Before analyzing the data, normality and homogeneity tests were performed to meet normal and homogeneous assumptions. The results showed that internet usage influenced family literacy even though relatively small (6.15%). Collaborative monitoring was the highest means score (2.89 out of 4.00), while parent involvement was the lowest means score (2.40 out of 4.00).

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning of direct and inverse proportion by using proportion tables based on Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach. Data were collected from preliminary test results, classroom observation, field notes, student activity sheets, test answer sheets, and interviews conducted on students grade VII at Islamic Junior High School Al-Azhar 12 Rawamangun. Based on the results of the retrospective analysis, PMRI characteristics have a role in developing direct and inverse proportion. Students' activities in observing the context presented can train students to develop learning strategies and explore the use of proportion tables. The proportion table can present the students' informal thinking processes and assist students in solving problems related to direct and inverse proportion. The use of student construction results in each meeting contributes to assisting students in understanding the direct and inverse proportion. The conceptual relevance of this study attracts students' attention because the context is given close to student life. Thus, the proportion table can help students to understand the proportion so that they can resolve the proportion problems.

Abstract

This research is part of the standardization of the Students' Coping Strategy Scale (SCSS). This study aims to reveal the content validity, empirical validity, and reliability of the SCSS. The non-test instrument consisting of 42 statements from three dimensions: problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping, and seeking social support. Content validity analysis was carried out by experts to obtain Gregory's content validity coefficient, while the empirical validity and reliability analysis by empirically testing the instrument on 211 respondents and analyzed using the Rasch model approach. The results show that Gregory's content validity coefficient is 0.714, so it needs improvement on some items that are considered unsuitable. Empirical validity analysis using WINSTEPS software shows that three items do not fit the model. The reliability coefficient of the SCSS is 0.99. Thus, the remaining 39 items are appropriate to be used to measure students' coping strategies.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policy changes in the education sector. Face-to-face learning activities turned into distance learning or online learning. However, in practice, teachers and students often encounter problems so that learning becomes less than optimal. This study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of online learning during the pandemic from students' points of view. The research was conducted at SMK N 32 Jakarta in April 2021 with qualitative research methods. The population used in this study were students of SMK N 32 Jakarta, with a sample of 50 students who were selected using the quota sampling technique. According to students, the research results indicate that the online learning undertaken during this pandemic has been going well because the material and explanation received are pretty straightforward, making it easier to understand the learning material. A total of 67.62% of respondents felt that the material and explanations received were well understood.Keywords - Online learning, Distance learning, Learning proces

Abstract

Data Badan Peradilan Agama (BADILAG) menyatakan bahwa perceraian di Indonesia setiap tahunnya selalu meningkat. Rata-rata perceraian didominasi oleh cerai gugat. Hal ini menarik perhatian untuk diteliti. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam pada istri yang melakukan gugat cerai. Hasil studi literatur tentang perceraian di Indonesia terlihat bahwa penyebab perceraian antara lain faktor ekonomi, faktor komunikasi yang buruk, faktor adanya orang ketiga atau perselingkuhan, serta faktor sosial dan budaya. Hasil wawancara mendalam menunjukan bahwa pasangan yang ingin menikah menganggap pendidikan pra-nikah hanya sebatas formalitas proses untuk melaksanakan pernikahan serta rata-rata pasangan yang sudah bercerai mengakui bahwa minimnya kesadaran terhadap makna pernikahan.Kata Kunci – Gugatan Perceraian, Faktor Perceraian, Studi Pustaka.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara coping ekonomi dengan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan coping ekonomi dengan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 180 orang suami yang bekerja sebagai nelayan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 119 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa coping ekonomi berhubungan negatif signifikan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan r = -0,284 (p<0,05). Hasil ini berarti bahwa semakin mengurangi coping ekonomi maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan dan sebaliknya semakin menambah coping ekonomi maka semakin rendah kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan keluarga dapat melakukan coping ekonomi menambah pendapatan dalam mengatasi masalah keuangan yang dihadapi dan mengurangi penggunaan coping ekonomi dengan cara mengurangi pengeluaran, sehingga kesejahteraan subjektif keluarga nelayan dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci: coping ekonomi, keluarga nelayan, kesejahteraan subjektif   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relationship between economic coping with the subjective well-being of fishermen's families. The hypothesis in this study is to determine whether or not there is a relationship between economic coping and the subjective welfare of fishermen's families. The population of this research is 180 husbands who work as fishermen The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique and the number of research samples is 119 respondents. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the correlation test showed that economic coping had a significant negative relationship with the subjective welfare of fishermen's families r = -0.284 (p <0.05). This result means that the less economic coping, the higher the subjective welfare of the fishermen's family and conversely the more economic coping, the lower the subjective welfare of the fishermen's family. Thus, it is expected that families can carry out economic coping to increase income in overcoming financial problems they face and reduce the use of economic coping by reducing spending, so that the subjective welfare of fishermen's families can increase. keyword: economic coping,  fisherman families, subjective well-being

Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO TUTORIAL PROVIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE DENGAN STANDAR KKNI SEBAGAI PERSIAPAN UJI KOMPETENSI Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Video Tutorial Provide Food and Beverage Service sebagai media pembelajaran materi Food and Beverage yang sesuai standar KKNI untuk mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian dilakukan sejak April 2020–Juni 2021. Video dikembangkan dengan Aplikasi Filmora dan memperhatikan standar KKNI. Video yang telah dikembangkan selanjutnya dilakukan validasi terhadap ahli media dan ahli materi. Dilakukan pula uji coba terhadap beberapa kelompok mahasiswa, dari mulai kelompok kecil hingga kelompok besar. Hasil penilaian Video Tutorial Provide Food and Beverage Service oleh para ahli dan mahasiswa memperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 90%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media Video Tutorial Provide Food and Beverage Service dapat digunakan mahasiswa sebagai persiapan uji kompetensi yang sesuai standar KKNI. DEVELOPMENT OF VIDEO TUTORIAL PROVIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE LEARNING MEDIA WITH KKNI STANDARDS AS COMPETENCY TEST PREPARATION Abstract This research and development is intended to produce Video Tutorial Provide Food and Beverage Service as a learning medium for Food and Beverage materials that are in accordance with KKNI standards for college students. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research was conducted from April 2020–July 2021. The video was developed with (the application) and took into account the IQF standard. The videos that have been developed are then validated against media experts and material experts. Experiments were also conducted on several groups of students, from small groups to large groups. The results of the Provide Food and Beverage Service Video Tutorial assessment by experts and students obtained an overall average of 90%. The results showed that the development of the Provide Food and Beverage Service Video Tutorial media could be used by students as preparation for a competency test according to KKNI standards. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of the Quality of Service of the Housekeeping Department To the Satisfaction Level of the Guests Staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Harapan Indah Bekasi. Data collection method survey approach with correlational. The population in this study is a hotel with a total sample of 80 respondents consisting of male and female. Determination of the sample in this study using the slovin formula with data collection Techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) quality of service of the housekeeping department and the level of satisfaction of the guests. Hypothesis test data were analyzed by simple linear regression. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient values obtained rhitung is by 0,673> rtabel is of 0.220, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between the variables of service quality and guest satisfaction. The next known value Sig. (2-talled) between service quality and guest satisfaction is of 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant correlation between the quality of service of the housekeeping department with the level of satisfaction of the guests staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Harapan Indah Bekasi. Implications the results of this study that there is a positive relationship between the quality of service of the Housekeeping Department to the satisfaction level of the guests staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Harapan Indah Bekasi. The application of quality Housekeeping service can provide a strong influence on the satisfaction of the guests staying at the hotel that the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of Housekeeping Department in Hotel Santika Premiere Harapan Indah Bekasi implemented properly and done with attention to standard operating pocedur (SOP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' tendency to use the same or different platforms in distance learning to create effective and joyful learning. The study was conducted on 119 students from the Department of Family Welfare Education, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, from April to May 2020. The research was conducted using survey methods—data collected through questionnaires and online interviews. Data analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 74 of 119 students preferred using the same platform during learning. The consistent use of platforms makes it easier for students to access so that the student just focus on lecture material.
