Abstract

Batuk pilek merupakan gangguan saluran pernafasan atas yang paling sering mengenai bayi dan anak. Bayi yang masih sangat muda akan sangat mudah tertular, penularan masih tetap terjadi karena seseorang yang pilek akan sering memegang hidungnya karena rasa gatal atau membuang ingusnya. Prevalensi batuk pilek di Indonesia sekitar 25% dan hanya 13,8% kasus yang telah terdiagnosis pasti oleh dokter. Prevalensi tertinggi terjadi pada balita yaitu sebesar 25,8% dan bayi 22%. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan anak-anak panti dalam mengurangi batuk pilek melalui akupresure. Tapan kegiatan ini dimulai dari Tahap I penyuluhan dan ceramah Tanya tentang batuk pilek dan akupresur , Tahap II Demonstrasi tentang Akupresure dan Tahap III Evaluasi terhadap tentang Akupresure Batuk Pilek pada Anak di Panti Asuhan Rahmat Nur Hidayah Pekanbaru. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum edukasi melalui demonstrasi, mayoritas yaitu 68,7% memiliki ketrampilan kurang. Setelah dilakukan edukasi melalui demonstrasi, kemampuan anak-anak dalam melakukan akupresur untuk mengatasi batuk pilek 62,5% memiliki ketrampilan baik dan 12,5% memiliki ketrampilan sangat baik.

Abstract

Infancy is a golden age and development period for babies. At the age of 6-9 months, the baby's gross motor skills begin by sitting without support then standing with support. Baby gym is a technique that stimulates growth, development, especially in gross motor skills for babies optimally. In Indonesia itself, 7.5% of babies experience developmental delays. Purpose This study aims to determine the effectiveness of baby gym in stimulating gross motor skills in babies aged 6-9 months. This research method uses a quasi experiment with a pre-test post-test one group research design. The sample in this study were babies aged 6-9 months, the sample size used in the study was 30 babies. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations and questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study stated that the effectiveness of baby gym in stimulating gross motor skills in babies aged 6-9 months was obtained with ap value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of baby gym in stimulating gross motor skills in babies aged 6-9 months.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a reproductive process that needs special care in order to achieve safe and good delivery, giving birth to a healthy baby in hopes of lowering baby and mother mortality. Gravidarum hyperemesis is excessive nausea and vomiting that leads to fluid and electrolyte deficiencies, weight loss, aceonuria, and nutritional deficiencies. This feeling of nausea is caused by increased levels of the hormones estrogen and Chorionic Gonadotropin Hormone (HCG) in serum reduced gastric changes (Ministry of Health, 2013). One of the predisposing factors associated with the increased risk of morning sickness and physiological hyperemesis is not yet clear, and the central nervous system or emptying of gravidarum is gestational diabetes mellitus at knowing the effectiveness of booklet-based education in mothers with hyperemesis Grafidarum to temporary blood sugar levels in kuranji village in the working area of Public health center Belimbing Padang. The type of research is a Pre – Experimental Design with the One - Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Analyzing the Application of Booklet-Based Education Model in Pregnant Women with Grafidarum Hyperemesis on temporary Blood Sugar Levels in Kuranji Village Padang. Data is processed by editing, coding, entry, cleaning and analyzed by univariate and bivariate . More than half (55%) of pregnant women experienced moderate levels of hyperemesis, and 65% of blood sugar levels of pregnant women with hyperemesis were in abnormal conditions before given the booklet education. Most (70%) of pregnant women's blood sugar levels are within normal limits after given the educational booklets. Bivariate analysis showed that educational booklet about hyperemesis has an influence on the blood sugar levels of pregnant women in the working area of The Belimbing public Health Center.
