Abstract

Konsep diri seseorang menjadi hal penting dalam mencapai kesuksesan memasuki dunia kerja, karena dapat mengarahkan seseorang terhadap karir yang akan dijalaninya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kontribusi konsep diri terhadap perencanaan arah karir siswa SMPIT Thariq bin Ziyad Boarding School Cikarang Bekasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dan XII sebanyak 108 siswa SMPIT Thariq bin Ziyad Boarding School Cikarang Bekasi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh karena menggunakan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan skala psikologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi antara variabel perencanaan arah karir dengan konsep diri sebesar 18%, sedangkan untuk kontribusi lain dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya Berdasarkan uji anova atau F test, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan arah karir siswa. The self-concept of a person is important in achieving success in entering the world of work, because it can direct a person towards the career he is going to do. This study aimed to reveal the contribution of self-concept to the planning of the career direction of students of SMPIT Thariq bin Ziyad Boarding School Cikarang Bekasi. The method in this research is a quantitative method used correlation and regression techniques. The population of this study were all students of class XI and XII as many as 108 students of SMPIT Thariq bin Ziyad Boarding School Cikarang Bekasi. The sample technique used is saturated sampling because it used all populations as samples. Data collection was carried out using a psychological scale. The result of this study showed that there is a contribution between the career direction planning variable and self-concept by 18%, while for other contributions it is influenced by other factors. It is concluded that self-concept affects students' career direction planning.

Abstract

Children are valuable assets as a future for the betterment of a nation. For that, special attention is needed in terms of optimizing the development of children. This effort is done through education in school. However, the development of each child is different, including in terms of school readiness. For this reason, assessment of school readiness in early childhood is important to do. School readiness assessments are carried out face-to-face limited. Instruments are given in the form of intelligent tests and observations of aspects of development. Based on the assessment results that have been done, in general learners are ready to nail level to kindergarten B and elementary school level, but there are some learners who need parental help to optimize the physical aspects of motor, cognitive, social, emotional and moral so that learners can be better prepared to enter the school world. Recommendations for the school should be made at the beginning of the year, mid and end of the school year so that the results can describe the child's development more deeply.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cinematherapy in improving student self-control. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 21 Unindra students. The self control instrument used is a Likert scale model. The results showed the percentage of Pre Test and post test showed that there were 4 students who had self-control in the excellent category of 19%. Furthermore, there are 17 students who have a good category by 81%. Next, if seen from the t test results show that the value of the Pre Test obtained an average of self-control or a mean of 218.9. While the Post Full Self Test value was 222.9. So with that it means descriptively there is a difference in the average of self control between the Pre Test and the Post Test results. However, it is not significant. Based on the value of the correlation coefficient (correlation) of 0.350 with a significance value (sig.) Of 0,000 because the value of Sig. 0,000 <probability 0.05, it can be said that there is a relationship between the Pre Test variable and the Post Test variable. However, it is not significant. So it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in average between Pre-Test and Post-Test self-control, which means that cinematherapy has proven ineffective in increasing the self-control of UNINDRA students.

Abstract

Abstract: Among the various aspects that need is developed at an early age is a period in which there is a social aspect of prosocial behavior. Early childhood in the present face enormous challenges as they seek to develop prosocial behavior because of the program that is likely to cause aggressive behavior of children. To develop it requires media and appropriate methods, ideal and effective, and appropriate method is through a fairy tale. The aim of this study were: 1) to describe the objective conditions prosocial behavior early childhood; 2) describe the objective conditions of the program to develop prosocial behavior; and 3) develop a mentoring program to develop students' prosocial behavior through methods of fairy tales. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects were 15 students of class B RA. Suhayah Kampung Melayu, East Jakarta. The data collection instrument used was the observation and interview guides are made by the research team. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: 1) In general, students of class B have not been fully prosocial behavior; 2) There are no special programs to develop students' prosocial behavior; 3) Program guidance to develop prosocial behaviors early childhood through fairy tales methods that have been made through the stacking author be some stages: preparation program development.Keywords: voluntary counseling, prosocial behavior, a fairy tale.

Abstract

ABSTRACTChildren with ADHD have difficulty focusing attention, they can not sort out what they should pay attention to, hyperactive and perform an impulsive behavior. The aim of this study is: 1)To know the picture of a child with ADHD; 2) Analyze problematics, needs, potentials; and 3) What kind of ecological guidance and counseling programs for children with ADHD. This research was conducted in a kindergarten located in Bandung regency, using case study method with qualitative approach by doing direct observation to children with ADHD and interviewing to teachers and caregivers of ADHD children. Guidelines for observation and interviews are made by the authors themselves. The results show that children with ADHD are not able to talk like children on his age, unable to follow activities in the classroom, he is always on the move, but in this case he has never seen tantrum. Based on the problematic analysis, the needs and potentials of children with ADHD require comprehensive interventions from various stakeholders, Ecological guidance and counseling programs for children with ADHD do not directly provide intervention to children but provide services to teachers and parents so as to be a good environment for Child growth.Keyword: Guidance and Counseling Program, Ecologies, and Children with ADHDABSTRAK Anak dengan ADHD memiliki kesulitan dalam pemusatan perhatian, mereka tidak dapat memilah apa yang harus mereka perhatikan, hiperaktif dan melakukan perilaku yang impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui gambaran anak dengan ADHD, 2) menganalisis problematika, kebutuhan, potensi, dan 3)     seperti apa program bimbingan dan konseling ekologis bagi anak dengan ADHD. Penelitain ini dilakukan di sebuah Taman Kanak-kanak yang berada di kabupaten Bandung,   menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi langsung terhadap anak dengan ADHD dan melakukan wawancara kepada guru dan pengasuh anak ADHD. Pedoman observasi dan wawancara di buat sendiri oleh penulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan anak dengan ADHD adalah belum dapat berbicara seperti anak-anak seusianya, tidak dapat mengikuti kegiatan di kelas ia selalu bergerak, namun pada kasus ini belum pernah terlihat tantrum. Berdasarkan analisis problematika, kebutuhan dan potensi anak dengan ADHD membutuhkan Intervensi yang komprehensif dari berbagai pihak yang terkait, Program bimbingan dan konseling ekologis bagi anak dengan ADHD tidak langsung memberikan intervensi terhadap anak namun memberikan kegiatan layanan terhadap guru dan orang tua sehingga menjadi lingkungan yang baik bagi tumbuh kembang anak.Kata kunci: Program Bimbingan dan Konseling, Ekologis, Anak ADHD

Abstract

Filosofi pendidikan inklusif adalah pendidikan untuk semua, dimana pendidikan inklusif melayani keberagaman peserta didik dengan ras, suku, adat – istiadat, agama, dan perbedaan lainnya serta anak berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran keberagaman orangtua dari peserta didik yang menjadi mikrosistem lingkungan perkembangan di salah satu Kelompok Bermain dan Taman Kanak-kanak inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode naratif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru, kepala sekolah, staf tata usaha dan orangtua peserta didik salah satu Kelompok Bermain dan Taman Kanak-kanak di Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai alat pengumpulan data, yaitu pedoman observasi, protokol wawancara semi terstruktur dan studi dokumentasi yang akan memudahkan peneliti dalam mengeksplorasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan, pengolahan dan analisis data di lapangan, latar belakang orangtua peserta didik sangat beragam, mulai dari suku atau etnis, penghasilan, dan pendidikan. Namun dengan keberagaman tersebut, orang tua memiliki kebutuhan yang sama yaitu membutuhkan bantuan dalam peningkatan kapasitas pengasuhan bagi anak-anak mereka.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the images of happiness on native youth of West Kalimantan along with the components of happiness which are consists of affective and cognitive aspects. The research method of this study was quantitative which involving 377 participants consisting of 3 native groups; Malay , Dayak and Chinese. Happiness instruments concept adapted from Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), instrument scaling through calibration and standardization by using Rasch Models.The study found out the images of happiness on native youth of West Kalimantan, namely; for 2 ethnic with the level of happy being in youth Malay and Chinese . Whereas the Dayak youth is only at sufficient level or could be interpreted it has the lowest level compared to 2 other ethnic.

Abstract

Emotional maturity affects an individual's ability to solve problems objectively. So female students who have good emotional control will find it easier to make life decisions, one of which is becoming a kpop fan, who still knows the priorities of individual life. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out the picture of the emotional maturity of female students who are kpop fans in one of the private high schools in Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a narrative method, by conducting semi-structured interviews with 9 female students. The data analysis technique uses Nvivo 14 with Word cloud and Project map features. The results of the study are that kpop fans have reached emotional maturity by showing the development of independence, being able to accept reality, being able to adapt well, how to respond appropriately, having emotional balance, having a sense of empathy and being able to control anger.

Abstract

Mahasiswa dikategorikan pada tahap perkembangan yang usianya 18 sampai 25 tahun. Pada periode ini mereka mengalami transisi ke dunia kerja dan pendidikan lanjutan yang memerlukan persiapan menyeluruh baik secara fisik, emosional, mental maupun spiritual, termasuk dalam aspek kesehatan reproduksi, untuk memastikan bahwa generasi mendatang memiliki kualitas tinggi. Salah satunya termasuk perilaku seksual pranikah yang menjadi fenomena belakangan ini, maka pentingnya memiliki persepsi atas pengetahuan individu tentang perilaku seksual yang menjadi salah satu pengaruh dalam berperilaku seksual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa mengenai perilaku seksual pranikah menurut mahasiswa di salah satu kampus Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode naratif, yang bersifat narasi dengan menceritakan pengalaman individu tentang persepsi perilaku seksual pranikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap 8 orang mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 6 orang Perempuan dan 2 orang laki-laki, dengan analisis data menggunakan NVIVO 14 dengan fitur wordcloud dan projectmap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada mahasiswa yang sudah memahami persepsi tentang perilaku seksual pranikah. Namun ada juga mahasiswa yang masih memiliki persepsi bahwa berpegangan tangan dan berpelukan bukan termasuk ke dalam bentuk perilaku seksual pranikah, hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan literatur yang ada sehingga menyebabkan mahasiswa memiliki persepsi bahwa kedua hal tersebut wajar dilakukan.
