Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized conrol group pretest posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk variabel kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan menggunakan tes push-up 60 detik sedangkan variabel kekuatan otot punggung diukur dengan instrumen tes back and leg dynamometer. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil; (1) variabel kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot punggung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung” diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, pembina serta atlet untuk menggunakan pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung.Kata Kunci : medicine ball sit-up throw, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot punggung This study aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. The research is quasi-experimentally in which the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sample were male students SMP N 4 Singaraja numbered 44 people. The instrument used for research testing arm muscle power is push-up 60 second while the instrument to test the back muscle power is back and leg dynamometer. Furthermore the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test showed; (1) variable arm muscle power with significance value 0,000, (2) variable back muscle power with significance value 0,010. The significance value calculated is less than the value of α (0,05), so the hypothesis research ”medicine ball sit-up throw effect on arm muscle power and back muscle power” accepted. It can be concluded that the training medicine ball sit-up throw significant effect on the increase in arm muscle power and back muscle power on male students SMP N 4 Singaraja in the academic year of 2015/2016. For sports teachers, trainers, coaches and athletes are advised to use alternate training as medicine ball sit-up throw alternative way to increase arm muscle power and back muscle power.keyword : medicine ball sit-up throw, arm muscle power, back muscle power.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen berjumlah 43 orang, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 22 orang diberikan pelatihan double leg box bound, 22 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg box bound. Power otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan double leg box bound terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 58,77, pada kelompok perlakuan alternate leg box bound sebesar 61,86. Hasil uji one way anova variable power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok control didapat Fhitung sebesar 8,91 dan signifikasi 0,001 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, kelompok pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 2,46. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruhantara pelatihan double leg box bound dan alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan double leg box bound lebih baik dari pada alternate leg box bound terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : double leg box bound, alternate leg box bound, power otot tungkai. This experimental research aims to know the effect of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. The research design with the non-randomized control. The subject were 43 male student participants of volleyball extracurricularin SMAN 1 Sidemenschool, then divided into 2 groups using ordinal pairing techniques, which is 22 male students given double leg box bound, 22 male students given training in alternate leg box bound. Leg muscle power was measured by vertical jump test. The data can be analyzed by F test (one way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. In the treatment group of double leg box bound howed an increase of leg muscle power as much as 58.77, the treatment group alternate leg box bound as much as 61,86. The test results of Fmeasureof one way ANOVA of leg muscle power between the treatment group and the control group was obtained 8.91 and the significance is 0.000, which means there is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to the leg muscle power. Based on the test results of LSD, the repetition double leg box bound group have better influence than alternate leg box bound training to increase leg muscle power as much as 2.46. From the results of data analysis in the discussion it can be concluded that; (1) training double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound effecting the increase in leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the effects of double leg box bound and alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power. (3) The double leg box bound is better than alternate leg box bound to increase leg muscle power.keyword : double leg box bound, alternate leg box bound, muscle power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihanpassing atas dengan bola yang dimodifikasi terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitianeksperimen, dengan desain “The Non Randomized Pretest Posttest Design Control Group”Subjek penelitian adalah peserta club voli forkal desa kalibukbuk berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan kekuatan otot lengan di ukur dengan push up dan kekuatan otot tungkai di ukur dengan leg dynamometer, selanjutnya data analisis di uji prasyarat dan uji T independent pada taraf signifikansi 95% dengan bantuan komputer SPSS 22.0.Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan passing atas dengan bola yang dimodifikasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan peserta club bola voli forkal desa kalibukbuk. (2) pelatihan passing atas dengan bola yang dimodifikasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai peserta club bola voli forkal desa kalibukbuk. The type of research is experimental research the population is forkal club from kalibukbukvillage consist of 30 person male students the techningue to get research subject use systematic random sampling by this technigue the researcher get 30 male students the strength of arm muscle measured by push up test and the strength of arm muscle measured by leg dynamometer data analysis with independent T tes in the level of significance 95%lower α 0,05 which is use SPSS 22.0 computer From data analysis for bound variable, this research shows the improvement of mean for each variable which showed the canges in the pree -test and post-test where the changes from the group who get treatment higher than control group It can conclude that (1) over hand pass training with modification ball has significant effect for arm muscle strength in volley ball club kalibukbuk village. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest modified design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik (lompat jauh) SMP N 4 Abiansemal sebanyak 30 orang ditentukan dengan teknik ordinal pairing. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0.05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.00. Berdasarkan uji t independent pada pelatihan single leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 8.527 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan pada pelatihan double leg speed hop diperoleh nilai sebesar 9.285 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Berdasarkan uji anava satu jalur diperoleh nilai sebesar 3.008 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.029 dan uji least significant difference (LSD) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan dan pelatihan double leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan single leg speed hop dengan mean difference sebesar 22.733. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik (lompat jauh) SMP N 4 Abiansemal tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua pelatihan serta pelatihan double leg speed hop mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pelatihan single leg speed hop.Kata Kunci : single leg speed hop, double leg speed hop, daya ledak otot tungkai. Based on independent t-test on single leg speed hop training obtained 8.527 with a significance value of 0.000, while the double-leg speed hop training obtained 9.285 with a significance value of 0.000 Based on one way anova of the obtained value of F 3.008 with a significance value of 0.029 and the least significant difference test (LSD) showed there was a different effect between the two types of training and double leg speed hop training has better effect than single leg speed hop training with mean difference of 22.733.
