Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the C-Access application on electric train tracking and customer satisfaction at PT KCI in 2024. This study evaluates the effect of tracking, application usage, and routing methods on customer satisfaction. The research objects include online library literature, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online academic media. The research methodology involves a systematic literature review (SLR) using open access e-books and e-journals. Data are processed using the latest version of SEM Smart PLS software. The results of the study indicate that: 1) train tracking has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) the use of the C-Access application has a positive effect on customer satisfaction; and 3) the optimized routing method also has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.. The value of 0.761 or 76.1% states that the Tracking, Application and Routing Variables contribute 76.1% to the formation of the Customer Satisfaction Variable tendency, there is still 23.9% influence from other factors that are not discussed and included in this study. These findings are very important for improving service quality and customer satisfaction in the transportation management sector.

Abstract

Program Sekolah Perempuan Plus diinisiasi sebagai solusi strategis untuk menjawab permasalahan keterbatasan kapasitas ekonomi perempuan perdesaan sekaligus belum optimalnya pemanfaatan komoditas hortikultura di Desa Kandangrejo, Kabupaten Grobogan. Sebagai sentra produksi bawang merah, sebagian besar hasil panen di wilayah ini masih dijual dalam bentuk mentah dengan nilai tambah yang rendah, sementara mayoritas perempuan usia produktif cenderung bertahan dalam aktivitas pertanian tradisional akibat keterbatasan akses keterampilan alternatif dan tingkat pendidikan. Pengabdian masyarakat berbasis pendekatan partisipatif ini dilaksanakan pada Juli–November 2025 dengan melibatkan 56 peserta. Intervensi terstruktur dilakukan melalui 20 pertemuan yang mengintegrasikan pelatihan tata rias, diversifikasi produk olahan bawang merah (termasuk pemanfaatan limbah kulit bawang menjadi pestisida nabati), serta akselerasi kewirausahaan berbasis pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan penguatan kapasitas kognitif peserta sebesar 24,05% berdasarkan selisih nilai pre-test dan post-test. Luaran program ini ditunjukkan melalui terbentuknya dua Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB Bangjo Foods dan KUB MUA Kandangrejo) berlegalitas NIB, serta dihasilkannya produk turunan olahan bawang merah dan portofolio tata rias sebagai modal usaha mandiri. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat oleh legalitas kelembagaan Kelompok Perempuan Berdaya (KPB) melalui Surat Keputusan Kepala Desa. Program ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan keterampilan adaptif yang selaras dengan penyelesaian masalah lokal mampu mendorong perluasan kapasitas serta kemandirian perempuan desa dalam sektor ekonomi produktif.

Abstract

Communication and critical thinking skills are essential competencies in 21st-century learning, particularly in physics education, which requires analytical ability, scientific argumentation, and problem-solving skills. However, teacher-centered learning practices often limit students' involvement in constructing concepts and expressing ideas effectively. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) on the communication and critical thinking skills of tenth-grade students at UPTD SMAN 1 Mamuju. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 36 students in the experimental class and 35 students in the control class selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using communication skill tests, critical thinking tests, and learning implementation observation sheets, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, Independent Sample T-Test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that PBL improved students' communication skills with an N-Gain score of 0.40 and critical thinking skills with an N-Gain score of 0.52, both categorized as moderate improvement. Hypothesis testing showed a significant difference between the experimental and control classes with a significance value of 0.000. These findings indicate that problem-solving activities, discussions, and investigations in PBL encourage students' active participation in learning. In conclusion, PBL is an effective learning model for improving students' communication and critical thinking skills in physics learning.
