Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had decreased number of visitors to Nafisa Salon Muslimah in Semarang. Maintaining customer satisfaction is very important. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction consumers of Nafisa Salon Muslimah services. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Consumer data were analyzed using a binary logistic regression model with SPSS software. The results of the study stated that the service, product, price, and maintenance variables affected the satisfaction of the Muslimah Salon consumer service, while the comfort variable was not affected. Therefore, Nafisa Salon Muslimah can provide offline services by implementing strict health protocols and home services, selling care products online through e-commerce during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Berinvestasi di pasar modal ini mulai diminati oleh generasi milenial, terutama di masa pandemi Covi-19 ini. Argumentasi ini disebabkan karena selama pandemi Covid-19 aktivitas hanya perlu dilakukan di dalam rumah. Tujuan untuk berinvestasi pada pasar modal yaitu menjaga keuntungan bahkan dari rumah saja. Tujuan dari peneltian ini untuk menunjukkan variabel yang mempengaruhi minat generasi milenial untuk investasi di pasar modal di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 14.478 dengan kriteria generasi milenial yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus dengan rentang usia kelahiran tahun 1982-2002. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebar kepada 100 responden milenial di Kabupaten Kudus. Data responden dianalisis memakai regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi tidak ada pengaruh pada minat investasi di pasar modal di masa pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan risiko investasi dan kemajuan teknologi berpengaruh pada minat generasi milenial dalam investasi di pasar modal pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, para milenial harus tertarik untuk menginvestasikan modalnya di pasar modal guna memberikan kesiapan jangka panjang atau peluang pendanaan di saat krisis dan pandemi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini pat memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat luas khususnya generasi muda agar lebih paham dan berminat dalam investasi di pasar modal.

Abstract

The Coronavirus, which was firstly confirmed in Indonesia in 2020, had a hindering effect on the country's economy but a great impact on pharmaceutical companies. The first batch of vaccines that was administered in Indonesia on January 13, 2021, had a significant impact on healthcare stocks. This study examined the impact of the COVID-19 vaccine on healthcare stocks in Indonesia as seen from the stock price and the trading volume. Secondary data from 19 healthcare companies seven days before and seven days after the administration of COVID-19 vaccine was analyzed. Paired Samples t-test was carried out using the SPSS program. This study indicated that the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine has a strong impact in terms of increased changes in the healthcare stocks. Meanwhile, the trading volume decreased after the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia.The average of abnormal returns before and after the COVID-19 vaccine were at t-2, t+1, t+2, t+3, and t+7. Theoretically, the results of this discussion can be used as reference material for further research. In addition, it can be used in the development of knowledge in the field of stocks or pharmaceutical companies. The results of this study can practically be used as a reference for investors in making investment decisions.

Abstract

Currently, MSMEs must begin to realize the importance of various digital platform services such as peer to peer lending (P2P) and electronic money. The low number of MSME business actors in Kudus Regency compared to MSME business actors in other regencies is one of the reasons for conducting this research. In addition, there is still a lack of research on Peer to peer lending (P2P) and electronic money with the use of connecting/intervening variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 91 MSME business actors in Kudus Regency.  Consumer data were analyzed using multiple regression models and path analysis with SPSS.  The results show that there is a direct influence of P2P and electronic money on the increase in MSME profits, the indirect influence of P2P and electronic money on the increase in MSME profits with MSME income as intervening, as well as the direct influence of P2P and electronic money on MSME income.

Abstract

Pengetahuan mengenai keuangan keluarga di Indonesia masih terbilang cukup tertinggal dari negara tetangga seperti Singapura, Malaysia, Filipina dan Thailand. Padahal keuangan keluarga menjadi hal fundamental untuk mencapai ketahanan keuangan keluarga yang kuat. Para anggota keluarga masih banyak yang tidak menyadari pentingnya pembukuan untuk mengelola keuangan keluarga. Pembuatan daftar belanja juga tidak dilakukan, hal ini mengakibatkan pengeluaran yang tidak terkontrol dikarenakan tidak tau mana yang sebenarnya pengeluaran yang penting dan tidak penting. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dengan melakukan survey dan sosialisasi. Hasil survey menunjukan bahwa 100% Ibu-ibu di Kelurahan Panggang Jepara belum pernah mengikuti sosialisasi atau pelatihan mengenai keuangan keluarga. Sosialisasi diberikan dengan pelatihan dimulai dari pengertian, konsep dan langkah-langkah dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga. Hasil dari pelatihan ini berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan berakhir, Ibu-Ibu di Kelurahan Panggang akan membuat daftar belanja dan juga akan melakukan pencatatan untuk setiap pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Ibu-ibu Kelurahan Panggang juga akan mencari pemasukan tambahan dengan mengikuti segala bentuk pelatihan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah guna meningkatkan keahlian mereka dan layak untuk dijual. Setelah pengabdian ini dilakukan, diharapkan Ibu-ibu Kelurahan Panggang semakin ahli dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga dan mahir dalam menggunakan aplikasi keuangan digital.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on company value which is mediated by profitability in banking companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. The intellectual capital variable is measured by VAIC, good corporate governance is measured by the board of commissioners, company value is measured by PBV, and profitability is measured by ROA. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample in this research was 10 banking companies with a research period of 5 years, totaling 50. The data analysis technique used in this research used Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square analysis with SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the research showed that Intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on company value, good corporate governance has no effect on company value, intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on profitability, good corporate governance has no effect on profitability, profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, profitability has been proven to mediate the effect of intellectual capital on company value, profitability has no able to mediate the influence of good corporate governance on company value.

Abstract

Kerupuk rambak kulit kerbau adalah salah satu produk makanan tradisional yang sangat populer di Kudus. Produk ini dibuat dari kulit kerbau yang telah diproses dengan cara dikeringkan, digoreng, dan diberi bumbu. Meski terlihat sederhana, usaha ini memiliki potensi yang besar untuk berkembang dan memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan bagi pemiliknya. Metode yang dilakukan dengan observasi dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, setelah mengikuti pelatihan UMKM kerupuk rambak kulit kerbau cap sapi mempunyai legalitas berupa PIRT, mampu memasarkan produknya secara online dan mampu membuat pembukuan keuangan.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to understand and examine the effect of service quality and marketing on customer loyalty at Bank BKK Dawe Branch by considering customer satisfaction as an intervening varable. The method used is through the spread of quesinaries distributed to 100 customers of Bank BKK Dawe Branch. The data obtained were analyzed with SEM using the AMOS 24 analysis tool. The findings of this study confirm the following: (1) Quality of service has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) relationship marketing also has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) quality of service contributes positively and significantly to customer loyalty, (4) relationshipsship marketing also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and (5) customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings and influencers on the decision to purchase skincare products on the Sociolla application. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Consumers who have purchased skincare products using the Sociolla application with certain criteria are the sample in this study, totaling 100 respondents and sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 26. The research results show that the online customer review variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Sociolla application. Online customer ratings have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Sociolla application. Meanwhile, the influencer variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Sociolla application
