Abstract

The Effect of Training, Education, and Knowledge on Improving the Performance of Karya Artha Bhakti Group Tax Consultants. This study aims to determine the effect of training, education, and knowledge on employee performance at Karya Artha Bhakti Group. The independent variables are training (X1), education (X2), and knowledge (X3), and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The population is made up of all 31 employees of Karya Artha Bhakti Group. The sampling technique is saturated sampling; data collection is done using questionnaires, and validity and reliability tests are carried out. The data analysis techniques employed in this study include descriptive analysis, data normality tests, f tests, and t tests. This study found that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Education as a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so all hypotheses are accepted. Companies should continue to increase their investment in employee training and education.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian global, termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi makroekonomi Indonesia pascapandemi serta mengeksplorasi prospek ke depan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis berbagai studi yang relevan dari jurnal terindeks serta laporan kebijakan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia mengalami pemulihan ekonomi yang positif, ditandai dengan pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), penurunan tingkat pengangguran, serta stabilitas sektor keuangan. Kebijakan fiskal dan moneter yang diterapkan, seperti Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) dan stimulus moneter, berperan dalam menjaga daya beli masyarakat serta stabilitas ekonomi. Namun, sejumlah tantangan masih dihadapi, termasuk inflasi yang meningkat, ketimpangan ekonomi, serta ketergantungan terhadap sektor komoditas. Prospek ekonomi Indonesia ke depan bergantung pada efektivitas strategi kebijakan, transformasi digital, serta penguatan ekonomi hijau dan industri hilirisasi. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan ekonomi nasional terhadap guncangan eksternal serta memperkuat fundamental ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

BRImo currently presents a variety of services that will facilitate its users in conducting banking transactions. The problem in this study is that the system often experiences errors and based on reviews on Google Playstore there are many responses from users to the application. Because there are still some complaints and unsatisfactory assessments, it is necessary to conduct research on user satisfaction to find out how high user satisfaction with the BRImo application is. The method used in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure the percentage of satisfaction of BRImo application users. This study will use the dimensions contained in the quality of cellular services that have been modified to suit the object under study in this study. The data used to be processed in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire totaling 15 questions. The number of respondents in this study were 96 respondents. After the data is collected from the respondents, the data will be tested for validity and reliability to find out how valid and reliable the data will be processed by the CSI method. The results of this study can be seen in the calculation of the CSI method obtained a percentage of user satisfaction of 83.59% and it can be stated that customers feel “Very Satisfied” with the quality of service of the BRImo application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Asri Tirta Buwana Site Morowali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 55 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan produktivitas karyawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan program pelatihan yang tepat serta penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten dibandingkan dengan motivasi individual. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk lebih menekankan pada penguatan disiplin kerja dan pelatihan berkelanjutan guna mendorong peningkatan produktivitas.
