Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh career commitment dan career resilience memengaruhi lif satisfaction, dengan subjective career success sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan 168 responden karyawan perhotelan di Gading Serpong Tangerang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung, dimana hasilnya career commitment dan career resilience secara langsung maupun yang dimediasi subjective career success berpengaruh positif terhadap life satisfaction. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran persepsi individu terhadap keberhasilan karir dalam membentuk kepuasan hidup mereka. Implikasi praktisnya, khususnya di industri perhotelan, adalah perlunya peningkatan komitmen karir melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan demi mendukung kualitas layanan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) program aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in digital entrepreneurship at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Central Jakarta. The program was initiated due to students’ limited ability to integrate digital technology into modern entrepreneurial concepts, particularly in product innovation, promotion, and online business management. The implementation method adopted a participatory approach involving workshops, practical simulations, digital marketing training, and direct mentoring in creating social media promotional content. The activity emphasized a learning by doing model, enabling students not only to understand theoretical concepts but also to apply them in real situations. The results show significant improvements in students’ ability to utilize digital platforms such as Instagram Business, Canva, and WhatsApp Business for school-based entrepreneurship projects. Students demonstrated higher creativity in product branding, content creation, and teamwork collaboration. This program effectively nurtured digital entrepreneurial mindsets and adaptive technological behavior, thereby strengthening students’ readiness to face future challenges in the digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of strategic supply management on operational performance, with the mediating rolesof supply base resource mobilization and supply market resource mobilization. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to employees and managers of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that strategic supply management has a positive and direct effect on supply base resource mobilization, supply market resource mobilization, and operational performance. Furthermore, it was found that supply base resource mobilization and supply market resource mobilization mediate the relationship between strategic supply management and operational performance. This study emphasizes the importance of managing supply strategically and the company's ability tomobilize external resources to enhance sustainable operational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Rantai Pasok Hijau terhadap Kinerja Ekonomi Sirkular dengan peran mediasi Inovasi Produk Hijau dan Inovasi Proses Hijau. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 216 responden yang terdiri atas direktur, manajer, supervisor, dan staf pada perusahaan pengolahan makanan di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Rantai Pasok Hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Ekonomi Sirkular serta terhadap Inovasi Produk Hijau dan Inovasi Proses Hijau. Selain itu, kedua inovasi tersebut terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Ekonomi Sirkular dan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara Manajemen Rantai Pasok Hijau dan Kinerja Ekonomi Sirkular. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasok Hijau dengan penerapan inovasi hijau untuk meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi sirkular. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas objek penelitian serta menambahkan variabel lain guna memperkaya pemahaman terkait penerapan ekonomi sirkular.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Supply Chain Management on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, mediated by Waste Management and Green Innovation in cement manufacturing companies. A total of 205 respondents participated in this study, consisting of managers, supervisors, and operational staff operating in the Citeureup area, Bogor Regency. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that: (1) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Waste Management, (2) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Green Innovation, (3) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (4) Waste Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (5) Green Innovation has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance, (6) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance through the mediation of Waste Management, and (7) Green Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Environmental Entrepreneurial Performance through the mediation of Green Innovation.

This research was conducted in the cosmetics manufacturing industry in Ciledug, South Jakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected from 240 employees involved in supply chain activities using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that digital leadership, environmental awareness, and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on green supply chain innovation. Green supply chain innovation also has a significant positive effect on sustainable supply chain performance and mediates the relationship between the independent variables and sustainable supply chain performance. These findings highlight the importance of digital leadership, environmental awareness, and organizational learning in improving sustainable supply chain performance through green innovation. This study provides practical insights for managers to strengthen digital capabilities and sustainability practices and contributes to the sustainable supply chain management literature.
