Abstract

The disparity between the number of graduates and the available job opportunities in Indonesia remains an issue. Despite the abundance of graduates, the job market cannot absorb them effectively. This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial literacy, the desire for achievement, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. It also examines the moderating effect of the desire for achievement on the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial intentions, as well as the moderating effect of self-efficacy on this relationship among 12th-grade vocational high school students in South Majalengka. This quantitative correlational study employs a survey method. The population comprises 1,074 12th-grade students from state vocational high schools in South Majalengka, with a sample size of 292. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through moderated regression. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial literacy significantly positively affects entrepreneurial intentions; the desire for achievement significantly positively influences entrepreneurial intentions; self-efficacy significantly positively impacts entrepreneurial intentions; the desire for achievement significantly strengthens the effect of entrepreneurial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions; and self-efficacy significantly reinforces the influence of entrepreneurial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions among these students. To enhance entrepreneurial intentions, intensive entrepreneurship training and facilitating active and collaborative learning for students can be undertaken.

Data processing methodology begins with instrument testing (including validity and reliability tests) followed by prerequisite assessment in the form of normality and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing using t-test and n-gain. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who utilize technology-based educational games and students who do not utilize technology-based educational games. These results indicate a difference in learning outcomes and numeracy skills between students who use technology-based educational games and those who do not. The results showed that the average normalized gain score of the experimental class of 76.76% was included in the effective category based on the interpretation of the effectiveness gain index. Abstract

The Workshop on the Application of Lesson Study to Develop a Culture of Reflection in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum aims to introduce and promote the practice of Lesson Study as a tool to improve the quality of learning in schools implementing the Independent Curriculum. The Independent Curriculum was introduced as an effort to provide schools with the freedom to develop curricula that align with local needs and the characteristics of their students. Its urgency lies in the need to adapt effective and relevant teaching approaches to the current educational context. A culture of reflection is key to improving the quality of teaching practices. Through Lesson Study, educators can collaborate, plan, observe, and reflect on their teaching practices regularly. The goal of this workshop is to enhance educators' understanding and skills in applying Lesson Study as a systematic approach to teacher professional development and improving student learning outcomes. The workshop also aims to strengthen the culture of collaboration and reflection among educators so that they can effectively implement the Independent Curriculum while taking into account students' needs and contexts. The targeted outcomes of this workshop include improving teachers' skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching process through Lesson Study. Thus, this workshop successfully provides teachers with a better understanding of the importance of applying Lesson Study to build a culture of reflection in teaching, particularly in the context of implementing the Independent Curriculum.
