The phenomenon of terrorism in Indonesia becomes aserious problem. This is because what is mentioned is not just a politicalor ideological issue, but also related to a narrow understandingof religion by a group that has high religious fanaticism. So that theadherents of terrorism are easily regards others as unbelievers ofIslam, even they have a commit of murder massively. Therefore, it isnecessary to overcome not only the security model of intelligence,but also need to have education efforts, which could counteract asense of ism that grows terror. The solution is, the anti-terrorismeducation is applied through primary education up to college. Religiouseducation in schools proved as the most appropriate media toprovide anti-terrorism education. Religious education is not only pushingpeople beyond religion, but also beliefing it. As a result, educationabout religion needs to enclose universal human insights and hospitality(rahmatan lil alamin). The curriculum used in the Educationof Islamic Religion in schools should also include the concept of jihad,enjoining the concept of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, and pluralistictheology, so that religious education will instill a spirit of religion to getchildren to carry out righteousness (be religious)

Abstract: The idea of the program concentration was originated from public complaints of Madrasah users. They were less satisfied with the competence of the alumni who did not master the field of Islamic studies. Hence, Department of Islamic Education (PAI) ought to have strategic policies to establish new specific programs in accordance with the curriculum as a subject in schools and Madrasah. Unlike in public school that serves PAI as religious subject, Madrasah serves Al - Quran - Hadith, Aqidah Akhlaq, Fiqh and Islamic Cultural History. Artikel ini merupakan kajian mengenai Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Madrasah Ibtidaiya Miftahul Ulum Kayubebek Pasuruan. Tujuan dan urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai bagaimana Manajemen Pendidikan Islam diimplementasikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Madrasah Ibtidaiya Miftahul Ulum Kayubebek Pasuruan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian kualitatif didefinisikan sebagai salah satu jenis penelitian. Adapun untuk menggali objek dan data penelitian secara komprehensif, sistematis, dan valid digunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Setelah dideskripsikan dan dianalisis, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Madrasah Ibtidaiya Miftahul Ulum Kayubebek Pasuruan telah memiliki dan mengimplementasikan delapan substansi Manajerial penting yang harus ada dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kedelapan Manajemen tersebut adalah: (1). Manajemen Kurikulum, (2). Manajemen Personalia, (3). Manajemen Kelas, (4). Manajemen Kemahasiswaan, (5). Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana, (6). Manajemen Keuangan, (7). Manajemen Partisipasi Masyarakat, dan (8). Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Meskipun kedelapan substansi tata kelola tersebut telah terpenuhi

This research reviews the problem of continuity in Islamic philosophy by focusing on the crucial role of philosophers as a bridge between tradition and innovation of thought. In facing the complexity of contemporary developments, Islamic philosophers are faced with the challenge of maintaining a rich intellectual heritage without sacrificing the ability to innovate. In this context, philosopher's manhaj is not only a method of intellectual research, but also a philosophical strategy for designing a balanced approach between maintaining traditional values and responding to the demands of contemporary thought. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. This research takes data from various sources such as books, academic journals, or online sources, to identify themes, patterns, and trends related to research questions or topics on the continuity of Islamic philosophy: the manhaj of philosophers as a bridge between tradition and innovation of thought. This research analyzes the traditional heritage in Islamic philosophical thought, the innovation and development of contemporary thought, and the continuity in contemporary challenges. In conclusion, the philosopher's manhaj is described as an important tool in maintaining the continuity of Islamic philosophy, helping to create relevant and ethical thinking for the present without losing its traditional roots.

Kehidupan pondok pesantren memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang tidak dapat diperoleh ditempat pendidikan lain. Hal ini disebabkan karena pesantren lebih mengutamakan pengkajian terhadap ilmu keagamaan. Diharapkan mampu untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap masyarakat sekitar, yaitu dengan mengamalkan ilmu-ilmu keagamaan yang diperoleh dari Pondok Pesantren. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam Qs. An-Nas serta implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam yang terdapat dalam Qs. An-Nas terhadap ketauhidan santri di pondok pesantren Bapenpori Al-Istiqomah Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus penelitian implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam dalam Qs. An-Nas terhadap ketauhidan santri di Pondok Pesantren Bapenpori Al-Istiqomah Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi yaitu observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Teknis analisi data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna yang terkandung dalam Qs. An-Nas yaitu memohon dan meminta perlindungan hanya kepada Allah dari semua kejahatan yang disebabkan oleh setan. Meminta perlindungan sangat diperlukan dari sekian banyak hal permasalahan yang dimohonkan perlindungan-Nya itu adalah sesuatu yang sifatnya tersembunyi dan juga sangat rahasia yang berada di jauh dari jangkauan kemampuan manusia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara filosofis bagaimana peran akal, emosi, dan spiritualitas memengaruhi pendidikan agama pada masa remaja, yaitu tahap perkembangan penting dalam membentuk identitas serta nilai-nilai religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kepustakaan (library research) sebagai teknik utama, yang didukung oleh analisis konten terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer di bidang filsafat pendidikan Islam, psikologi perkembangan remaja, dan spiritualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Akal dalam pendidikan Islam berperan sebagai instrumen kritis untuk memahami nilai-nilai keagamaan secara rasional, memungkinkan remaja membangun keyakinan yang berdasar; (2) Emosi pada remaja, yang bersifat fluktuatif, membutuhkan pendekatan pedagogis yang empatik dan reflektif agar pendidikan agama tidak hanya bersifat normatif tetapi juga afektif; (3) Spiritualitas terbukti menjadi fondasi esensial yang mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif dan emosional dalam pembentukan religiusitas yang otentik. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini terletak pada tawaran kerangka konseptual pendidikan agama yang bersifat integratif—memadukan kekuatan rasional (akal), kepekaan emosional, dan kedalaman spiritual—yang relevan untuk diaplikasikan dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam bagi remaja di era modern. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya wacana filsafat pendidikan Islam dan memberikan pijakan praktis bagi pendidik dalam membina religiusitas remaja secara holistik.

Lingkungan dan suasana pedesaan yang tentram tentunya juga memengaruhi perilaku dan sifat masyarakat. Kerukunan dan toleransi antar ummat beragama sangat terjaga dengan baik. Hampir tidak pernah ada gesekan yang terjadi antara umat Islam dan Hindu selama ini. Hal itu juga merupakan salah satu faktor yang membuat dakwah islam bisa dengan tenang disebarkan dan diterima oleh banyak orang.Para Dai di Desa Kayukebek menggunakan cara-cara yang persuasif untuk menyebarkan dakwah islam, sehingga masyarakat awam dapat dengan nyaman memperoleh ilmu. Strategi dakwah di desa Kayukebek tidak pernah menggunakan cara-cara yang ‘kasar’ dan kaku untuk berdakwah. Yang mana jika hal itu dilakukan, masyarakat awam akan menghindar dan pada akhirnya akan semakin sulit untuk dirangkul hal tersebut termasuk dari salah satu cara dakwah persuasif. Dakwah persuasif perlu diperhatikan prinsip-prinsip dakwah persuasif yaitu qaulan layyinan, qaulan sadidan, qaulan maysuran, qaulan baligha, qulan ma’rufa, qaulan karima dan tahapan perubahan mad’u yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku mereka.

The entry of the Wahabi group has an impact on various religious activities, especially the Amaliah of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah, some conditions in the affected community are their unwillingness to carry out tahlilan, maulidan, talqin and this also has an impact on the decline in public trust in religious figures who continue to uphold the aqidah of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah. Gunung Tabur District, Berau Regency is an area with a significant impact of the Wahabi group. Their lack of knowledge about the evidence or basics of the Amaliah of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah resulted in the Gunung Tabur sub-district community, which initially mostly carried out the Amaliah, decreasing drastically, one of which was the reading of the maulid, due to limited human resources to preach to fortify the community from this, reducing interest in carrying out the Amaliah above. The Arbain Assembly utilizes the moment of the month of Maulid as a moment for training and mentoring carried out by going to the community from house to house or from village to village by studying the books of scholars who explain the basics of the Amaliah of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah.

The Indonesian hospitality industry is currently facing a post-pandemic "profitability paradox," a phenomenon where increased occupancy rates do not guarantee a proportional increase in net profit margins due to persistent operational cost inflation. This study aims to evaluate operational cost efficiency strategies and their impact on profitability across three star-rated hotels with contrasting locational and market characteristics: @Hom Hotel Kudus (Central Java), Grand Verona Samarinda (East Kalimantan), and FUGO Hotel Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a comparative multiple-case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with top management, participant observation, and financial document analysis. The results reveal that geographical characteristics and market segments are the primary determinants in selecting efficiency strategies. (1) Hom Hotel Kudus, located in a secondary industrial area, implements Lean Operations strategies through workforce multi-skilling to address market price sensitivity. (2) Grand Verona Samarinda, in the East Kalimantan business hub, focuses on Supply Chain Engineering by localizing raw materials to mitigate high logistical costs. (3) FUGO Hotel Banjarmasin, in the lifestyle segment, adopts Technology-Driven Efficiency to suppress utility costs without degrading the guest experience. The study concludes that sustainable profitability is achieved not through aggressive cost-cutting, but through strategic cost management adaptive to local contexts. These findings provide a new managerial framework for the hospitality industry to shift from a revenue-centric orientation to value optimization.
