Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek konstruksi selalu mengalami kendala yang mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja yang di sebabkan kurangnya penerapan progam K3, namun kenyataannya dimana perusahaan  mempunyai prosedur yang merupakan standart oprasional yang wajib di terapkan namun tidak di terapkan sepenuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Manaajemen keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja proyek konstruksi di Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan angket/kuesioner. Penentuan populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis faktor yang diselesaikan dengan program SPSS Statistics 21. Berdasarkan analisis faktor terbentuk 11 faktor yang mempengaruhi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap kinerja proyek konstruksi di Surabaya. Sedangkan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan erjaa proyek konstruksi di Surabaya ada 5 yaitu perubahan pekerja harus bertanggung jawab terhadap K3, peraturan dan prosedur K3 sangat di perlukan, peraturan K3 mudah di terapkan dengan konsisten , hasil pekerjaan memenuhistandart quality dan tidak adanya kecelakaan kerja di lingkungan kerja alasan tertentu.Kata kunci : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Kontraktor

Abstract

Law Number 11 of 2019 on the National System of Science and Technology (UU Sisnas Iptek) is a law that is fundamental in the field of science and technology as well as monumental because it replaces Law Number 18 of 2002 on the National System for Research, Development, and Application of Science Knowledge and Technology that has been valid for 17 (seventeen) years amid very dynamic and unstoppable developments in science and technology. The replacement of the law contains consequences for changes in content material, including regulations regarding criminal acts regulated therein. The National System and Technology Law provides arrangements regarding criminal sanctions. It also regulates actions that are classified as criminal offenses. This research uses normative legal research methods and legal comparison methods with a statute approach. This article intends to describe the development of the regulation of sanctions and analyze the construction of criminal acts and the sanctions that surround them as regulated in the Science and Technology National System Law and the laws that were previously in effect. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that there has been a development of criminal acts in the field of science and technology, namely the addition of types of offenses, additional types of additional punishments, and ballast punishments. This development is a change for the better because it provides clarity and certainty for dangerous and potentially harmful actions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovativeness and total quality management (TQM) on operational performance through competitive advantage at company XXX. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method used in this research is probability sampling so the total sample in this research is 164 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of Innovativeness (X1) have no effect on Competitive Advantage (Z), Innovativeness (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Operational Performance (Y), Total Quality Management (X2) has no effect on Competitive Advantage (Z), Total Quality Management (X2 ) has a positive and significant effect on Operational Performance (Y), Competitive Advantage (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Operational Performance (Y), Innovativeness (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Operational Performance (Y) through Competitive Advantage (Z) and Total Quality Management (X2) has no effect on Operational Performance (Y) through Competitive Advantage (Z) at Company XXX.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan ancaman serius terhadap kesejahteraan remaja, termasuk di Lampung. Remaja, yang merupakan kelompok rentan, sering kali menjadi korban kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh individu terdekat seperti orang tua atau guru. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya pencegahan kekerasan seksual melalui edukasi dan pengetahuan yang diperkenalkan sejak dini. Fenomena kekerasan seksual terutama terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, keluarga, dan tempat sosial lainnya, memberikan dampak fisik, emosional, dan psikologis pada korban. Selain itu, kekerasan seksual juga menciptakan dampak serius tidak hanya pada korban secara langsung, tetapi juga pada masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Tingginya angka kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dan remaja, terutama yang terungkap dalam statistik kasus di Bandar Lampung, menunjukkan urgensi penanganan kasus kekerasan seksual. Pencegahan kekerasan seksual dan pengetahuan tentang kekerasan seksual perlu diperkenalkan sejak dini, dan inisiatif untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada siswa tentang kebutuhan untuk melindungi diri dari ancaman dan tindakan kekerasan seksual sangatlah penting. Tim pengabdian melaksanakan sosialisasi pencegahan kekerasan seksual di SMA YP Unila selama enam bulan dengan melibatkan pengurus OSIS, Paskibraka, dan perwakilan kelas sebanyak 40 orang. Sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah, sharing dan diskusi bersama, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Siswa menyadari pentingnya edukasi dan pengetahuan kekerasan seksual sejak dini, mengenali tanda-tanda kekerasan seksual, mengerti dampak serius yang terjadi, dan bagaimana melakukan penanganan kekerasan seksual. Siswa juga menunjukkan kesadaran akan peran pendidikan sebagai sarana meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employee competency, job placement, and career development on employee performance at the Medan Belawan Pratama Tax Service Office. The survey method is used to collect data from respondents who are tax officials. The results of multiple regression analysis show that employee competency, job placement, and career development have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of competency development, appropriate placement, and career development programs in improving employee performance in government institutions. Managerial implications and recommendations for future research are also discussed.
