Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah, Bantul, D.I Yogyakarta pada bulan Februari 2023 berjumlah 107 orang, sedangkan sampelnya menggunakan sampel random berjumlah 84 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengumpulan dengan menggunakan SPSS.17. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah Bantul D.I. Yogyakarta

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, educational institutions carried out distance learning online. For areas that are included in the green zone, face-to-face learning can be carried out with a limited time and comply with health protocols. One of the learning innovations that can be carried out by educational institutions is blended learning-based learning, including at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This study aims to determine learning planning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning based on blended learning at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that at the planning stage, the two Yogyakarta AMA with the blended learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic were supported by existing facilities and infrastructure. In the implementation phase, AMA Yogyakarta applies a group division system. Some groups are offline and some are online learning. However, conditions changed very quickly, Yogyakarta became a red zone so it was not allowed to carry out face-to-face learning. At the evaluation stage, AMA Yogyakarta conducted a website-based online evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. This study uses the variables of service quality and physical facilities as independent variables to analyze their effect on patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. Respondents in this study were patients who visited the Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul, with a sampling technique using this technique Random Sampling namely as many as 104 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of service quality and physical facilities partially or simultaneously on patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. Services that are fast, precise and supported by officers who are reliable in providing services and the ability to provide reliable explanations as well as physical facilities in hospitals that are complete, clean, well-maintained and safe can give satisfaction to patients. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer loyalty at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were customers of Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta. The data that was collected was then processed to determine the relationship between the research variables using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. Based on the research results, information was obtained that 1) product innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta; 2) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta; 3) product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta; 4) service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta; 5) product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta; 6) service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta; and 7) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank BNI KC UGM Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, Yogyakarta Special Region. The population taken is all employees of the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, totaling 50 people as a sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. based on the results of the study it was stated that the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance having a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Harapan Mother and Child Hospital, Bunda Pringsewu Lampung. The population in this study was all employees of the Mother's Hospital and Mother's Hope Bunda Pringsewu Lampung, while the sample used a saturated sample where the entire population of 67 people was used as a sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Collection technique using SPSS.17. Data analysis uses multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that work discipline and work environment have an effect and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Harapan Mother and Child Hospital Bunda Pringsewu Lampung. Abstract

Abstract One of the success of performance is influenced by a positive work environment, adequate facilities and organizational culture. One example of facilities in hospitals to support employee performance is the availability of quality information systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of SIMRS and organizational culture on employee performance at Lung Respira Hospital Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique using propability sampling. The population of this study is all employees at Respira Lung Hospital Yogyakarta as many as 121 people. The number of samples in this study is 55 people. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire using the google form application. The data analysis in this study used multivariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that the SIMRS variable had no significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a value of 0.141 > 0.05, while the Organizational Culture variable had a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a value of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the determination test, it was shown that SIMRS and Organizational Culture simultaneously affected employee performance by 0.369 (36.9%) while the rest (63.1%) was influenced by other variables that were not discussed in this study. The population in this research is all Covid patients in the Sleman Hajj dormitory, D.I Yogyakarta in February 2022, totaling 107 people, while the sample used a random sample of 84 people. Abstract

Sudah menjadi keniscayaan Pengurus Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global harus mampu meningkatkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, dan ini menjadi kewajiban dari setiap pengurus untuk mendorong dan memotivasi setiap mahasiswa santrinya untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual, kecerdasan sosial, kecerdasan mental dan ide-ide kreatif sehingga dapat mengembangkan kemampuan, kemauan dan bakat dalam diri mahasiswa santri tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini adalah untuk menanamkan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan beramal kegiatan pada mahasiswa santri Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global. Kegiatan Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh mahasiswa santri Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim dosen AMA Yogyakarta dalam upaya menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global untuk meningkatkan minat dan bakatnya serta pembentukan karakter. Berdasarkan data hasil pengabdian di lapangan yang penulis lakukan, bahwa motivasi mahasiswa santri mempunyai kemampuan untuk hidup mandiri, menambah kemampuan daya hidup dan kemampuan berinteraksi sosial di lingkungan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This study obtained data from 88 respondents who are employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Health Service. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline on employee performance. And the work environment is not empirically proven to have an effect on employee performance, this shows that DIY Provincial Health Office employees can work well without being affected by the conditions of the work environment according to the provisions and regulations that have been set by the organization supported by good communication and cooperation between individuals and departments.
