Kabupaten Blitar yang terletak di wilayah selatan pulau Jawa berada pada jalur gempa teraktif di dunia, memiliki tingkat risiko gempa tinggi. Dengan kondisi ini diperlukan adanya upaya literasi mitigasi, salah satunya melalui institusi pendidikan dasar. Melalui pelatihan kepada guru, diharapkan dapat memberikan keterampilan membuat alat peraga gempa bumi sehingga menjadi literasi mitigasi siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di SDN Bence 4, dengan jumlah peserta yaitu seluruh guru sebanyak 12 orang. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi 3 tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan yang terakhir evaluasi dan monitoring. Dimulai dari persiapan, pembukaan, penyampaian materi, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi dan monitoring, peserta memberikan respon positif melalui keaktifan mereka saat kegiatan berlangsung. Setiap kelompok juga mampu membuat satu alat peraga yang dapat berfungsi dengan baik saat diujicoba. Evaluasi dan monitoring juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dan alat peraga telah diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu kegiatan pelatihan dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan dan dapat diikuti oleh semua guru SDN Bence 4, peserta dapat membuat alat peraga sederhana sebagai literasi mitigasi gempa bumi untuk siswa, peserta cukup antusias dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat dilaksanakan kembali. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan kreativitas guru meningkat untuk mendesain pembelajaran yang menarik, komunikatif, dan inovatif. This condition requires mitigation literacy efforts, one of which is through basic education institutions. Through training for teachers, it is hoped that they can provide skills in making earthquake props so that they become students' mitigation literacy. The service activities were carried out at SDN Bence 4, with the total number of participants being 12 teachers. Activities are divided into 3 main stages, namely preparation, implementation, and finally evaluation and monitoring. Starting from preparation, opening, delivery of material, and training, to evaluation and monitoring, participants gave positive responses through their activeness during the activity. Each group was also able to make a prop that could function well when tested. Evaluation and monitoring also show good results and teaching aids have been implemented in classroom learning. The conclusion obtained is that the training activities can be carried out according to the specified schedule and can be followed by all teachers at SDN Bence 4, participants can make simple teaching aids such as earthquake mitigation literacy for students, participants are quite enthusiastic and hope that similar activities can be carried out again. Through this activity, it is hoped that teacher creativity will increase to design interesting, communicative, and innovative learning.
