Abstract

The purpose of this study have to know the management of multicultural-based Islamic religious education learning in the build up religious tolerance students of SMK 17 August 1945 Genteng. The data collection have done are passive participatoryobservation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used purposive sampling that is the technique of taking data sources with certain considerations. while, to analyze the data using descriptive qualitative technical analysis, which is one type of research that seeks to describe objects systematically in accordance with what they are. The results showed that the planning of Islamic religious education learning based on multiculturalism in fostering the tolerance of student, teacher of islamic religion education do not have special planning, Islamic religious education teachers make learning plans in accordance with the curriculum used and in accordance with the material presented. Submission of material only prepare material that is related to multicultural values.

Abstract

Abstract This community service project focused on enhancing teachers' competencies through a workshop on lesson design and scientific article writing based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The objectives were to improve the teachers' ability to create differentiated learning designs and write structured scientific articles. The method used was a service-learning approach involving a series of workshops and follow-up mentoring. The results indicated a significant increase in participants' understanding and ability to implement the Merdeka Curriculum and produce scientific articles. The project contributed positively to the professional development of teachers, particularly in educational design and academic writing. Abstrak Proyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui workshop tentang perancangan pembelajaran dan penulisan artikel ilmiah berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat desain pembelajaran yang terfokus dan menulis artikel ilmiah yang terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan service-learning yang melibatkan serangkaian workshop dan pendampingan lanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta untuk mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka serta menghasilkan artikel ilmiah. Proyek ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan profesional guru, khususnya dalam desain pendidikan dan penulisan artikel ilmiah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth and minimum wages on poverty rates in the city of Surabaya. Although Surabaya is the center of economic growth in East Java, poverty is still a problem that requires serious attention. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and related agencies during the period 2018–2024. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the independent variables (economic growth and minimum wages) and the dependent variable (poverty rate). The results of the study indicate that economic growth has a significant and negative effect on poverty rates, meaning that increasing economic growth tends to reduce poverty rates. Meanwhile, the minimum wage does not show a significant effect, indicating that the minimum wage policy has not been fully effective in reducing poverty rates in Surabaya. These findings demonstrate the importance of synergy between inclusive economic growth and targeted social policies to reduce poverty sustainably.
