Abstract

This research was carried out among University Students of Riau. Phenomenon gambling poker on line among college student university of Riau Majors sociology. (1).how mechanism online gambling poker among students university of riau majors sociology(2). what is the impact online gambling poker among students university of riau majors sociology. This research is qualitative descriptive research. As for the sample in this study is University of Riau students who do and know gambling online poker. Because the number of students who do online gambling poker is unknown, hen in this study the authors in the sampling technique used on probability is Snowball Sampling technique by determining one or two informants to be interviewed further from the previous informants get informed next information. To collect research data using observation method, documentation, and in-depth interview using interview guideline in analyzing data of research result used qualitative analysis and in its writing described in descriptive. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the behavior of online gambling poker among students is caused by factors that are factors of longgars control of parents, profit factors, factors desire and friend factors that affect. And the impact of this online behavior is the health impact, lowered the spirit of learning,economy, personality and result in such deviant behavior that is lying, pawning goods as well as the positive impact of poker online gambling is that as entertainment.Keywords: Gambling, poker online, pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku menyimpang pengendara sepeda motor dalam berkendara di wilayah hukum polsek Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Topik fokus penelitian ini adalah mengenai perilaku pengendara sepeda motor dalam berkendara di wilayah hukum polsek Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Teknik penentuan sampel secara accidental sampling. dan menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 orang. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan Instrumen data adalah observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan beberapa perilaku pengendara sepeda motor dalam berkendara di Kecamatan Tampan, yaitu: Mengabaikan rambu-rambu lalu lintas, Penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan responden jarang/kurang mengetahui makna dan fungsi dari rambu lalu lintas (62,8%). Mengabaikan aturan sikap dalam berkendara, Penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan bahwa kebanyakan pelanggaran aturan sikap yang dilakukan oleh responden adalah berkendara dengan melawan arus (48,95%). Mengubah standar keadaan sepeda motor, Penelitian menemukan bahwa 18,1% responden sering merubah standarisasi kendaraan bermotornya. Tidak melengkapi atribut berkendara, Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa tidak semua responden tidak menggunakan helm ketika berkendara (23,4%). Penelitian yang dilakukan juga menemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengendara sepeda motor dalam berkendara di Kecamatan Tampan, yaitu sebagai berikut: Pengetahuan, Penelitian menemukan rata-rata responden mengetahui segala marka/rambu lalu lintas secara keseluruhan. Sikap, Penelitian menemukan bahwa 87,2% responden mengetahui bagaimana sikap yang baik dalam berkendara. Keterampilan, Penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak semua responden mengetahui cara menggunakan semua jenis kendaraan bermotor atau beberapa jenis kendaraan bermotor (59,6%).Kata Kunci: Perilaku, Sikap, Tindakan Sosial

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs is the increasing number of people who seek treatment at the alternative traditional medicine at Miftahussyifa Pondok in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out the response of the people who have participated in traditional alternative medicine at Miftahussyifa hut. (2) To find out the factors that encourage them to seek treatment in traditional alternative medicine at the Miftahussyifa hut. This study uses the percentage frequency obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 89 respondents. The results of the study found that the public perception index of Traditional Alternative Medicine in Pondok Miftahussyifa was 75.12% and classified as a good category. Many factors cause people to seek treatment in alternative medicine including social, economic, cultural, psychological factors, saturation of services, benefits and success and knowledge. Abstract

This research was conducted on the community, especially on pineapple farmers in Rimbo Panjang Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. At present the function shift of land in the Village of Rimbo Panjang in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency has already taken place. The theory used is the Theory of Social Change. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 6 people, namely the Village Head of Rimbo Panjang, Head of the BPN Office, 2 Pineapple Farmers Owners and Cultivators, 1 Farmer Owner, and 1 Farmer Cultivator. The sampling technique in this study is to use a purposive sampling technique, which is where sampling or withdrawal is done by selecting objects (informants) based on specific criteria set by the researcher. The data source used is the source of data in the form of observation (observation) and interview (interview). Data analysis used in this study is collecting data from various sources by incorporating theories that are used in accordance with social phenomena. The results of this study are that the process of land conversion occurs due to two main factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, this factor is more concerned with the side caused by the socio-economic conditions of agricultural land users. Whereas external factors are factors caused by the dynamics of urban growth, demography and economics. The process of land conversion occurs due to landowners being pressured by economic needs, so that landowners sell their land to developers. The existence of land conversion has led to the creation of new jobs or increasingly varied new sectors for pineapple farmers in Rimbo Panjang Village. While the negative impact for pineapple farmers is that if the sale of the land is not utilized as well as possible, it will have a negative impact on the pineapple farmers.Keywords : Land use change, Effect of land use change, pineapple farmer

Abstract

The research of this free family planning programs, intend to know how response of fertile age couple to free family planning programs and any kind factors to influence the response. The location of this research at Puskesmas RI Sidomulyo Delima district of Tampan. Method that used is kuantative method with descrptive analysis, that is obtained data collecting based on the fact in field by spreading enquette, interview, and documentation. Responder of this research consist 96 fertile age couple. The framework of teory is response teory, and participation teory. The result of research response fertile age couple to free family planning programs at Delima is positive, proven 63 from 96 responder have used family planning program. This matter supported by participation of husband and sosialitation from family palnning officer in Delima. Factors influence of respons that is education, work, involvement of closest person, and culture, economic, religion condition.Key word : Respons, Fertile age couple, Free family planning program

Abstract

This study aims to look “ The relationship between the additional learning with elementary school students academic achievement Islam Al-Ulum Pekanbaru city ”. The hypothesis proposed in this research is the presence of a strong relathionship between the additional learning with elementary school student academic achievement Islam Al-Ulum Pekanbaru city. Population in this study were all of students in grade four and five primary school Islam Al-Ulum Pekanbaru city, where as the authors take a random sample from a population of 112 students. Research instrument was a questionnaire with the likert scale medel of choice answers a,b,c, and d. To determine the relationship between the two variables writer uses descriptive quantitative analysis manually by using simple frequency tables. The result of this study showed a strong relationship between the additional learning with elementary school students academic achievement Islam Al-Ulum Pekanbaru city with the lowest percentage of grades of 50% and the highest 21.43%.Keywords : additional study, academic achievement

Respondent in observational it is ninik mamak in yanga's terms is at binamang But disina is researcher just takes four tribe that is made as respondent which is Paduko Rajo's Malay tribe, Sinaro's malay, Caniago, and Pitopang.Observational location to be done at binamang's village Koto Kamapar's XIII district, writer will work through ninik mamak's role shift in artistry area at silvan Binamang. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Family Welfare Consultation Institution Tat Twam Asi in the handling of family social problems in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative approach and with descriptive method. The subject of this research is Chairman of LK 3 Tat Twam Asi, Social Worker in LK3 Tat Twam Asi. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The technique used to explain the validity of data is by using triangulation of source and triangulation technique.Based on the research results obtained are: the role of the Family Welfare Consultation Institution Tat Twam Asi in handling family problems through several stages namely, client recruitment that includes clients coming by themselves and picking up the ball, and handling clients that include counseling, home visit, empowerment and referrals. The role of LK3 in handling problems in the family there are several kinds of prevention, empowerment, protection and client assistance.Keyword : Social Role, LK 3, Pekanbaru, Riau

Abstract

The research was carried out at the UIN SUSKA Riau campus, Km. 15 Jl. H.R Soebrantas, Simpangbaru, Tampan, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing niqab / veil trends in students UIN SUSKA Riau and the response around the students UIN SUSKA Riau to the trend of using the niqab / veil on campus UIN SUSKA Riau. The focus of this research is to find out the factors that cause the niqab / veil trend at UIN SUSKA Riau. Informants in this study were 6 people. The writer uses qualitative methods and uses purposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observation, interview, and documentation. From research conducted by the author, the writer found that what caused the trend of wearing niqab / veil at UIN SUSKA Riau was because they wore the veil that emerged from their own desires. Before they want to wear the veil they seek knowledge about the veil in various studies, both those on campus, off campus, or social media. There are also those who have known the veil law since at the pesantren. Besides that, the environment at UIN SUSKA Riau also supports the use of the veil because there is no prohibition on the use of the veil and students, lecturers, and employees of UIN SUSKA Riau do not mind this.Keywords: Veil, UIN SUSKA Riau, Trend

Abstract

This study analyzed the livelihood of traditional fishermen of Lake Singkarak Guguak Malalo village. Traditional fishermen who only uses a paddle boat for fishing can’t compete with modern fishermen who use fishing gear motor boat and chart (floating net). The state of fishermen in this village is very concern their low income due to technological limitations, limited education and no capital. This makes them not able to move the livelihood of other subjects that can guarantee their livelihood. The theory used is the theory subsistence according to James C. Scott. The data Analysis is done by means of descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques in this study is pourposive where the number of respondents amounted to 6 people consisting of 4 men and 2 women. From the research field that the livelihood of traditional fisherman who ude Lake singkarak Nagari Guguak Malalo village is to have a second job (Daily Labour), savings, and debt. Then the fishing grounds remain the traditional fishermen is due lack of education, did not venture out of the village and the system looks for fish that have been passed on for generations.Keywords: livelihood, traditional fishermen
