Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health is an important subject in Elementary School that aims to improve the knowledge, skills, physical, spiritual, and social health of students. However, in reality, many students are still less interested in studying Physical Education, Sports, and Health. This is caused by several things, including boredom, minimal game variety, and boring and uninteresting teaching strategies. This study seeks to determine how effective the use of traditional games in increasing students' interest in learning. This research is qualitative using a literature study method through library sources such as books, modules, journals, and scientific works. According to the results of the study, the use of traditional games in Physical Education, Sports, and Health lessons can increase the interest in learning of Elementary School students. Considering that Physical Education, Sports, and Health is an important subject in Elementary School that aims to improve students' motor skills, knowledge, skills, social skills, and physical health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan El Rondo terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing bagian dalam pada permainan sepak bola pemain SSB Harapan Bangsa Bengkulu Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 25 pemain yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes short pass yang dikembangkan oleh Bobby Charlton (2012) untuk mengukur kemampuan akurasi passing bagian dalam sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) diberikan perlakuan latihan El Rondo. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas Lilliefors dan uji t berpasangan (paired sample t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan akurasi passing bagian dalam pemain setelah diberikan latihan El Rondo, dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung = -10,473 > ttabel = ±2,0639), sehingga Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, latihan El Rondo terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi passing bagian dalam pemain SSB Harapan Bangsa Bengkulu Tengah. Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of El Rondo training on improving the accuracy of inside passing in soccer players at SSB Harapan Bangsa Bengkulu Tengah. The research method used was an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 25 players selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the short pass test developed by Bobby Charlton (2012) to measure the accuracy of inside passing before (pretest) and after (posttest) the El Rondo training treatment was given. Data were analyzed using the Lilliefors normality test and the paired sample t-test at a 5% significance level. The results showed a significant improvement in players’ inside passing accuracy after participating in the El Rondo training, with the tcount being greater than the ttable (tcount = -10.473 > ttable = ±2.0639), thus Ha was accepted. Therefore, El Rondo training was proven to be effective in improving the inside passing accuracy of soccer players at SSB Harapan Bangsa Bengkulu Tengah

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kelincahan dribbling atlet bola basket KU-18 Putra Club TunasBM Rejang Lebong yang berdampak pada prestasi tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan modifikasi Illinois Agility Run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dribbling. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest, melibatkan 22 atlet yang mengikuti 16 kali pertemuan latihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes AAHPERD Basketball Control Dribble dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan setelah perlakuan (Mean = 2,83364; SD = 1,32323; t = 10,044; df = 21; p = 0,001 < 0,05) Abstract This study was motivated by the low dribbling agility of male U-18 basketball athletes at TunasBM Club, Rejang Lebong, which affected team performance. The study aimed to determine the effect of the modified Illinois Agility Run training method on improving dribbling agility. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest approach, involving 22 athletes who participated in 16 training sessions. Data were collected using the AAHPERD Basketball Control Dribble Test and analyzed with a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant improvement after the treatment (Mean = 2.83364; SD = 1.32323; t = 10.044; df = 21; p = 0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and examine the effectiveness of the Colorful Balls Run Games learning model in improving short-distance running skills among Phase C students at SDN 106 Kota Bengkulu. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach consisting of four main stages: preliminary study, model design, limited trial, and product revision. The participants were 24 elementary students (13 boys and 11 girls). A one-group pretest–posttest design was applied using a 40-meter sprint test, observation sheets, and teacher evaluations as instruments. The findings indicated a significant improvement in sprint performance, with the average running time decreasing from 10.27 seconds to 9.35 seconds (p < 0.05). Additionally, students’ motivation and active participation increased from 63% to 91%. The Colorful Balls Run Games model effectively created an enjoyable learning atmosphere, fostered enthusiasm, and enhanced students’ fundamental motor skills. This model can be recommended as an innovative instructional approach for short-distance running lessons in elementary physical education
