three highest priority The strategy in plant breeding strategies of melinjo as reforestation and increasing incomes at Batubara District that can be taken are : (1) the greening implement with melinjo plants; (2) improve the greening funds through the participation of private sector and non-governmental; (3) the increase of motivation and participation.The income directly influence the level of public life itself, and is often associated with life prevailing in society. The revenue shows that a person's level of ability their needs.The result of studies shows that the primary income of farmer sample average Rp. 2.276.371,-/month, and additional income from the melinjo cultivation the lowest is Rp. 96.000,-/month by the number of trees as much as 2 trees, and the highest income is Rp. 2.082.167,-/month with 31 trees. The income average of Rp. 47.447,-/trees/month. The green space (greening) at the Batubara District until the year 2009 are 14.174 ha or 15% of the area of Batubara District. The greening at Batubara District still use shade unproductive trees, therefore the need to use the productive tree in this case is still very large like melinjo trees at Batubara District and also an opportunity to utilize the productions of the tree to add melinjo income apart from the benefits of greening itself. Abstract

The Serdang Bedagai Regency chosen as the research site based on the grounds that the Serdang Bedagai Regency is an area of cassava production center of the second largest in North Sumatra. The formulation of problem in this study were : 1) describing the current state of cassava development in Serdang Bedagai Regency, includes the development of farming and processing industry, market prospects, potential and investment opportunities and policy support. 2) What are the external and internal factors that effect the development of cassava at Serdang Bedagai Regency. 3) What is the right strategy for the development of cassava at Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses observations with a research instrument by questionnaires and interviews to collect primary and secondary data. This research is descriptive. The are 5 respondents namely: Head of Department of Agriculture, Kasubdis Production, Agricultural Extension, Chairman of Farmers Group, and academics who were in the area of Serdang Bedagai Regency. Data analyzed using the SWOT analysis to find the right alternative strategies in order development of cassava as raw materials and processed food industry at Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research results obtained the alternative strategies of cassava development strategy priorities are: improve the quality of human resource farmers (STAS mean = 5,840 ), the cassava farmers establish cooperatives as a means of outreach, education, the introduction of technology and access to capital (average STAS = 5,777), conducting the education and training for farmers to increase their knowledge and mastery of technology (STAS mean = 5,774), utilizing the budget autonomy to increase cassava production so as to meet the needs of industry (STAS mean = 5,735), expanding the cassava growing areas (STAS mean = 5,673), the cooperation of the industry in the capital and marketing of cassava farming (STAS mean = 5,571), increasing the intensification of cassava farming in order quality can be competitive and profitable (STAS mean = 5,441), promoting the use of seedlings (clones) excel (STAS mean = 5,263). Keywords: strategic management, strategic factor, matrix IFAS, QSPM

Abstract

At reformation era the identity crisis amongst the members of Al-Irsyad became manifest which directed to split in 20027. This article aims to analyze the Hadrami, the community of Arab descendent, at dealing the issues of Islam and the state at the period of 1990s – 2007. This research find out that at Reformation era, some members of Al-Irsyad suffered from disorientation manifested in the form of internal conflict, contestation, and then split in 2007. It started from the infiltration of the contemporary Salafi which causes its members diverted from the early goals of Al-Irsyad. These disorientated members, based on the Salafi ideology, made movement claimed as a kind of khittah, that is to restore the organization in line with the early goals of Al-Irsyad. This movement, then, created conflict and contestation within Al-Irsyad which 1n 2007 resulted in the split of organization into Al-Irsyad al-Islamiyah and Perhimpunan Al-Irsyad.Key words: Al-Irsyad, Hadrami community, identity crisis, Split, Salafi.

Abstract

Pluralitas seperti ras, etnis, agama, dan isme-isme (aliran) adalah sunnatullah yang keberadannya tidak bisa dihindari. Maka dari itu, munculnya aliran-aliran keagamaan, berdasarkan bukti-bukti sejarah, adalah bagian dari pluralitas agama. Dalam hal ini, untuk menjelaskan hal tersebut, tulisan ini mencoba untuk menekankan perlunya kesadaran semua orang akan keberadaan pluralitas aliran-aliran keagamaan sebagai bagian dari sikap inklusif terhadap pluralitas tersebut. Jika hal tersebut bisa dilakukan, maka masyarakat akan bisa membangun dialog konstruktif dan munculnya aliran-aliran keagamaan yang berbeda di masyarakat tidak akan menimbulkan konflik berdarah, melainkan akan melahirkan rahmat bagi umat manusia.Key words: dialogue, distinct sects, inclusive-pluralistic, sunnatullah.

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia sebagai suatu sistem sosial memiliki struktur sosial yang unik, baik secara vertikal maupun horizontal.  Secara vertikal struktur sosial masyarakat Indonesia ditandai perbedaan-perbedaan vertikal antara lapisan atas dan lapisan bawah yang tajam. Secara horizontal, struktur sosial masyarakat Indonesia terdiri atas berbagai suku bangsa, adat-istiadat, bahasa serta agama yang mencirikan masyarakat Indonesia sebagai suatu masyarakat majemuk. Hal ini sering menimbulkan berbagai konflik sebagai suatu konsekuensi masyarakat yang majemuk. Artikel ini membahas tentang keragaman Indonesia dan upaya-upaya untuk menjaga integritas nasional. Abstract

Pendidikan bermutu harus dilihat dari tiga cakupan, yaitu Produk, efek dan dampak. Hasil pendidikan yang berupa produi adalah wujud hasil yang dicapai pada akhir satu proses pendidikan. Hasil yang berupa efek adalah perubahan lebih lanjut terhadap keseluruhan kepribadian peserta didik sebagai akibat perolehan produk dari proses pendidikan (pembelajaran) dari satu periode tertentu. Selanjutnya hasil pendidikan yang berupa dampak, adalah burupa penaruh lebih lanjut hasil pendidikan (yang berupa produk dan efek pada diri peserta didik) terhadap kondisi dan lingkungannya baik di dalam keluarga ataupun masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Istilah profesi sudah cukup dikenal oleh semua pihak, dan senantiasa melekat pada guru karena tugas guru sesungguhnya merupakan suatu jabatan profesional. Ada bebarapa istilah lain yang dikembangkan yang bersumber dari istilah “profesi” yaitu istilah profesional, profesionalisme, profesionalitas, dan profesionalisasi. Kualitas guru profesionalisme harus didukung oleh lima kompetensi, yaitu : 1. Keingan untuk selalu menampilkan perilaku yang mendekati standar ideal. 2. Meningkatkan dan memelihara citra profesi, 3. Keinginan untuk senantiasa mengejar kesempatan pengembangan profesi yang dapat meningkatkan dan memperbaiki kualitas pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, 4.Mengejar kualitas dan cita-cita dalam profesi, dan 5.Memiliki kebangaan terhadap profesinya. Peningkatan profesionalisme dilaksanakan secara terpadu, konsepsional dan sistematis dengan pendekatan : Melalui pelaksanaan tugas, response, penelusuran dan pengembangan diri, dan dukungan system.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the native chicken business in Indonesia has such high potential that it is very suitable for business actors and chicken farmers in Indonesia. Designing strategies and ways of marketing processed chicken products is very important in increasing product sales. To meet the public demand for native chicken meat, marketing activities are needed that can distribute the meat from producers to consumers. Where marketing is essentially the flow of goods from producers to consumers. Marketing activities are an important factor that will determine the success of an entrepreneur. This research aims to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for chicken farmers in Parbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, in order to increase sales and product competitiveness through the use of digital technology. In this study, the method used by the author is a qualitative research method by conducting a case study of the object under study. According to Sugiyono (2019: 16) qualitative research methods are as research methods based on natural philosophy (experiments) where researchers are instruments, data collection techniques and data analysis are inductive / qualitative and emphasize meaning. Word of mouth marketing is a promotional method that comes from consumers, by consumers, and for consumers. Satisfied customers will not only repurchase but they are also a walking, talking billboard for the business.
