Abstract

Students' critical thinking skills are still very low. Development research is carried out to improve the quality of the product under development, namely the encyclopedia. An encyclopedia is learning material that includes descriptions and pictures to make topics clearer. Each statement is listed in alphabetical order for ease of use. This study aims to describe the viability of the Annonaceae family in the Botanical Garden of Banua. This study uses the developmental research type of instructional design research with Tessmer's formative assessment design. The personality test subjects were four students and the small group test subjects were four students who took the Phanerogamae course. Data were obtained from different research instruments on the practicality of content and the practicality of expectations. The results of the encyclopedic study of the family Annonaceae at the Botanical Garden of Banua on the practicality of the contents received a good category, because it received a very good category for its structure, attractiveness, and practicality because it is easy to use, and has received positive feedback from students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran kecerdasan emosional dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana komponen kecerdasan emosional termasuk kesadaran emosional, regulasi emosional, motivasi diri, dan keterampilan sosial mempengaruhi pencapaian di tempat kerja. Dengan mengkaji berbagai penelitian tentang kecerdasan emosional, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dan referensi jurnal.  Kecerdasan emosional yang kuat, menurut penelitian, sangat terkait dengan kesuksesan yang lebih tinggi dalam berbagai aspek kewirausahaan. Kemampuan untuk berhasil memahami, mengelola, dan mengekspresikan emosi seseorang disebut sebagai kecerdasan emosional. Banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk kewirausahaan, membutuhkan kecerdasan emosional. Anda harus memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang konsisten sebagai seorang wirausahawan. Kesuksesan wirausaha membutuhkan kecerdasan emosional.

Abstract

Teacher development management to meet the challenges and opportunities of independent curriculum teaching. By assessing the importance of the role of teacher education management in responding to the dynamics of the Merdeka program. These challenges, including adapting to workload and student diversity, require effective management strategies. On the other hand, opportunities such as personalized learning and creativity in teaching offer the potential to improve the quality of education. Through careful developmental management, teachers can maximize the potential of the curriculum, create a responsive learning environment, and prepare students to meet the needs of the future.
