Abstract

The background of this research is based on the needs of students and the resolution of various issues faced by students, which serves as a significant motivation for a counselor to continually enhance their performance through personality, skills, creativity, knowledge, and competencies they possess. One of the areas that counselors should improve is their mastery of various techniques that can be applied in the counseling process to help address client problems. This type of research is qualitative in nature and employs a literature review approach, specifically, the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The general objective of this research is to describe the performance of counselors. Based on the analysis, it was found that the journaling technique can be applied in addressing student issues.

Abstract

Adolescents face various developmental challenges, ranging from academic demands, social relationships, to the search for identity, all of which can affect how they assess themselves. This study aims to determine the effect of body image on students' self-confidence and its implications for guidance and counseling services. The research design used a quantitative correlational approach. The study sample consisted of 138 grade 10 students selected using a stratified random sampling method. The instruments used were the Body Image Inventory and the self-confidence Inventory. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression techniques and correlational analysis. The results showed that body image significantly influenced students' self-confidence. In addition, it was found that adolescents' self-confidence was in the moderate category, body image was in the neutral category, and both had a significant positive relationship.

Abstract

The overarching objectives of this research were to find out the issues and challenges in implementation of the ISO 21001:2018 standard at Higher Education Institutions. This article employs a literature review approach, gathering information from a variety of articles. The main findings highlight the key obstacles to ISO 21001:2018 implementation, including resource constraints and organizational resistance. The findings can guide Higher Education Institutions in overcoming implementation challenges and improving their compliance with ISO 21001:2018, ultimately enhancing the quality of educational services. This study contributes new insights into the specific challenges faced by Higher Education Institutions in adopting ISO 21001:2018, offering practical recommendations for overcoming these hurdles and advancing the understanding of quality management in educational settings.
