Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana penggunaan material ringan dan fleksibel dapatmengurangi gaya inersia pada struktur gedung sekolah berlantai dua di kota Banda Aceh, sertamenganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku dinamis struktur saat terjadi gempa, ditinjau dari aspekdeformasi, percepatan lantai, dan gaya geser dasar. Dengan memahami hubungan ini, diharapkan dapatdiperoleh rekomendasi desain yang lebih efektif dalam pembangunan gedung tahan gempa. Denganmembandingkan jenis material struktur (konvensional Model A vs. ringan/fleksibel Model B) danrespons struktur terhadap gempa, yaitu deformasi maksimum (displacement), percepatan puncak lantai(peak floor acceleration) dan daya geser dasar (base shear). Akhir dari kajian ditemukan bahwa ModelB memiliki periode lebih panjang, artinya lebih lentur ? cocok untuk redam gempa frekuensi tinggi.Gaya geser dasar lebih kecil karena massa bangunan jauh lebih ringan. Perpindahan puncak lebih besar(normal untuk struktur fleksibel) tapi masih dalam batas aman. Drift antar lantai pada Model B masihdi bawah batas SNI (? 2%).

Abstract

Desa Pesisir Lhoknga yang terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Besar merupakan wilayah dengan potensi sumberdaya alam yang tinggi, terutama pada sektor kelautan dan pariwisata bahari. Namun, kawasan inimenghadapi tantangan besar seperti abrasi pantai, degradasi lingkungan, keterbatasan infrastruktur publik,serta minimnya upaya mitigasi terhadap risiko bencana alam, khususnya tsunami. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk merancang kawasan waterfront yang berkelanjutan dengan mengintegrasikan aspek ekologis, sosial,ekonomi, dan budaya lokal. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengankombinasi metode observasi lapangan, wawancara partisipatif, studi literatur, dan analisis spasial-zonasi.Hasil analisis menunjukkan pentingnya pembagian zona fungsional berdasarkan karakteristik ekologi danaktivitas masyarakat, yang terdiri dari zona konservasi (restorasi vegetasi pantai dan mangrove), zonaekonomi produktif (pusat perikanan dan UMKM pesisir), serta zona edukatif-rekreatif (taman interaktif,jalur evakuasi, dan ruang publik terbuka). Rancangan kawasan ini menerapkan prinsip-prinsip greeninfrastructure, seperti drainase berwawasan lingkungan, penggunaan material lokal ramah lingkungan, sertastrategi mitigasi risiko bencana berbasis komunitas. Melalui pendekatan desain partisipatif dan prinsipkeberlanjutan, perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat pesisir Lhoknga,memperkuat identitas kawasan, dan menjadi prototipe pengembangan waterfront pesisir yang adaptifterhadap perubahan iklim dan tantangan lingkungan masa depan.

Abstract

Abstrak—Bangunan hijau merupakan suatu konsep bangunan yang ramah lingkungan yang sudah menjadi perhatian khususdiberbagai negara dan mulai diterapkan di Indonesia. Konsep green building merupakan salah satu upaya penghematanenergi yang dapat diterapkan pada suatu gedung. Dari sekian banyak bangunan di Indonesia belum banyak bangunan yangmenggunakan konsep green building. Melihat dari populasi penduduk di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang cukuppesat, sehingga kebutuhan bangunan pun ikut meningkat dengan dampak negatif yang menyebabkan kurangnya ruangterbuka hijau di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis penghematan energi bangunan hijau padagedung classroom. Dari hasil analisis penilaian menganalisis penghematan energi bangunan hijau pada gedung classroomdiperoleh data menunjukkan bahwa melalui tindakan penghematan energi, seperti penggantian lampu TL dengan lampuLED dan penggunaan AC yang lebih efisien, dapat dihasilkan penghematan signifikan baik dalam jangka pendek maupunpanjang. Proyek penggantian lampu LED 16 watt dan efisiensi energi pada penggunaan AC menunjukkan penghematanbiaya yang signifikan. Penggantian lampu menghasilkan penghematan sebesar 194,965 atau 17% selama 30 tahun. Dalampenggunaan AC, penghematan energi (penambahan sensor AC) menghasilkan penghematan biaya listrik sebesar Rp385.895atau 8% selama 30 tahun. Selain itu, penggunaan lift penghematan selama 30 tahun sebesar Rp126.643 menunjukkanpersentase penghematan sebesar 6%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi hemat energi seperti lampuTL LED 16 watt dan penambahan sensor AC, serta upaya penghematan energi untuk lift, memberikan penghematan energidan biaya yang signifikan. Meskipun ada biaya investasi awal, manfaat jangka panjang dari penghematan energi danpengurangan biaya operasional memberikan nilai ekonomis positif dan mendukung kelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determine the collaboration of motorcycle engineering expertise competencies with Honda viewed from (1) aspects of the context which include; (a) the background of the cooperation program, (b) purpose, (c) objectives, and (d) relevance; (2) input aspects which include (a) curriculum, (b) HR, (c) financing, (d) facilities and infrastructure, (e) competency evaluation; (3) aspects of the process that includes; (a) learning programs,(b) apprenticeship, (c) teacher training, and (d) problems in the field; (4) product aspects which include; (a) opportunity to enter the workforce, (b) graduate competencies, (c) conformity to expectations.This study was used a evaluation method of the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The data sources came from 9 graduate of the TSM Honda Department students, the Head of the TSM Honda Department Program, the Head of the BKK, the TSM-Honda program development coordinator, and 13 Heads of AHASS workshops. The validation of the questionnaire items was used logical validity. The data analysis technique was uses description supported by the average analysis based on the assesment criteria.The results show that: (1) aspects of the context which consisted of four indicators, namely the background of the TSM-Honda program collaboration, purpose, objectives and relevance of the program had all been in conformity and there had been an MOU between the school and Honda. (2) input aspects have been carried out in accordance with agreed procedures; (a) the process of making curriculum involves both parties, (b) preparation of human resources for training, (c) financing of facilities and infrastructure and (d) preparation of facilities and infrastructure conducted by schools, and (e) evaluating student competencies. (3) aspects of the process have been carried out by each party well and in accordance with procedures. Which consists of (a) practice-based learning programs, (b) apprenticeship students in AHASS workshops, (c) teacher training and certification and (d) field problem can be solve. (4) aspects of the product consist of (a) opportunitiy to enter the workforce still needs to be improved (b) the application of competence is 72% and job satisfaction which reaches 77.8% shows a good scale.
