Abstract

Abstract

In Liu and Jang's (2009) research, they state that revisit intentions are important because the company's focus on its mission and goals can be maintained by reviewing revisit intentions, which ensures that all actions and decisions are in line with these intentions. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of food quality, perceived value, fair price, customer satisfaction, revisit intentions, and Electronic of Mouth. The population of this study is people who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, and Bekasi who order Hangry online. The sample in this study was 160 people. Using a nonpurposive sampling method to select respondent criteria. The data analysis method used is path analysis through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). In this study it was found that food quality has an effect on fair price, fair price and food quality has an effect on perceived value. Food quality, fair price, and perceived value do not affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction influences revisit intention. Customer satisfaction did not successfully influence E-WOM.

Respondents of this study were 115 respondents with the criteria of Scarlett skincare users aged 17-30 who have bought and used Scralett Skincare in the last 6 months. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. The results stated that perceived quality and perceived cost value can increase customer satisfaction, perceived quality and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on brand loyalty, however, brand identification, brand trust and lifestyle alignment have no effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived quality and perceived cost value on brand loyalty are mediated by customer satisfaction, while brand identification, brand trust and lifestyle alignment are not proven. Future research is expected to expand the range of regions and add other variables related to brand loyalty such as brand image.

Abstract

The study focused on the purpose of finding out the effect and covering the views and acceptance of LGBT. Jakarta Indonesia is beginning to be seen clearly, especially the large amount of LGBT content both on television stations and on social media at home and abroad. This is very worrying because shows that LGBT is a risk factor for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV/AIDS. Unsafe sex, drugs, and many sexual partners, make LGBT people more susceptible to STIs. This study aims to determine the description of knowledge about STIs and attitudes towards the LGBT phenomenon in society, especially among young Gen Z people who still have the impact of inequality of thinking in social media. This study is a qualitative descriptive study conducted from October to December 2024. Data collection used a google form questionnaire. The sample consisted of 75 respondents who were members of the community fostered by the "Jakarta Plus Center (JPC)" Foundation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data is presented in a frequency table. The results of this study showed that most respondents had good general knowledge about STIs but lacked in more specific knowledge questions in medicine. The acceptance and views of the community in this community towards the LGBT phenomenon are quite low. People in the community consider LGBT to have a negative impact on life, although respondents agree that the human rights of LGBT people as humans must still be protected and respected, as they see on social media.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to fill the knowledge gap in service quality from the perspective of customer satisfaction, perceived value, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and Word of Mouth (WOM) so that this research is expected to contribute to the scientific level of marketing management by developing a theoretical understanding that both regarding the variables studied and it is hoped that it can also provide positive managerial implications for the implementation of marketing strategies in the service sector, especially banking, in increasing customer satisfaction. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 145 BRI customer respondents domiciled in DKI Jakarta aged 18 - 60 years and who had carried out direct banking transactions at the bank at least twice in the last 3 months. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique using statistical software. The results can be concluded that service quality can influence customer satisfaction in using BRI bank. The perceived value factor also drives customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can influence customer loyalty to use BRI bank and customer loyalty can influence Word of Mouth (WOM) of BRI bank customers. This certainly benefits the business owner and creates company success in the long term.

In today's global era, the work environment often faces challenges, one of which is work conflict which can have a negative impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to gain a better empirical understanding of the effect of work conflict on employee performance and the role of transformational leadership in moderating work conflict. This study used a purposive sampling technique involving 220 operational staff respondents at a manufacturing company in the Cikarang, Bekasi area. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study produced findings including work conflict having a negative effect on employee performance, then transformational leadership having a positive effect on employee performance, then work conflict having no effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction having no effect on employee performance. Further research is expected to expand the scope of the research area and add other variables related to employee performance such as employee engagement.
