This study of the transitivity system aims to identify and describe the type of transitivity, namely the process, participant, and circumstance which appeared in Jokowi and Prabowo campaign speech in 2019. The method used was qualitative method and researcher as key instrument in this study. The method used in collecting data was Metode Simak which proposed by Sudaryanto (2018). Data collected were analyzed by using the theory of Halliday (1985), namely Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) which focused on transitivity system. The results of the study based on data analysis show that there are 24 data or about 32% material process as dominant process that found in Jokowi campaign speech, the most dominant participant is actor that found about 15.1% or 23 data , and time as the most dominant of circumstance that found about 21.4% or 9 data. Whereas in Prabowo's campaign speech found that the most dominant process that used is material process about 37.5% or 30 data with the most dominant participant, namely actor and goal that have the same amount of data about 28 data or 18.2%, the circumstance type which is the most dominant used namely place about 11 data or 26.8%. The most dominant transitivity process used by the two presidential candidates shows that the two presidential candidates try to convey things related to the activities or actions that will be done by each presidential candidate if they are elected to become president of Indonesia in 2019-2024 period.

This study aims to develop a communicative-based instructional speaking skill model, in respect to experts' validation, practicality, and effectiveness in learning. The learning process was generated due to the unavailability of an instructional speaking skill model, which was predicted to help students verbalize their thoughts, ideas, and feelings. The method used was research and development (R&D) technique, while the subjects included five experts/teachers and 26 students selected in the elementary school. Data collection were carried out through scale, observation, tests, and distribution of questionnaires, as well as analyzed descriptively and statistically, using a t-test method. The results showed that, the communicative-based instructional speaking skill model was practical, effective in improving students'verbal ability, and considered valid by the experts.

This research is motivated by the need for instructional media to improve narrative writing skills and the character of student responsibility. Because of this, a story calendar with the theme of responsibility was developed. This research is RnD research. Starting from research and information collecting, planning, develop a preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision. Based on the results of the media development that has been performed above, it can be concluded that the story calendar media are ready for implementation. The validity is proven by the validators, consisting of the media expert, material expert, language expert, and also from the teachers and students responses. The mean score from the expert and teachers responses belongs to the “Very Eligible” criteria. All the students' responses showed that they said “Yes” almost 100% in all the statements from the students' questionnaire. It is expected that the story calendar media can serve as an alternative to literacy media and supplementation learning material, especially for writing skills learning and developing student’s responsibility character.

This paper aims to discuss the work program carried out by the Central Java Provincial Language Center in realizing the development and protection of Indonesian language and literature in Central Java. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The subject of this research is the Language Center of Central Java Province. The object of his research is the activities of the Central Java Provincial Language Center in realizing the development and protection of Indonesian language and literature in Central Java for the 2020-2022 period. The results of the study show that in language development efforts are made to modernize the language through enriching vocabulary, strengthening and standardizing the language system, and developing language tunings. The Central Java Provincial Language Center utilizes all available media and resources as a means of realizing the development, fostering and protection of language and literature. Implementation of the work program of the Central Java Provincial Language Center can increase positive attitudes towards Indonesian language norms and preserve regional literature.

This research aims to describe the literature review on the influence of politics on changes in education curriculum policy in Indonesia from 2004-2013. This research method employs a qualitative approach with a literature review framework. The research process entails gathering articles, filtering them, presenting them, engaging in discussions, and drawing findings. The primary sources of research data include books, journals, and national articles published during the past seven years. The findings indicated that out of ten articles, four were relevant to the topic of discussion. The curriculum underwent several revisions following the reform era in 1998. These changes included the implementation of the Competency-Based Curriculum in 2004, the introduction of the Education Unit curriculum in 2006, and the adoption of the 2013 curriculum. Curriculum revisions in Indonesia are frequently influenced by the prevailing political system as a way to demonstrate leadership authority during that period. Therefore, curriculum modifications are not grounded on educational requirements.

This research aims to find out what efforts are being made by BAZNAS Jambi City to manage productive zakat empowerment in improving the community's economy, find out what programs are distributed and to find out what are the causes of obstacles and supporters of mustahik's success in empowering productive zakat. This research uses qualitative methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques and instruments through interviews and documentation. The research results show that BAZNAS Jambi City has carried out management functions in managing zakat. The planning process involves determining the program and the amount of funds distributed to each BAZNAS program. The implementation of the organizing function can be seen in the BAZNAS organizational structure which describes the grouping of activities. However, the management function is still not optimal in terms of implementation and supervision due to several obstacles, namely limited professional human resources in managing zakat and lack of monitoring by BAZNAS towards zakat recipients. The flagship program from BAZNAS can provide positive value for economic empowerment and the direct impact of productive zakat is mustahik income. Efforts have been made to improve the management and empowerment of zakat in the city of Jambi, although it is still not optimal and effective, but BAZNAS continues to try to improve its performance and increase the professionalism of Human Resources at the BAZNAS Institution and continue to collaborate with related parties to support the implementation of the goals of BAZNAS.

A verb with a preposition here refers to a verb with apreposition following it in use. So a verb to be used that way differsfrom a verb phrase; the latter consists of one main element with atleast one other element added to it while the former consists of a verband a preposition with neither being a main element nor an addedelement. Therefore, a verb phrase is endocentric in nature while averb with a preposition is exocentric in nature.A verb with a preposition can be with or without an affix.The affixes commonly used in such verbs are, among others, ber-,ber-an, and ber-kan (as used in, for example, berfungsi sebagai,berkenaan dengan, and berdasarkan atas); di-, di-kan, di-i, anddiper-kan (as used in, for example, dibagi atas, diarahkan kepada,diikuti oleh, and dipergunakan sebagai); me(N)- (as used in, forexample, mengarah pada and mengacu ke); and ter- and ter-kan (asused in, for example, tergantung pada, terdiri atas, and terbedakandari). Meanwhile, the prepositions used with such verbs can be (1)single prepositions without affixes (such as, di, ke, dari, pada, atas,and dengan) or with affixes (such as, sebagai, terhadap, menjadi,and mengenai) or (2) combined prepositions used side by side (suchas, kepada, daripada, ke dalam, and di dalam) or in pairs (such as,antara dan ...; antara dengan ...; and dari hingga ...). This article reexamines Samsuri's concept of a complement clause. Acomplement clause in an embedded transformed sentence functions to complement a nounphrase (as a subject or an object), a verb phrase, an adjective phrase, a numeral phrase, anda prepositional phrase (as a predicate in a matrix clause). The complement clauseembedded into a matrix clause complements a certain phrase in the matrix clause.Embedding a complement clause into a matrix clause uses certain embedding particles.The relational meaning of the complement clause and the main clause in an embeddedtransformed sentence can be identified on the basis of the syntactic meaning of theembedding operator employed. A complement clause as a combined clause complements acertain phrase in a main/matrix sentence, whereas an adverbial clause is the basic clausethat gives explanation to the main/matrix sentence.Keywords: complement clause, matrix cluse, combined clause, embedded transformation
