Abstract

The Effect of Training, Education, and Knowledge on Improving the Performance of Karya Artha Bhakti Group Tax Consultants. This study aims to determine the effect of training, education, and knowledge on employee performance at Karya Artha Bhakti Group. The independent variables are training (X1), education (X2), and knowledge (X3), and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The population is made up of all 31 employees of Karya Artha Bhakti Group. The sampling technique is saturated sampling; data collection is done using questionnaires, and validity and reliability tests are carried out. The data analysis techniques employed in this study include descriptive analysis, data normality tests, f tests, and t tests. This study found that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Education as a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so all hypotheses are accepted. Companies should continue to increase their investment in employee training and education.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian global, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi makroekonomi Indonesia pascapandemi serta mengeksplorasi prospek ke depan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis berbagai studi yang relevan dari jurnal terindeks serta laporan kebijakan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia mengalami pemulihan ekonomi yang positif, ditandai dengan pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), penurunan tingkat pengangguran, serta stabilitas sektor keuangan. Kebijakan fiskal dan moneter yang diterapkan, seperti Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) dan stimulus moneter, berperan dalam menjaga daya beli masyarakat serta stabilitas ekonomi. Namun, sejumlah tantangan masih dihadapi, termasuk inflasi yang meningkat, ketimpangan ekonomi, serta ketergantungan terhadap sektor komoditas. Prospek ekonomi Indonesia ke depan bergantung pada efektivitas strategi kebijakan, transformasi digital, serta penguatan ekonomi hijau dan industri hilirisasi. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan ekonomi nasional terhadap guncangan eksternal serta memperkuat fundamental ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

BRImo currently presents a variety of services that will facilitate its users in conducting banking transactions. The problem in this study is that the system often experiences errors and based on reviews on Google Playstore there are many responses from users to the application. Because there are still some complaints and unsatisfactory assessments, it is necessary to conduct research on user satisfaction to find out how high user satisfaction with the BRImo application is. The method used in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure the percentage of satisfaction of BRImo application users. This study will use the dimensions contained in the quality of cellular services that have been modified to suit the object under study in this study. The data used to be processed in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire totaling 15 questions. The number of respondents in this study were 96 respondents. After the data is collected from the respondents, the data will be tested for validity and reliability to find out how valid and reliable the data will be processed by the CSI method. The results of this study can be seen in the calculation of the CSI method obtained a percentage of user satisfaction of 83.59% and it can be stated that customers feel “Very Satisfied” with the quality of service of the BRImo application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Asri Tirta Buwana Site Morowali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 55 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan produktivitas karyawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan program pelatihan yang tepat serta penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten dibandingkan dengan motivasi individual. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk lebih menekankan pada penguatan disiplin kerja dan pelatihan berkelanjutan guna mendorong peningkatan produktivitas.

Abstract

This study analyzes the planning of human resource development in finance at Bappeda and Litbang of Dogiyai Regency. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through surveys, observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that human resource development planning in finance is an integral and systematic process, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to manage regional finances effectively. Key programs, such as financial analysis training and regulatory workshops, have been implemented to enhance employee competencies. However, challenges such as limited budget allocation, lack of management support, and restricted access to training information hinder development efforts. Addressing these challenges requires comprehensive strategies, including increased budget allocation, management reinforcement, and improved access to training opportunities. This research underscores the importance of structured human resource development in achieving efficient financial management and supporting regional economic growth.

Abstract

This study analyzes the functions and roles of ASN of the Trial, Report, and Publication Sub-Division of the Secretariat of the Central Papua DPR in supporting the duties and functions of the Central Papua DPR. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that ASN has a crucial role in the administration of trials, preparation of minutes, and publication of the activities of the Central Papua DPR. However, there are several obstacles, such as limited human resources, lack of optimization of information technology, and less than optimal coordination between ASN and members of the Central Papua DPR. Therefore, this study recommends increasing the capacity of ASN through training, optimization of digital information systems, and improving internal coordination in order to increase the effectiveness of work and transparency of publications of the Central Papua DPR. Keywords: Role of ASN, Secretariat of the Central Papua DPR, trial administration, parliamentary publications

Abstract

Kemandirian fiskal merupakan salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, karena menunjukkan kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam membiayai kegiatan pemerintahan dan pembangunan tanpa bergantung pada dana pusat. Kabupaten Toraja Utara hingga kini masih berada pada tingkat kemandirian fiskal yang sangat rendah, ditandai dengan dominannya transfer dari pemerintah pusat dan kontribusi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang masih minim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kemandirian fiskal serta merumuskan strategi yang relevan untuk meningkatkan PAD secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan telaah dokumentasi pada BAPENDA serta Kantor Keuangan Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kemandirian fiskal dipengaruhi oleh terbatasnya basis ekonomi daerah, rendahnya kepatuhan wajib pajak, lemahnya kapasitas kelembagaan dalam pengelolaan pendapatan, serta belum optimalnya pendataan dan pemanfaatan aset daerah. Selain itu, struktur ekonomi yang masih didominasi sektor informal serta minimnya inovasi kebijakan turut menghambat peningkatan PAD. Strategi peningkatan yang direkomendasikan meliputi optimalisasi pajak dan retribusi daerah melalui digitalisasi layanan, penguatan sistem administrasi pendapatan, pemanfaatan aset daerah secara produktif, pengembangan sumber PAD baru berbasis potensi pariwisata dan ekonomi lokal, serta peningkatan efisiensi belanja publik. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kemandirian fiskal membutuhkan integrasi antara inovasi kebijakan, penguatan kapasitas institusional, dan partisipasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pengendalian internal dalam pengelolaan piutang di PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk Makassar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus deskriptif untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran sistem pengendalian internal dalam meminimalkan piutang tak tertagih pada PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, yaitu staff akuntansi, serta pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pengelolaan piutang di PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk Makassar sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi terhadap laporan keuangan, kebijakan kredit, dan dokumen terkait lainnya yang relevan dengan sistem pengendalian internal piutang perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pengendalian internal dalam pengelolaan piutang di PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk Makassar telah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Prosedur pengendalian internal yang meliputi lingkungan pengendalian, penilaian risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi dan aktivitas pemantauan serta prosedur-prosedur mulai dari transaksi, pencatatan sampai pelaporan sudah diterapkan secara terstruktur dan konsisten sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala pada komponen aktivitas pengendalian, khususnya dalam penerapan prosedur penanganan piutang usaha dan kekeliruan dalam penerapan verifikasi pelanggan yang baik dan tidak baik dalam hal kategori penilaian pelanggan oleh PIC collecting yang belum optimal.

Abstract

This study investigates the accounting data integration challenges encountered during the implementation of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) at the North Toraja Transportation Service. The research specifically examines issues that hinder the integration process, including inconsistencies in Financial Accounting and Reporting (AKLAP) features within SIPD, technical limitations, human resource constraints, and financial barriers. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through a case study conducted starting in September 2025, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the primary challenges include the incompatibility between SIPD features and existing operational procedures, technical disruptions such as unstable system connectivity, limited staffing capacity, and insufficient budgeting. This study further proposes practical recommendations, including human resource training, enhancement of SIPD functional features, and transitional integration of manual systems to strengthen reporting efficiency, financial accountability, and transparency within local government operations.
