Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of response, the level of motivation,student learning outcomes and learning process using Problem Based Learningon learning mathematics. This research is descriptive research where there isno manipulation only to describe and to analyze the data obtained. Thisresearch uses quantitative research methods with the subjects of the studywhich amounted to 33 people. Data collection techniques used includequestionnaires, observations, interviews and tests. Data analysis used in thisresearch is qualitative analysis technique and quantitative analysis. The resultof the research indicates that the students response level to Problem BasedLearning is high with the percentage of achievement of 72.02% and thestudents' motivation level with the percentage of achievement of 70.05%.Student learning outcomes obtained using Problem Based Learning are quitesatisfactory. With the percentage of achievement level reached 75.75%. Withthe Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria (KKM) score at the school is 75, so thatall students meet the given KKM.

Abstract

Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK) yaitu surat yang berisikan perintah kerja suatu tugas atau pekerjaan dari sebuah perusahaan untuk diberikan kepada pihak kedua untuk melaksanakan suatu tugas atau pekerjaan tersebut yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak pertama. Pengelolaan SPK ini berjalan dengan manual menggunakan MS.Excel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisa dan merancang suatu sistem informasi surat perintah kerja proses pesanan furniture. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi berorientasi objek atau disebut OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design). Alat pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP , menggunakan database MySQL, Adobe Dreamweaver sebagai tools, serta menggunakan pemodelan UML. Hasil yang didapat adalah sistem surat perintah kerja proses pesanan furniture berbasi web ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pengelola dalam membuat SPK pada proses pesanan furniture secara lebih baik.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diabetes melitus adalah penyakit kronis yang terjadi saat glukosa darah dalam tubuh meningkat. Penderita diabetes akan melakukan pencarian pengobatan salah satunya menggunakan pengobatan alternatif yang masih banyak digunakan sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan. Pemilihan pengobatan alternatif pada pasien diabetes dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan pengobatan alternatif pada pasien diabetes melitus. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara observasional menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampel Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tentang pengetahuan, sikap dan akses. Analisa data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor pengetahuan dengan hasil p-value 0.183, faktor biaya dan jarak ke pelayanan kesehatan dengan hasil p-value 0.003, faktor sikap dengan hasil p-value 0.058.Kesimpulan: Pengurangan hambatan biaya dan jarak dapat meningkatkan akses atau pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan disamping faktor sikap dan pengetahuan dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai faktor pendukung,Kata Kunci: Diabetes Melitus, Pengobatan Alternatif, Faktor Pemilihan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Biaya, Jarak, Akses Layanan Kesehatan

Abstract

This community engagement program aims to enhance student participation in learning by utilizing interactive media, Wordwall and Canva. The lack of focus and engagement among students in the learning process has been a major challenge at SDN Cantel Margaasih Vilage. As a solution, interactive learning technology was implemented to create a more engaging learning experience. This program involved 89 students from grades IV and VI and was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The evaluation results indicate that most students were more enthusiastic when using Wordwall compared to conventional methods. However, the limitation of audio features in Wordwall was identified as a challenge. These findings provide valuable insights for educators to optimize technology-based learning media to increase student engagement.

Abstract

Year by year, the number of job applicants is increasing even in 2030 Indonesia is estimated to experience a demographic bonus so that the level of demand for job vacancies will be a matter of concern because of the high productive age group. This is closely related to the organization of recruitment, the company should be able to see the opportunities and threats that will come because of the high number of applicants. Currently, the recruitment system is one of the activities that incur the biggest costs of resource management schemes. In addition, the recruitment system by collecting the files of prospective applicants is also an environmental issue because with the traditional system, prospective applicants must submit their applications and become a pile of paper in the company and produce carbon during the transportation process for sending application files. Therefore, companies must start to become aware of and switch to a digital and automated resource management system so that applicants and HRD can share information easily with each other regarding recruitment and applicant data can be stored in one centralized system so that there are no more piles of paper or paperwork. carbon from file delivery transport. That way, the company's goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In addition, the higher goal is to be able to realize a green business to save the environment. The required human resource management system is called the Human resource information system. Seeing the importance of implementing digital recruitment to realize a green business, this research was prepared with the aim of knowing the process of the Human resource information system to be a solution in implementing digital recruitment so as to support the implementation of Green business. This study uses qualitative methods and literature review. The results show that the Human resource information system can be a digital solution for implementing digital recruitment to support Green business because the Human resource information system can be integrated and collect data centrally and is able to reduce paper waste and transportation carbon.
