Abstract

Organizational management requires good and appropriate management so that people who work in the organization can achieve optimal results or goals. Cafe Family Garden is a company that has duties, functions and authorities. In order to achieve the goals that have been set, it takes high loyalty from customers of Cafe Family Garden. One way to increase customer loyalty is by promotion, product diversity, and product quality. Statistical test results of the regression variable promotion (X1), product diversity (X2), and product quality (X3) have a positive influence on the customer loyalty variable (Y), this is shown in the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = -1.306E-16 + 0.163X1 + 0.348X2 + 0.453X3+ e. Partially the promotion variable (X1) tcount is 2,032 > ttable 1,985 with a sig value of 0.045 < 0.05, product diversity (X2) tcount is 3.901 > ttable 1.985 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, product quality (X3) tcount is 6.250 > t table 1.985 with sig value 0.000 <0.05. The promotion variable (X1) product diversity (X2) product quality (X3) has a significant positive effect on the customer loyalty variable. Simultaneously (together) promotion (X1) product diversity (X2) product quality (X3) simultaneously has a positive effect on customer loyalty variable (Y) because Fcount > Ftable, 81.729 > 2.70 with sig value 0.000 <0.05 . The dominant test of this research conducted is the influence value of the product quality variable (X3) of 6.250, which is greater than the value of the promotion variable (X1) of 2.032 and product diversity (X2) of 3.901. The coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained results of 0.723 meaning the influence of promotion variables, product diversity, and product quality had a contribution of 72.3% to the customer loyalty variable, the remaining 27.7% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

In the Madura region, collaboration between landowners and tenant farmers is commonly observed. One such collaboration occurs in tobacco farming. The Madurese community practices the tellon profit-sharing system in tobacco farming partnerships. This study aims to understand how the tellon profit-sharing system is implemented in the tobacco farming practices of the Madurese community. It also seeks to evaluate the alignment of the tellon system with Islamic economics principles. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing literature reviews and direct interviews involving landowners and tenant farmers. These parties engage in collaborative efforts in tobacco farming and implement the tellon profit-sharing system. The findings reveal that cooperation within the Madurese community is driven by mutual dependency. The tellon profit-sharing system, rooted in mutual agreement between the parties, aligns with the principles of Islamic profit-sharing systems.

Abstract

The economic independence of Islamic boarding schools has become a necessity, in fact there is a lot of foreign investment that has entered and controlled the Indonesian market, while the community collectivity has become more of a consumer, this is very worrying, such as the presence of Alfa Mart and Indomart, large capital owners in rural corners. evidence of the increasing powerlessness of local collective economic power. The aim of this research is to find out how the governance carried out at the Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Pamekasan Islamic boarding school is based on management skills, and also the efforts made to increase the economic value of the Islamic boarding school. This research uses a qualitative approach, and attempts to find and describe narratively the activities carried out. The results of this research: Broadly speaking, there are two types of eset management at the Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Islamic Boarding School; The first is that the assets are managed within the Islamic boarding school, and the second is that the assets are managed outside the Islamic boarding school where the assets belong to the alumni. There are also three business terms: first, the wealth and assets managed by the Islamic boarding school are assets owned by the Islamic boarding school family which are fully handed over to the general treasurer to manage. the second is a business or business unit managed by an Islamic boarding school whose capital comes from the Islamic boarding school. Third, the form of business managed by Islamic boarding school alumni outside the boarding school.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization in 2024, the batik business Al-Barokah has successfully increased its revenue through innovative digital marketing strategies. Through qualitative research with a case study approach, the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp has proven effective in disseminating information, creating positive perceptions, and expanding the market reach for batik products. Despite facing intense competition, Al-Barokah batik continues to innovate with unique product quality, utilizing website design features and visual videos to promote its products. With the right digital marketing approach, Al-Barokah has significantly increased its revenue in 2024, emphasizing the strategic role of digital marketing in enhancing competitiveness and sustainability in the current digital era.

Abstract

Di tengah keadaan perekonomian yang semakin sulit menyebabkan banyak terjadi persaingan di berbagai bidang kehidupan, salah satunya persaingan dalam dunia bisnis. Banyak perusahaan yang saling berlomba-lomba untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengethui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Adeni di Kabupaten Pamekasan dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 104 orang konsumen. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas meliputi kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2), promosi (X3) dan distribusi (X4); Variabel terikat kepuasan konsumen (Y). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data serta pembahasan, maka kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara simultan, kualitas produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi (variabel bebas) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (variabel terikat) Produk Adeni di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Distribusi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung adalah sebesar 3.556 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,002 (lebih kecil dari 0,05). Secara parsial, Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi dan Distribusi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Adeni di Kabupaten Pamekasan, Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung masing-masing variabel bebas yaitu : kualitas produk nilai t hitungnya sebesar 4.719 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,003, harga nilai t hitungnya sebesar 2.351 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.001, promosi nilai t hitung sebesar 3.113 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.004 dan distribusi nilai t hitung sebesar 3.063 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.003 ( lebih kecil dari 0,05). Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan bahwa semua variabel bebas secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Adeni di Kabupaten Pamekasan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the quality of service in the halal certification process carried out by the Halal Center of IAIN Madura for MSME actors on Madura Island. Although most business actors are aware of the importance of halal certification, ownership of certificates remains low. The study uses a qualitative case study approach to explore the managerial role of the Halal Center in accelerating and simplifying the halal certification process. The findings reveal that service improvements are achieved through strengthened infrastructure, intensive training for halal facilitators, and both social and digital innovations such as the SIHALAL application and WhatsApp groups. Positive responses from MSMEs indicate that the Halal Center of IAIN Madura has significantly contributed to raising awareness, understanding, and participation in the halal certification process. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan dalam proses sertifikasi halal yang dilakukan oleh Halal Center IAIN Madura terhadap pelaku UMKM di Pulau Madura. Meskipun mayoritas pelaku usaha menyadari pentingnya sertifikasi halal, tingkat kepemilikan sertifikat masih rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, untuk mendalami peran manajerial Halal Center dalam mempercepat dan mempermudah proses sertifikasi halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pelayanan dilakukan melalui penguatan sarana-prasarana, pelatihan intensif bagi pendamping, serta inovasi sosial dan digital seperti penggunaan aplikasi SIHALAL dan grup WhatsApp. Respon positif dari UMKM menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Halal Center IAIN Madura memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendorong kesadaran, pemahaman, dan partisipasi pelaku usaha dalam proses sertifikasi halal. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, sertifikasi halal, UMKM, Halal Center, Madura.

Abstract

In today's era, humans are facing increasingly complex life challenges. For that, a strong religious foundation is needed. The research aims to strengthen religion through the congregational prayer movement in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan. Religion is a treatise conveyed by God to the Prophet as a guide for humans and perfect laws to be used for humans in carrying out real life procedures and regulating relationships with responsibility to Allah, to society and the natural surroundings. The methodology used is mixed methods, namely a combination of literature and field studies. Where the literature study is carried out to formulate the theory, while field studies are carried out through direct observation of the location of the object of study. The findings of this study are that the Religious Guidance Through the Congregational Prayer Movement conducted in Potoan Daja Village is highly appreciated by the community and directly increases religious and religious awareness. Activities to Strengthen Religious Development through the Congregational Prayer Movement in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan have succeeded in fostering a new prayer room at the residence of Mr. Muhammad Bhere' Sabe with two male and female shafs through the preparation of the main and supporting programs using the lecture and story method.
