Abstract

This research was conducted at Perumahan Gading Marpoyan Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to analyze the behavior of motorbike rider at Perumahan Gading Marpoyan Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The main focus in this study is the behavior of motorcycle traffic at Perumahan Gading Marpoyan Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 5 people. The author uses descriptive and qualitative methods of data are analyzed qualitatively and using purposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the behavior of motorbike riders in traffic and serve the passengers are as follows :1. Precautions, In observing alertness, research subjects always pay attention to personal health and self condition so as not to bring bad impact for passengers. 2. Awareness, to pay attention to consciousness, passengers with the usual remember the nature of his work not only about the fulfillment of economic needs itself. 3. Anticipate, in increasing the quantity of work, motorbike rider need to pay attention to the condition of the body which must always be healthy and fit. Factors that influence motorbike rider behavior in traffic and serving passengers are as follows : Internal factors (Motivation, knowledge, skill, age and economy) and External factors (vehicle condition and environmental conditions).Keywords: Behavior, Behavior Factor, Motorbike Rider

Abstract

Randai the Minang community theater tradition in which there are dance,music and dialogue ( acting ). The aim of this study was the first to find out aboutpublic perception Koto district of Tanjung Raya Tower Agam against Randai.Second to determine the factors that cause a lack of public interest in the Randai.In the discussion of this research used the theories related to the title of theresearch such as understanding social change and understanding Randai. Datawas collected through field work methods which include several aspects:observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. To supplementedthis research, analyzed data on public perception Koto Tower. The data wereanalyzed using descriptive qualitative method that is an analysis that provides adetailed description is based on the fact that encountered in the field andpresented in the form of description and calculation of numbers , percentages andtables .This research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Raya Koto TowerAgam District of West Sumatra province. The results of field research found thatthe public perception of Randai say that Randai not change so that people are notinterested in watching it. This suggests that changes in society that led to a lack ofpublic interest in the Randai. It is caused by several factors, namely, educationand mindset that has been developed, their discontent and the influence of othercultures.Keywords : Perception, Randai, Interest

Abstract

This research was carried out in the campus area Panam District Tampan Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to analyze the life of Hedonis students by using dramaturgy perspective. The theory used is the theory of dramaturgy by Erving Goffman. The technique of determining the sample by purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 4 people. The author himself uses qualitative descriptive method and data instrument is observation interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that students who behave hedonically not necessarily a socially capable person, there are discreditabel stiga that they hide from the front of our stage of vision. In the dramaturgy of discreditabel stigma this is a bad thing that is hidden from the front of the stage itself, for example, he is a poor person, to cover the discreditabel stigma then he look neat, language-pretent like a movie star artist, when he walked the smell of his perfume smell everywhere so that the stigma was covered and the people on the front stage would think he was a rich man. That is the reality that occurs in most social interactions today, many people want to be considered a high social status but are not aware of the bitterness of real life reality, this tends to occur in adolescence. Wanting to get friends from the upper classes was forced to follow the high-class behavior of example. For example, buy one piece of T-shirts with a price reaching 400 thousand dollars. Of course, with rational thinking for those with difficult economics it is better to use the money for their primary needs such as for food needs. Abstract

Research on the public response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program conducted by the author has the aim to find out how the public response to the research program about the public response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program held by PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai and to find out what factors influence the response of the community. The location of the study was in Tanjung Palas and Jaya Mukti Sub-Districts where the people who received the Research program about the community response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program were spread in two villages. The method used in the study was quantitative with descriptive analysis, the data collection technique used the survey method because the number of respondents was only 20 people and data collection was obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research in the field were discovered that the recipient community of the research program on the public response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program as many as 17 people had known the program and the majority of the community had participated actively. The factors that influence people's response are knowledge, education, experience, and off-target factors. Communities that have education and experience tend to actively participate. The community also has grievances in areas that are less suitable for cultivating white oyster mushrooms and the lack of new members to continue the convection business. Community response to the research program on community response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program has been good, this is evidenced by people's knowledge and community participation in participating in the programs held. Abstract

This research was carried out in the village of Bukit Jaya Subdistrict Ukui Pelalawan District. The purpose of this research is to know the farmers ' survival strategy after conducting a rejuvenation of the palm groves of the Plasma in the village of Bukit Jaya Subdistrict Ukui Pelalawan District. The topic of this research focus is the Act of Palm farmers in palm groves Plasma rejuvenation in the village of Bukit Jaya Subdistrict Ukui Pelalawan District. Sample determination techniques in simple random sampling, and set the number of samples as many as 70 people. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods and instruments of data are observation, question form and documentation. The study found that in doing the replanting of Palm, there are several actions taken in society. namely as follows: follow the socialization of Replanting Of PT Asian Agri. Research found that 100% of the respondents (70 people) follow sosialiasai on replanting held by PT Asian Agri, conducting Deliberations with fellow Palm Farmers, 91.4 % of respondents (64 persons) conducts the deliberations with fellow farmers oil palm replanting done before, planning After Replanting, researchers found that 71.4% of respondents (50 people) have plan of looking for another job After replanting oil palm groves. Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine how to form inter-ethnic Social Capital Community contained in RW 027 and the factors that influence it. In the data collection researchers conducted observations and depth interviews. Subjects in this study amounted to 10 people. The data obtained was processed in the form of descriptive qualitative analysis. Sampling technique research using purposive sampling technique. The result from this research that social capital there are exist in the form: (1) trust, applied by the citizens by establish a relationship with good friends among them and maintaining trust with no cheating in their work and mutual trust in matters of employment in other words, not put an excessive suspicion. (2) Social Network, as seen in the sharing of information between citizens in finding or getting a job or workers, help each other in need and share in the joy, and mutual cooperation involving all citizens without distinction of each other in race, religion, race, and intergroup. (3) Social norms, formed themselves that nothing written in the rules in RW 027, but personally and awareness of citizens to know how to respect each other despite differences of culture, language and ethnicity and religion. And the factors forming social capital in society of RW 027 is : (1) has long shared with together routines making them an intense met each other, (2) Comfortable and safe sense, (3) Good communication and the openness of society to newcomers. In the social capital that exist in the society created by people trying not to disturb the public tranquility else and be friendly and humble among them and greeted each other so that at the end of the third factor makes people intimate and social capital solid.Keywords : Social Capital, Ethnic, Society

Abstract

research is based on the development of UD. Indra Agung owned by Umar Lubis in Mandau sub-districts , Bengkalis districts developed quite rapidly. In its development UD. Indra Agung is not subject to the factors of social capital in it. This study uses social capital theory to analyze the phenomenon that occurs. The purpose of this study is to determine the elements of social capital in the development of UD. Indra Agung, and constraints faced by business owners in its development. Qualitative methodology as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words of people and behavior that can be observed. Data collection techniques that researchers will use is to use an interview method which is a form of verbal communication or conversation with the intention of obtaining information from the object, and the method of observation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive. The results of this study, the authors found that there are elements of trust in which there is an element of honesty and tolerance, network elements, and also elements of religious norms. Also in the process of development of UD. Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Sialang Jaya Subdistrict of Rambah Rokan Hulu Regency with problems, that (1) How the process of the formation of local wisdom Down the prohibition in the village of Sialang Jaya? (2) what is the value and meaning of the tradition of harvesting fish in the bottom of the ban (lubuk larangan)? The purpose of this research is to explain the process of the formation of local wisdom at the bottom of the prohibition in the village of Sialang Jaya and knowing the value and meaning of the tradition of harvesting fish in the bottom of the prohibition (lubuk larangan). This research is qualitative research, subjects in this research is a key informant who knows or mencetus ideas about the bottom of the ban as Head of customs, Administrators and community leaders Down the ban. As for the objects in this study is taken by using purposive sampling technique in which communities that serve as informants are those who know the history and traditions of the bottom of the prohibition (lubuk larangan). To collect data for researchers use interview and documentation. The results illustrate that the Community tradition of the bottom of the prohibition (lubuk larangan) of Sialang Jaya the ban as an attempt to restore the condition of polluted rivers that start in the village they are caused due to the increasing number of inhabitants who settled along river of Kaiti. The society has its own way of Sialang Jaya in the management of the river forming the bottom with river of Kaiti prohibition, regulations or the existence of a prevailing myth, maintenance by means of mutual (horja) and the use of traditional capture the moment of harvesting. In addition, there are the value and meaning of the tradition is the bottom of the ban as the value of togetherness, of family, mutual, pillars/unity and values compliance. Abstract

Company Limited (PT) Pegadaian as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) participate and help improve the welfare of the community, especially the middle class down by means of distributing a wide range of credit facilities are fast, easy and secure, One of the credit facility is Business Credit Household (Krista). The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of PT. Pegadaian in community development efforts. Data collection method used is the field of research and literature study with quantitative descriptive analysis of the data using figures and tables and described systematically.Business Credit Household (Krista) is one of the credit facilities granted to small and medium entrepreneurs preferred women. The prerequisite is a small entrepreneur / medium, identity cards and family cards, become a member of a group of business has been running for at least 6 months, and currently has no debt. The procedure to be followed by prospective borrowers very fast, easy and secure. Which include prospective borrower fills the credit request form (FPK), further functional Krista will conduct a survey and analysis of credit. If decent credit is given, then the prospective customer will perform a credit agreement with Pegadaian engagement. Abstract

This study was conducted at Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar The purpose of this study is to determine the socio-economic changes of the community with the Land at Galian Batu C (Aquari) di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. The focus of this research is to analyze people's perception of land at Galian Batu C (Aquari) di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. the minimum sample in this study was 96 respondents. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods and Instruments data are questionnaires, interviews and documentation.Research conducted, the authors found that there are three changes that occur in the community with the land galian C at Kelurahan Pasir Sialang, namely: a change in the level of basic income felt by as many as 75% of respondents, changes to employment opportunities perceived by as many as 69.7% of respondents and changes to access development accommodation perceived by as much as 25%. It also found some public perceptions about the activity of excavated land c that is, the source of community income for the community, the availability of new jobs, damaging the surrounding environment and assisting the community accommodation.
