Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kepuasan kerja perawat sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Model Praktek Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. (2) kualitas pelaksanaan standar asuhan keperawatan (SAK) sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Model Praktek Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara mulai tanggal 24 Oktober sampai 23 Desember 2016. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan quasi eksperimen dengan dengan rancangan Pre test and post test nonequivalent control group dengan mengambil sampel 60 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik probability atau random sampling dan Pengumpulan data menggunakan kosioner pengolahan data menggunakan fasilitas program SPSS yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t dengan nilai signifikansi α

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of training and work experience on the professional nursing care model (MAKP) through nurse competence at the Sayang Rakyat Hospital Makassar. The research design used in this study was a survey with a quantitative approach. The study population was all nurses in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar. The method of determining the sample used in this study uses a total sampling technique (saturated sampling) with a total sample used by 100 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis using multiple linear regression test.The results showed that: Training for nurses' competencies in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar had a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0.006 <0.05. Work experience on nurses' competencies in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0,000 <0.05. Nurse competence towards MAKP in Sayang Rakyat Makassar Hospital has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0,000 <0.05. Training on MAKP at the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0.027 <0.05. Work experience on MAKP in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with a significance value obtained of 0,000 <0.05. Training for MAKP through nurse competence in the RSUD Sayang Rakyat Makassar has a positive and significant effect with tcount <ttable or 1,636 <1,660. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing human resource management on organizational performance by mediating talent management. A structural equation model (SEM) was used to analyze the data by testing consisting of three hypotheses. The study used a population of respondents from the leadership of the High District Attorney's Office in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi by collecting data through questionnaires and the number of samples that met the criteria for analysis from 100 leaders in various sections. The research concludes as follows: (1) The application of human resource management has a positive and significant effect on talent management; (2) The application of human resource management has no direct effect on organizational performance; (3) Talent management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Decision makers and resource management leaders can use the results of this study to implement resource management strategies in the form of implementing talent management to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This finding provides an overview as a critical study to encourage the realization of human resource management for efforts to increase innovation mediated by excellent work ethic, so the research is intended to examine and analyze the influence of human resource management on innovation through work ethic both directly and indirectly. Data was collected through observation and questionnaires at the State Civil Apparatus at the West Sulawesi Provincial Government with a sample of 341 people. The data was analyzed with a quantitative approach, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. This study found that human resource management positively and significantly influences work ethic. However, human resource management has a negative but insignificant effect on innovation. It was also found that work ethic has a positive and significant impact on innovation and that human resource management has a positive and significant effect on innovation when mediated by work ethic at the West Sulawesi Provincial Government office. The Regional Apparatus of West Sulawesi Province is expected to optimize human resource management to increase the quality of public service innovation provided to customers. It must be able to implement various dimensions of human resources management more optimally so that a more positive work ethic spirit will be realized, resulting in better public services. Innovation is a significant variable to be improved so that various innovation efforts will encourage learning public service products that increasingly provide comfort to the people who become customers. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the application of human resource management to foster the spirit of work ethic further and simplify innovation at the West Sulawesi Provincial Government Office so that public services can benefit the community more.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komptensi dan Budaya organiasai terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tekomsel Branch Makassar. populasi dalam penelitian ini sebayak 136 orang yang selanjutnya semua populasi ini dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu kompetensi , budaya organisasi, dan kinerja. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis corelasi dan uji t. Penelitian ini menemukan persamaan Y = 1.400 + 0,626X1 + 0,346X2 . kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar deimana t hitung sebesar 6.651 > t table 0.165 dengan signifikan sebesar 0.000 dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar dimana t hitung sebesar 2.536 > t table 0.165 dengan signifikan sebesar 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional terhdapa Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 128 pegawai. Keadilan Organisasional terdiri diri terdiri dari keadilan distributive, keadilan procedural dan keadilan interaksional. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis corelasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Y = 15.605 + 0,263X1 + 0,387 X2 + 0.535 X3 . Keadilan organisasional, yang mencakup keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, dan keadilan interaksional, sangat penting dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat. Penerapan keadilan organisasional yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memotivasi pegawai, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

 Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Daerah Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi motivasi pelayanan publik, keseimbangan kerja-keluarga, dan kapabilitas kerja. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis SEM AMOS, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja sosial yang kondusif secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi pelayanan publik dan kapabilitas kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, keseimbangan kerja-keluarga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kapabilitas kerja. Namun, ditemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja sosial dan motivasi pelayanan publik memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keseimbangan kerja-keluarga dan kinerja pegawai, mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain seperti motivasi dan kepuasan kerja yang lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan suasana kerja yang harmonis dan kebijakan yang mendukung hubungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan dukungan atasan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Implementasi peran kepemimpinan transformasional, proses kelincahan belajar peserta didik pendidikan nonformal, proses peningkatan lembaga pusat kegiatan belajar mengajar (PKBM), Metode penelitian kualitatif, lokasi di kabupaten Barru, informan sesuai bidang kompetensi, data Hasil informan kunci utama, penelitian langsung, Kepala Bidang Pengembangan PAUD dan Pendidikan Nonformal. Lembaga Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) se-Kabupaten Barru. Pembahasan hasil, implementasi kepemimpinan lembaga pusat kegiatan belajar mengajar (PKBM) dalam transformasi proses pembelajaran, peserta didik belum memiliki kemandirian belajar sehingga mengakibatkan kemajuan proses pembelajaran menjadi tertinggal. Pengembangan pembelajaran pada pendidikan anak usia dini dan pendidikan luar sekolah dengan proses kemandirian peserta didik mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan dalam bersaing, Temuan, Peran kepemimpinan belum mampu melakukan transformasi proses pembelajaran dengan kelincahan dalam meningkatkan proses kemandirian dan kelincahan belajar peserta didik pada lembaga Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) masih perlu ditingkatkan di kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between strategic human resource (HR) practices and financial performance, focusing on optimizing HR investments for sustainable economic success. The research addresses HR practices such as training, competency development, and reward systems in enhancing organizational outcomes. A systematic literature review (SLR) methodology synthesized findings from recent industry studies. This approach allowed for an integrative analysis of theoretical frameworks, including the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Agency Theory, to contextualize the impact of strategic HR practices on financial performance. The study highlights the significant influence of HR practices on organizational productivity, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. Practices like Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) enhance sustainability and improve reputation and financial outcomes. Integrating technology, such as data analytics and performance tracking systems, was identified as a crucial enabler for decision-making and resource optimization. The findings also emphasize aligning HR planning with organizational strategies to ensure coherent and effective workforce management. This research contributes to academic literature and practical applications by offering actionable strategies for optimizing HR investments. It provides a roadmap for managers to implement innovative HR practices that align with business objectives, foster sustainability, and enhance competitiveness. This study's limitations, including its reliance on secondary data, suggest avenues for future empirical research to validate and expand on these findings.
