Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) persepsi pengguna jasa layanan perizinan terhadap inovasi pelayanan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng, (2) kepuasan pengguna jasa terhadap inovasi yang sudah berjalan selama ini di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng, (3) Untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dikembangkan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng mulai bulan Nopember 2017 sampai dengan Januari 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan mengambil sampel 100 pengguna jasa sebagai responden secara aksidental yang datang menggunakan layanan jasa perizinan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna jasa, data dianalisis menggunakan alat statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan persepsi positif terhadap inovasi Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng. Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan secara simultan, secara parsial 4 variabel yaitu Tangibel (penampilan), responsiveness (tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa, sedangkan variabel reliability (kehandalan) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa.Kata-kata Kunci :  Persepsi, Kualiatas Jasa, Kepuasan Pengguna Jasa, Inovasi. ABSTRACTThe aims of this study to know: (1) users perception of licensing services to innovation services at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng; (2) users satisfaction toward current innovation at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng (3) developed innovation at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng.This study was conducted at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng from November 2017 to January 2018. The research was identification survey with sample of 100 the users of as accidental respondents of the licenses user by using questionnaire. To identify the perception and satisfaction of service users, the data were analyzed using descriptive and multiple regression statistical tools.The research results shows that mostly respondent gave positive perception to innovation at Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Bantaeng. Service Quality variables influence satisfaction simultaneously, partially 4 variables namely tangible, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have significant influence to user satisfaction, while reliability has no significant influence to user satisfaction.Keywords :  Perception, Service Quality, users satisfaction, innovation

Abstract

In educational activities, the principal acts as a leader with duties and functions related to the education progress in the school he leads. Educational leadership policies that empower teachers are essential to building superior and productive teacher performance. The organization can run effectively if the management functions such as planning, organizing, monitoring, and motivation function properly and the supporting elements are available and meet the requirements. This is descriptive qualitative research, in which the data is presented in words and pictures rather than numbers. Researchers can use understanding data collection techniques to collect data where the method shows an abstract. The data analysis is descriptive-analytical, describing the data in words and pictures rather than numbers. Data derived from manuscripts, interviews, field notes, documents, and other sources are then related to shedding light on reality or reality. In qualitative research, data analysis occurs before entering the field, in the area, and after completion. Listening and regular reflection are essential to a leader's growth. The results show that servant leaders develop the ability and commitment to recognize and clearly understand the words conveyed by others. They try to listen attentively to what is said and not said. They discover what's in their heart by listening, which goes beyond trying to beat their inner voice and understand what the body, soul, and mind are communicating.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of organizations. This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance, with innovation as a mediating variable at PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar. The research is based on organizational sociology and human resource management theories, which emphasize the importance of internal corporate factors in enhancing productivity and achieving business objectives. The study explores how these factors interact to influence employees' ability to contribute effectively to organizational goals. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method conducted among employees of PT. Telkomsel Branch Makassar. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using inferential statistical methods to examine the relationships among the research variables. The results indicate that organizational culture, work environment, and leadership style positively affect employee performance. Furthermore, innovation plays a significant mediating role, strengthening the relationship between these factors and employee performance. The findings suggest that organizations should foster a culture that supports innovation, provide a conducive work environment, and implement leadership styles that encourage creativity and active employee participation. By enhancing these aspects, companies can improve employee performance and overall corporate success. This study contributes to the growing body of research on employee performance management, particularly within the telecommunications industry. The practical implications emphasize the need for companies to continuously adapt their organizational strategies to remain competitive in an evolving business landscape.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kondisi lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, disiplin kerja dan kondisi lingkungan sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng Subjek penelitian ini yakni guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng berjumlah 70 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner yang diuji dengan uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus cronbach alpha. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. 3) Kondisi lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. 4) Kompetensi pedagogik, disiplin kerja dan kondisi lingkungan sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Pendididkan dan Pelatihan (DIKLAT) dan Tingkat Pendidikan secara parsial dan simultan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang terdaftar di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, sementara uji hipotesis menggunakan uji - T untuk menguji pengaruh variabel secara parsial serta uji - F untuk menguj pengaruh variabel secara simultan Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap penelitian ini diketahui secara simultan dengan uji F bahwa Pengalaman Kerja, Pendididkan dan Pelatihan (DIKLAT) dan Tingkat Pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng. Kemudian, pengujian dengan uji T menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman Kerja, Pendididkan dan Pelatihan (DIKLAT) dan Tingkat Pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng.
