Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang dapat memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi berdasarkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh para ahli pada bidang tertentu. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah sistem pakar untuk menentukan metode Keluarga Berencana Alami (KBA) menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Sistem pakar ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar dapat memberikan rekomendasi metode KBA berdasarkan kondisi fisik, kesehatan, dan riwayat kesehatan pasangan. Pengguna hanya perlu memasukkan data yang dibutuhkan, kemudian sistem akan memberikan hasil rekomendasi secara cepat dan akurat. Diharapkan sistem pakar yang dirancang dapat membantu para ahli dan praktisi di bidang KBA dalam memberikan rekomendasi metode yang tepat untuk pasien. Selain itu, sistem pakar ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memperoleh informasi mengenai KBA dan memilih metode yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan mereka

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran sangat diperlukan untuk dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan belajar siswa di dalam kelas. Dalam hal ini, pelatihan diberikan kepada siswa/i SMA N 3 Bengkayang. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, bahwa mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi atau keterampilan Komputer dan Pengelolaan Informasi (TIK/KKPI) telah ditiadakan. Sehingga materi pelatihan harus di sesuaikan dengan pengetahuan siswa/i dengan melakukan pre-test dan post-test. Pelatihan diberikan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam mengoperasikan microsoft office khususnya Microsoft excel. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dimulai dari observasi, wawancara, persiapan materi, menyusun jadwal pertemuan, pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan analisis data tingkat pelajar, dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan pelatihan analisis data dengan tools yang familiar masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagai bekal dan persiapan menuju dunia kerja maupun pendidikan lainnya. Dimana meskipun teori yang berkaitan dengan TIK dianggap sudah dapat dirangkum dengan mata pelajaran lainnya, namun masih banyak siswa/i yang belum mampu mengenal dan memahami meskipun hanya sekedar dasarnya saja, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil pre-test yang masih rendah dan menghasilkan nilai post-test yang yang sudah lebih bervarisi dan mengalami peningkatan dari sebelumnya.   Training on the use of Microsoft Excel must be adjusted to the level of understanding of students. Learning methods are needed to be able to adjust the learning needs of students in the classroom. In this case, the training was given to students of SMA N 3 Bengkayang. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the school, Information and Communication Technology or Computer Skills and Information Management (ICT/KKPI) subjects have been abolished. So the training material must be adjusted to the knowledge of students by doing pre-tests and post-tests. Based on the results of student-level data analysis service training activities, it can be seen that data analysis training activities with familiar tools still need to be improved as provision and preparation for the world of work and other education. Where even though the theory related to ICT is considered to be able to be summarized with other subjects, there are still many students who have not been able to recognize, understand even just the basics, this can be seen from the results of the pre-test which are still low and produce post-test that has more variety and has increased from before

Abstract

Service activities at the Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Cooperative Organization or usually abbreviated as KOWAPI are continuous service activities from previous service activities in 2022. The 2022 service focuses on creating a web profile for the KOWAPI organization. Based on the problems that partners are currently experiencing, namely a lack of understanding regarding digitalization and website literacy, the KOWAPI organization requested that the Shanti Bhuana Institute lecturers return to carrying out service that focuses on assistance in managing the existing web profile. Mentoring activities are carried out so that the KOWAPI organization's web profile can continue to be updated, so that it can help the development of the organization. The assistance provided focuses on creating news content, managing the website dashboard, and updating the home dashboard by including video content and photos of KOWAPI organizational activities.             Keywords: mentoring; web managing; kowapi; service.  Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian di Organisasi Koperasi Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia atau biasa disingkat KOWAPI merupakan kegiatan pengabdian berkelanjutan dari kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya di tahun 2022. Pada pengabdian tahun 2022 berfokus pada pembuatan web profile untuk organisasi KOWAPI. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang mitra alami saat ini, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman berkaitan dengan digitalisasi dan literasi website, organisasi KOWAPI meminta agar pihak Dosen Institut Shanti Bhuana kembali melakukan pengabdian yang berfokus pada pendampingan dalam pengelolaan web profile yang sudah ada saat ini. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. Pendampingan yang dilakukan berfokus pada pembuatan konten berita, pengelolaan dashboard website, dan update dashboard beranda dengan memasukkan konten video dan foto-foto kegiatan organisai KOWAPI. Kata kunci: pendampingan; pengelolaan web; kowapi; pengabdian.

Abstract

The decision to choose a residential house is an important decision that has a long-term impact, so it requires careful and objective consideration. S.A.W. Method (Simple Addictive Weighting) and Fuzzy Mamdani are two methods that can be used to evaluate alternative residential homes based on the weights and values of specified criteria. By combining these two methods, it is hoped that the Decision Support System (DSS) can provide recommendations for the best residential houses according to user preferences. By using the S.A.W method, there are three important factors that need to be considered, namely house price, house location and land area. These three factors are then analyzed again to produce decisions or recommendations regarding the choice of residential house using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The Fuzzy Mamdani method calculation produces a value of 50 which is tested using the Matlab application showing the same value, namely 50. From these results, it can be concluded that the S.A.W and Fuzzy Logic Mamdani methods are effective and accurate in selecting residential houses.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman digital telah mengubah segala hal, termasuk dalam hal fotografi. Foto digital memiliki keunggulan dan kekurangan, termasuk kemampuan untuk dimanipulasi dengan software editing sehingga sulit membedakan antara foto asli dan hasil manipulasi. Foto rekayasa tersebut dapat dengan mudah menyebar melalui media sosial dan menimbulkan kecemasan serta keraguan terhadap kebenaran berita. Motif-motif seperti politik, agama, dan motif pribadi dapat menjadi alasan seseorang melakukan rekayasa foto. Keberadaan berbagai software editing yang mudah digunakan memudahkan proses rekayasa foto. Dalam bidang penelitian, forensik citra digital digunakan sebagai metode ilmiah untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti yang dapat digunakan dalam menentukan keaslian sebuah gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi adanya pemalsuan pada foto digital dengan menggunakan pendekatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa dengan sebuah Tools Offline yaitu Metadata++. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian ini yaitu perbedaan Metadata antara foto asli dan foto manipulasi yang menunjukkan adanya perubahan dari kedua foto tersebut.

Abstract

Bengkayang Regency is an area in the neighboring border region with Malaysia. Economic growth in the region is one of the keys to successful development in the region. In Bengkayang Regency, apart from farming, people who work for the government also have a profession as entrepreneurs, namely as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). These MSME businesses vary, such as culinary, services, tourism and trade. Micro business development can be carried out if it is supported by knowledge and government intervention, so that micro businesses can continue to develop. This research aims to determine the development of digital-based businesses in MSMEs to increase income in their businesses. The informants in this research are micro business actors in Bengkayang Regency. Data collection techniques use techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions

Abstract

This research examines the development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the context of tourism with a focus on the MAKAR application. Involving literature review, cultural sustainability analysis, AR development, and field trials, this study aims to elucidate the potential of AR in preserving local cultural sustainability while enhancing the tourist experience. The literature review provides a profound understanding of AR applications in the tourism sector, highlighting key concepts and their implications. Cultural sustainability analysis lays the ethical foundation for AR development that respects and strengthens local cultural heritage. The AR development process is carried out through the selection of the MAKAR platform, combining technological innovation with local wisdom. This stage involves choosing technologies that support technical requirements while considering positive impacts on cultural sustainability and local community participation. Field trials involve five different tourist locations using various types of smartphones. The results provide insights into user responses, cultural sustainability impacts, and application adaptability to different devices. Despite some delays, overall, the MAKAR application successfully delivers a captivating tourist experience. This research concludes that AR development through the MAKAR application has significant potential in preserving cultural sustainability while providing an innovative tourist experience.

Abstract

Suicidal ideation is a serious mental health problem and is often difficult to detect in its early stages. Social media, especially Twitter, is one of the platforms widely used by individuals to express their feelings and emotional conditions, including expressions of suicidal ideation. This study aims to develop a machine learning model that can analyze the sentiment of tweets related to suicidal ideation using big data. The data used in this study consisted of tweets that had been processed for sentiment analysis, which were then classified into three sentiment categories, namely positive, negative, and neutral. The machine learning model applied was Naive Bayes. The results of the model evaluation showed that this model had an accuracy of 72%, with precision and recall values varying depending on the sentiment category. The highest precision was recorded in the negative and neutral categories (0.91), while the highest recall was recorded in the positive category (0.97). This study provides insight into the potential use of machine learning-based sentiment analysis to detect signs of suicidal ideation through big data from social media that can help in early detection of mental health problems.

Abstract

This study presents the development and implementation of an automatic irrigation system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) utilizing the Decision Tree algorithm. The system was applied in a hydroponic garden at Institut Shanti Bhuana Bengkayang. It employs a water level sensor to detect the volume of water, which is then processed using the Decision Tree classification to determine whether the irrigation valve should be opened or closed. Data collected from the sensor were analyzed both manually and programmatically to find the optimal threshold for decision-making. The system was integrated with the Blynk platform, allowing real-time monitoring and control. Testing was conducted over 7 days with 210 data points, and the classification model achieved an accuracy of 100%. The results indicate that the proposed system effectively automates irrigation, minimizes manual intervention, and provides a reliable solution for small-scale smart farming applications.
