Abstract

Sriwijaya Air realizes the importance of candidates selection of process, because this process will result in employees in accordance with the prescribed qualifying so as to achieve a performance from these new employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the recruitment and placement of employees selection and its impact on the performance of employees of PT Sriwijaya Air Jakarta. The analytical method used is the method of path analysis. The results showed that recruitment and selection variables influence significantly on the placement of employees. Likewise, employee placement variable influence significantly on the performance of employees of PT Sriwijaya Air Jakarta. However, only recruitment variable that Significantly influence on employee performance. Recruitment is one - the only variable that has direct influence on employee performance. While selection and placement of employees variable do not affect the performance of employees. Keywords : Recruitment, Selection , Employee Placement, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of rider discipline, motor condition and road, on traffic safety. This research is a quantitative research using path analysis method. The population of this study were 42,625 riders of KS Tubun and Tajur roads. The sample is 684 riders with sample technique using incidental sampling. The results showthat traffic safety (X3) is strongly influenced by motorist discipline (X1) and Motor and Road conditions (X2). Safety in traffic will increase if the means of traffic infrastructure,Motor and Road conditions are function properly asthe vehicle equipments, traffic signs,markers, road user safety equipment, road conditions, and other traffic support facilities

Abstract

Kabuto instant is a product innovation of cassava flour is dried after fermentation originSoutheast Sulawesi. New product Kabuto instant need to touch the marketing mix and knowledgemanagement (KM) in order to have a competitive edge. The concept of the marketing mix (4P) andKM, both focus on how attempts were made to support the business activities of Kabuto instantproducts to gain a competitive edge. Focus on managing the marketing mix marketing in 4 elements:(1) Product, (2) Promotion, (3) Place, and (4) Price. Management of the marketing mix will increasethe interest of consumers against products Kabuto instant. KM see the knowledge available to abusiness Kabuto instant as a major factor of success. Through knowledge of the company superiorresults can be achieved faster, cheaper and with higher quality than their competitors.Knowledge about customers, target market and other factors that may influence the likelihoodthat a faster utilization of opportunities and a more flexible response to the threat. From theperspective of a marketing mix and KM promising positive impact on the cost structure and revenuestream Kabuto instant. This paper demonstrates the advantages of using the marketing mix and theKM approach that can increase and reduce the risk of business failure by integrating bothapproaches. Management of the marketing mix requires knowledge to manage consumers, consumerknowledge and knowledge of the consumer. KM took on the role as a service provider for theconsumer, managing four (4P) in product innovation Kabuto instant. This study is based on literaturestudies.

Abstract

      This study aims to determine what factors are needed for the competitiveness of Roti Janur SMEs in Mandonga District, Kendari City. Factors needed for the competitiveness of janur bread SMEs in Mondonga sub-district, Kendari city, namely product excellence, innovation, and human resources using the ISM method to identify problems in janur bread SMEs. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) is a systematic application of elementary graph theory in such a way that its theoretical, conceptual, and computational advantages are utilized to explain conceptual relationships between elements. The program objectives consist of product uniqueness (1), product quality (2), product price (3), product standardization (4), and program needs, namely product packaging (1), renewable tools (2), raw materials (3), strategy (4), and planning for innovation (5) and required activities/changes such as selecting a competent workforce (1),. Selection of workers who have skills in their respective fields (2), SME training (3), quality aspects (4), and educational background (5). From the results of the ISM software, it was found that the critical factor that drives the competitiveness of janur bread SMEs in Kendari City, Mondonga District, is the product standardization factor.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the highest goals and weights from the marketing strategy in the tofu industry in Wakobalu Agung Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency, using the AHP method to obtain stakeholders from the marketing strategy in the tofu industry in Wakobalu Agung Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency using the AHP method, To get the alternative and the highest weight of the marketing strategy in the tofu industry using the AHP method. Data collection is done by interview method, questionnaire/questionnaire technique, and documentation. The results showed that the marketing strategy of the tofu processing industry increased the importance of each goal, namely increasing income with a weighted value of (0.394), increasing demand with a weighted value of (0.303), improving product quality with a weighted value of (0.187), and rising competitive price with a weighted value of (0.116). The level of importance of each stakeholder is the tofu industry with a weighted value of (0.435), Farmers with a weighted value of (0.204), the government with a weighted value of (0.173), academics with a weighted value of (0.094) and finance with a value of (0.093). The marketing strategy in the tofu industry for each stakeholder is the tofu industry with a weighted value of (0.435), farmers with a weighted value of (0.204), the government with a weighted value of (0.173), academics with a weighted value of (0.094) and finance with a value of (0.093). The alternative assessment resulted in the highest weighting successively product development strategy with a value of (0.579), market share increase strategy (0.234), improvement strategy, and utilization of existing resources (0.187).

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction with the development of bagea product quality at UD. Baruasa left Kendari City by using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Determination of the research location purposively. Data collection was done by interview and documentation methods. The analytical method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results showed that the development of bagea product quality at UD. Baruasa Membiri using the QFD method, it was found that the priorities to be developed by the wishes and needs of customers, respectively, were: (1) Information on the nutritional value of bagea product packaging (8.70%), (2) Variants of bagea product types (8, 25%), (3) Attractive packaging design for bagea products (7.78%), (4) Affordable selling prices for bagea products (7.15%), (5) There are promotional media (7.12%), (6 ) Price compatibility with bagea product quality (6.39%), (7) No use of hazardous materials (6.36%),(8) Bagea product texture (6.27%), (9) Bagea product halal certificate and label (6.16%), (10) Bagea product taste (6.07%), (11) Special purchase price for bagea product (6.05%), (12) Bagea product quality (6.01%), ( 13) Color of bagea products (5.95%), (14) Expiration information (expiration date) (5.89%), and (15) Ease of getting bagea products (5.79%).

Abstract

Every food producer must have qualified according to standards so that the food produced is safe for consumption. The study aims to identify the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for bakery products at CV Sari Mart, Poasia sub-district, Kendari city, and provide recommendations for the best improvements related to the problems of implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at CV Sari Mart. Data collection comes from direct observations, interviews, and evaluations carried out by observing all aspects of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) based on the regulation of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia No. 75 of 2010). Identification of the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at CV Sari Mart based on the Minister of Industry Regulation on Good Processed Food Production Methods (CPPOB) with a checklist gap getting a total of 60% of 18 parameters, which means CV Sari Mart still has to improve to meet the requirements of GMP standards according to Regulations The Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 75/M-IND/PER/7/2010 concerning guidelines for good processed food production.
