Abstract

Media merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran, melalui media proses pembelajaran bisa lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Misalnya siswa yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap warna maka dapat diberikan media dengan warna yang menarik, begitu juga halnya dengan siswa yang senang berkreasi selalu ingin menciptakan bentuk atau objek yang diinginkannya, siswa tersebut dapat diberikan media yang sesuai. Aspek penting lainya penggunaan media adalah membantu memperjelas pesan pembelajaran, informasi yang disampaikan secara lisan terkadang tidak dipahami sepenuhnya oleh siswa. Disinilah peran media, sebagai alat bantu memperjelas pesan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pratama Mulia Surakarta Computer Course complain that the Existed Archieving System they owned not in proportion, closed, undevelopable and become to failure. According to system life cycle principles, the management have to plan for a new one as an expected system. So the problem are : “Is it right that the existed system not in proportion, closed, undevelopable and become to failure?, how to design an expected system to replace and eliminate the weakness of the existed one?” The goals of this scripts are : The first is “Prove that the existed system is not in proportion, closed, undevelopable and become to failure”, the second is “Build an expected system called 3D Animation Based Archieving System of Pratama Mulia Surakarta to eliminate the weakness of existed system”, the third is “Create a prototype of application for computer system that will be applied as an sub-system of this system”, and the fourth is “Create a system implementation planning”. The usage of methodology to solve the problem are “Observe with questionairing supported by interviewing, system analysis and design” taken from Kendall and Kendall theory to get the understanding of existed system, “feasibility study” with feasibility impact grid taken from Kendall and Kendall theory, and “Implementation planning theory” taken from the book writen by Suryadi, H.S. and Bunawan. After the subjects above already done, this script reports that it is true and proved that the existed system is not in proportion (means not all of the goals accomplished by the system), closed, undevelopable and become to failure (means going to or disposed towards failure), an expected system to replace and eliminate the weakness of the existed system it’s already done and ready to implement for Pratama Mulia Surakarta Computer Course.

Abstract

In the end of semester general test, the class guardian will have very heavy duties, one of which is to fill in the report mark. This work is the peak of class guardian’s work, in which the marks obtained from the subject teachers will be collected and then put into the report preparation formula and finally will become the students’ report value. It, of course, is not an easy task because this work requires precision, thoroughness and correct calculation. This research is based on the problems emerging: How to put the mark easily into the lager or manual report with calculator aids in summing or calculating the mark means? How to establish a report assessment system in SMP Negeri 7 Surakarta. The methods employed in this research were observation, literary study, interview, website designing, programming, trial, system implementation, and to implement the finished product from the website development into the internet network. Information is a data collection that is processed into the more useful and beneficial form to the recipient. Without information, a system will not run smoothly and finally it can die (Andri Kristanto 2003:6). In the system analysis stage, an aid is required, that is flowchart. Using the flowchart will facilitate the analysis of problem existing. The report mark information system is received and operated by the class guardian so that it will reduce the class guardian burden in putting the mark into the report. The application software used in the website preparation is Macromedia MX with PHP programming language and with MySQL database.

Abstract

System bind on computer personal using platform of Microsoft Windows™ as machine of activator of public system because cannot prevent all hacker, cracker and attacker to enter and exploit the content from pertinent computer system for the sake of negativity. Especially at network of computer of peer to peer own the Microsoft Windows™ and public network [of] internet. So that as for how to conduct the implementation of binary method encryption shifting with Visually Basic 6.0 competent to be strived. This research aim to to prove that competent binary method encryption shifting  implemented in everyday life all civil consumer for the protection of their data from acting cyber-crime, providing application program light cryptography and easy to just used by whom and for the sake of any kind of, security importance applicable to bind the static (in a stand alone computer and local of area network) and also in a community owning to bind the dinamic (mobile) such as a community in (virtual) private network and public network (internet) and also in physical delivery. The result of this research can present the data qualitative result of technical measurement and examination according to principles of software engineering so that application elegibility result of accountable engineering.

Abstract

Abstrak            Globalisasi yang semakin luas telah memiliki dampak negatif terhadap perilaku individu, terutama perilaku individu yang tidak etis di dalam organisasi. Globalisasi telah membuat tatanan kemanusiaan menjadi begitu kerdil, persahabatan tak dibatasi dengan sekat-sekat wilayah, pelbagai fasilitas hidup yang serba instan sehingga membuat manusia semakin pragmatis, perempuan menggugat hak-hak emansipasinya, nilai-nilai etika moral dijungkirbalikkan, dan perubahan sosial menjadi niscaya, yang kaya bisa menjadi miskin karena persaingan yang terlalu ketat dan kompetitif, yang miskin dan sederhana bisa menjadi sebaliknya jika menggunakan nalar budi luhurnya untuk terus bersaing dan berkompetisi. Sehingga dengan masalah-masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu kendali atau kontrol, khususnya kendali atau kontrol dari dalam diri individu itu sendiri atau disebut dengan locus of control internal agar perilaku-perilaku individu yang tidak etis tersebut bisa dikendalikan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peranan locus of control internal pada perilaku etis karyawan di dalam organisasi. Dengan peranan locus of control internal ini maka diharapkan perilaku etis karyawan di dalam organisasi bisa terbentuk dengan baik.Kata kunci: Locus of Control Internal, Perilaku Etis Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, workload and work motivation on employee performance in the Operasional pendidikan (OPSDIK) Pusdikpenerbad Puspenerbad di Semarang. This study examines the population of a number of employees Employees in the Operasional pendidikan (OPSDIK) Pusdikpenerbad Puspenerbad di Semarang as many as 47 employees. As for the samples taken using the saturation or census sampling technique of 47 employees. This research data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that work leadership style had a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value is greater than t tabel that is 2.062 > 1.680, with a sig value. of 0.011 < 0.05 so that it is significant. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value greater than t tabel that is 2.973 > 1.680, with sig. of 0.005 < 0.05 so that it is significant. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the value of t count greater t tabel that is 3.964 > 1.680, with the value of sig. of 0,000 < 0.05 so that it is significant. Keywords: Leadership Style, Workload, Work Motivation and Employee Performance ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Staf Operasional pendidikan (OPSDIK) Pusdikpenerbad Puspenerbad di Semarang. Penelitian ini meneliti populasi sejumlah seluruh pegawai Pegawai pada Staf Operasional pendidikan (OPSDIK) Pusdikpenerbad Puspenerbad di Semarang sebanyak 47 pegawai. Adapun sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus yaitu sejumlah 47 pegawai. Alat analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,062 > 1,680, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,011 < 0,05 sehingga signifikan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu -2,973 < 1,680, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 sehingga signifikan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar t tabel yaitu 3,964 > 1,680, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga signifikan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan, fasilitas dan produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di LPPMHP Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 71 responden yang diambil dari pelanggan LPPMHP Semarang di wilayah pantura Provinsi  Jawa Tengah baik itu Unit Pengelola Ikan (UPI), UKM dan dunia pendidikan. Tehnik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Alat analisis data penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Besarnya pengaruh pelayanan, fasilitas, dan produk memiliki kontribusi sebesar 87% dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan LPPMHP Semarang. Sisanya 13% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data yang menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan LPPMHP Semarang, teruji dan terbukti karena t hitung 3,868 > t tabel 1,667, angka signifikansi 0,000 < 0,5 (signifikan). Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan LPPMHP Semarang, teruji dan terbukti karena t hitung 11,927 > t tabel  1,667, angka signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 (signifikan). Produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan LPPMHP Semarang, teruji dan terbukti karena t hitung  2,179 > 1,667, angka signifikansi 0,033 < 0,05 berarti (signifikan). Kata kunci:  Pelayanan, Fasilitas, Produk, dan Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThe purpose of this study to determine the effect of the services, facilities and products to customer satisfaction in LPPMHP Semarang. This study used a sample of 71 respondents drawn from customers LPPMHP Semarang in Central Java province northern coasts of both the business units Fish (UPI), UKM and education. Techniques of collecting the sample using random sampling. Data analysis tools of this study were multiple linear regression. The magnitude of the influence of services, facilities, and products have contributed as much as 87% in Semarang LPPMHP affect customer satisfaction. The remaining 13% is explained by other variables. The results of this study obtained data showing that the effect on customer satisfaction services LPPMHP Semarang, tested and proven as 3.868 t count> t table 1.667, a figure of significance 0.000 <0.5 (significant). Amenities effect on customer satisfaction LPPMHP Semarang, tested and proven for 11.927 t> t table 1.667, a figure of significance 0.000 <0.05 (significant). Product effect on customer satisfaction LPPMHP Semarang, tested and proven for t 2.179> 1.667, 0.033 significance figures <0.05 means (significant). Keywords: Services, Facilities, Products and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives, corporate policies and work environment on employee performance. This study examines the population amounted to 56 respondents taken from employees of PT. Prima Data Semesta Semarang. The samples taken by all members of the population using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis tool of this research use doubled linear regression. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between incentives on employee performance. This is indicated by t arithmetic bigger than t table that is 6,505> 1,676, with value of sig. = 0,000 < 0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β1 0.714 (marked positive) means the higher the incentive, the higher the employee's performance. There is a positive and significant influence between company policy on employee performance. It is shown t count bigger than t table that is 1,746> 1,676, with value of sig. As big as 0.047 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β2 0.234 (marked positive) means the better the company policy, the higher the employee's performance. The work environment has no effect on employee performance. It is shown by t count smaller than t table that is 0,261 < 1,679, with value of sig. 0.795 > 0.05 (not significant). Besarnya β2 0,234 (bertanda positif) artinya semakin baik kebijakan perusahaan, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 0,261 <1,679, dengan nilai sig. 0,795 > 0,05 (tidak signifikan). Kata kunci: Insentif, kebijakan perusahaan, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze how much influence motivation, work discipline, incentives on employee productivity PD. Indo Jaya Makmur Semarang. This study uses a sample of 36 respondents taken from all employees of the marketing division of PD. Indo Jaya Makmur Semarang. This sample is obtained by using saturated samples or census techniques and then analyzing the data using multiple linear regression. The results of this study have a positive and significant influence on motivation, work discipline, incentives on work productivity of PD employees. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Karisma Semarang. The sample amounted to 52 respondents taken from employees of PT. Cipta Karisma Semarang. Sampling uses saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis tool of this study uses multiple linear regression. There is a positive and significant influence of communication on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Karisma Semarang means that the more effective communication is, the higher the performance of employees. There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Karisma Semarang means that the better the discipline is, the higher the performance of employees. There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Cipta Karisma Semarang means the more comfortable the work environment, the higher the performance of employees.
