Abstract

Scheduling is part of the production process. The scheduling process is done in preparation for the production process. In practice, rescheduling can also be done if there is a change in the production process. The scheduling process is completed for each task which is usually called work on available machine resources. This process determines which work will be done first. Every production process has a purpose. The usual goal taken is the time obtained by the total production process to a minimum or makespan. Another goal is to get late fees (delay) and too fast the work done (beginning), as small as possible. The purpose of production scheduling is so that the production process can be completed optimally, namely with the smallest time and cost. In the end, scheduling includes the NP-hard process in its completion. This process is difficult to do with the usual exact method if you have a large number of jobs. In this case the process will take a very long time. Therefore the scheduling process can only be completed by the meta-heuristic method. In this method, optimal results can be received at the time of receipt that is not too long. One of the meta-heuristic methods used in this study is to use the crow search algorithm (CSA) algorithm. Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is a problem of searching shortest route from origin point and back to the same point by considering transportation capacity. VRP is varian of Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). In this research a metaheurstics method called Partial Comparison Optimization (PCO) was developed to search close optimal solution in order to solve combinatorial optimization such as TSP. Some data instance from TSPLIB was used to evaluate the performance of PCO. The numerical result showed that this proposed optimisation algorithm could achieve near optimum solution.

Abstract

The problem encountered by the Kenongo Sari Farmer Group in Purwosari Village, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regenc is the marketing aspect where coffee products for hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops were disrupted due to the effects of the Covid 19 Post Pandemic, where there was a decrease in turnover due to the closure of the coffee industry from upstream to downstream. In addition, the coffee produced by farmer groups located at the base of Prau Mount with a height of 1000 to 1400 MASL is less well known among Indonesian coffee connoisseurs, because the name Kenjur Coffee lacks promotion. Therefore this community service activity is carried out to promote and elevate the potential of Kenjur Cofee through the preparation of a digital marketing strategy. The method used is business assistance in creating social media, product branding, and conducting training for members. From the results of this 6-month assistance, it was obtained that there was a change in the mindset of business owners in implementing digital technology, having digital skills, and having media for promotion and marketing: Instagram social media, Google My Business, new logo, and new packaging. In the future, it is hoped that community service partners can increase turnover and have a wider range of product marketing

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan penggunaan teknologi chatbot AI kepada para guru sekolah minggu Gereja Kristen Jawa, Banyumanik, Semarang. Guru sekolah minggu dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk menyampaikan cerita atau kisah di dalam Alkitab secara menarik bagi anak-anak sekolah minggu, sehingga mereka bisa lebih mudah memahami cerita dan pesan tersebut. Tim PKM melihat potensi pemanfaatan chatbot AI yang sedang berkembang pesat, antara lain ChatGPT, Gemini, dan Popai-Pro, untuk membuat gambar ilustrasi cerita melalui pendampingan dan praktik kepada guru sekolah minggu. Teknologi ini dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi cerita dengan gambar ilustrasi yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

CV 888Plast sebagai perusahaan pengolahan limbah plastik menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih supplier yang mampu menyediakan bahan baku secara efisien sekaligus memenuhi prinsip keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan supplier berkelanjutan, menghitung bobot prioritas setiap kriteria, dan menetapkan alternatif supplier terbaik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) melalui penyusunan hierarki keputusan, perbandingan berpasangan, perhitungan bobot prioritas, dan uji konsistensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Ekonomi memiliki bobot tertinggi (0,6435), diikuti oleh Lingkungan (0,2639) dan Sosial (0,0926). Pemeringkatan alternatif supplier berdasarkan bobot global adalah Supplier A (0,59242), Supplier B (0,27928), dan Supplier C (0,12830), di mana Supplier A menjadi pilihan utama karena paling sesuai dengan kriteria keberlanjutan. Seluruh perhitungan memiliki nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) < 0,1, sehingga keputusan yang dihasilkan konsisten dan dapat dijadikan dasar strategi pengadaan berkelanjutan di CV 888Plast.
