Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Pioneer of the Protection of National Electrical Installations in Riau and Riau Islands Region. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the work discipline of employees of PT. Pioneer of the Protection of National Electrical Installations in Riau and Riau Islands Region. Data analysis in this study used quantitative methods. The samples taken in this study amounted to 32 people, the result of t-count 2.746 is greater than t-table 2.042. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee work discipline, the R Square result is 0.201, this explains that compensation has an effect on work discipline of 20.1%. And the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Motivation and Work Discipline

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. RAPP Manajemen Air di Pulau Padang, Meranti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Ada 41 responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan di Departemen Manajemen Air Perkebunan PT.RAPP di Pulau Padang Kabupaten Meranti, yang berjumlah.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan hasil atau skor yang baik pada kedua variabel antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisis regresi dengan SPSS. Dari analisis yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers of the College of Economics (STIE) in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all students who were still active in lectures at the College of Economics in the city of Pekanbaru which consisted of 7 (seven) campuses of the College of Economics (STIE) with a total of 7,367 students. While the sample was taken as many as 500 respondents with sampling techniques using quota sampling and data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level of student satisfaction on the performance of lecturers of the Economics College in the city of Pekanbaru, in terms of the pedagogic competence of the majority of 63.5% respondents expressed satisfaction with aspects of pedagogic competence. Judging from professional competence most of the respondents 62.3% expressed satisfaction with the aspect of professional competence. Judging from the personality competencies, most respondents 63.7% expressed satisfaction with the aspect of personality competence. And in terms of social competence most of the respondents, namely 59.80% expressed satisfaction with aspects of social competence.

Abstract

This research did in PT. Berdikari Logistic Pekanbaru Indonesia. The title of this research about the influence of motivation on employee productivity at PT. Berdikari Logistic Pekanbaru Indonesia, with the sample in this research are 53 people. The result of this research were motivation have positive and significant influence on employee productivity at PT. Berdikari Logistic Pekanbaru Indonesia. The instrument used in this research was simple linier regression, t-test, and determination. In the test of  validity, all of items was valid because have value  rhitung > rtabel (0.270), The result of simple linier regression was Y= 1.464 + 1.057X. From the result of t-obtained was thitung (10.347) > ttabel (200758). Which was the level sig 0.000 <0.05 it means that the variable of motivation have positive and significant influence on employee productivity. And determination coefficient value R2 was 0.677 or 67.7%, it means the influence or contribute which was provided by variable of motivation  to variable of  productivity was 67.7% while the rest was 32.3% influenced by another factors which was not concern in this research

Abstract

The research purpose to know the effect of transformational leadership  based on performance. The data were collected by giving questionaires to 44 employees by using slovin based on sample random sampling method. The research used qualitative and quantitative. The population of the research was the 144 employees of PT. Panca Mulya Harapan Sektor Logas Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP). There were  44 respondents by using sample random sampling. Analysis model used by simple regration linear. The research prove that transformational leadership had positive impact and significanct influence of employees PT. Panca Mulya Harapan Sektor Logas Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Riau Power Pekanbaru. The population of data collected in the study were all 34 employees. The sampling technique used is the census technique, which is used when the population is all sampled, to determine the results using SPSS as an analysis tool. The results of the study stated that motivation and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance, and the coefficient of determination of 66% and 34% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance in the fire and rescue sector in Pelalawan district, Riau province. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study was all 41 employees, the sample in this study was 41 employees or respondents. The data analysis technique uses the analytical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and statistical t test. Research data was collected from respondents and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value of (1.685 > 7.881) and organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value of (1.685 > 3.119)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline at PT Bank HSBC Pekanbaru Branch. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study was all employees, totaling 34 respondents. The sample in this study was 34 employees or respondents. Data analysis techniques use analytical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis and t statistical tests. Research data was collected from respondents and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that supervision has a positive and significant influence on work discipline, with a t value of (3.129) and the magnitude of the influence of supervision on work discipline seen from the coefficient of determination test is 0.234 or 23.4% while the remaining 76.6% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not. examined in this research.
