Abstract

Many famous fashion magazines entrust the identity and characteristics of their products to the typography used as the logotype (word mark) of a company or magazine brand. Each type of letter carries its own character which then builds the character of the product they have been created. The character of a letter also influences people's perception of the products presented in this fashion. BAZAAR, ELLE, and VOGUE were chosen as representatives of fashion magazines around the world, given their very long appearance (starting in 1867) and the history of their emergence during the industrial revolution and are still popular today. This study aims to determine the impression obtained from typographic characteristics in the fashion magazine brand BAZAAR, ELLE, and VOGUE.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menghasilkan produk yang membantu proses pembelajaran yang berupa media pembelajaran yang interaktif yang sering digunakan saat ini yang disebut multimedia interaktif yang sudah diujikan dan valid sebagai kriteria media pada tema lingkunganku khususnya pada pokok bahasan IPA dan matematika untuk siswa SD kelas 5 khususnya di SD Negeri 7 Sesetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Pengembangan dengan model Bergman & Moore yang memiliki enam tahapan kegiatannya, antara lain: (1) analisa, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan media, (4) proses produksi media, (5) penggabungan unsur media, dan (6) validasi oleh para ahli. Secara garis besar penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase 80% dengan kategori hasil uji adalah sangat baik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari ahli media adalah sebesar 88% dan tergolong ke dalam kategoti sangat baik. Kemudian dari hasil uji coba terbatas dengan persentase 90% kualifikasi sangat baik. Hasil tersebut juga berpengaruh pada nilai posttest siswa yaitu dengan rata-rata 82 dari sebelumnya nilai rata-rata dari pretest 65. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa multimedia interaktif ceria (MIC) yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini juga didukung dengan hasil uji paired samples t-test nilai t signifikan <0.01 atau 1%. Kesimpulannya bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif ceria (MIC) pembelajaran tematik khususnya pada bahasan IPA dan matematika di Sekolah Dasar khususnya di SD Negeri 7 Sesetan memiliki daya guna tinggi serta dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran khususnya di kelas 5 SD pada tema lingkunganku. Sehingga sangat diharapkan kedepannya para pengembang media dapat membuat media-media interaktif yang dapat mengembangkan minat belajar sehingga berimas kepada hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam kegiatan pembelajaran, seorang guru sudah pasti akan berhadapan dengan berbagai persoalan baik menyangkut peserta didik, subject matter, maupun metode pembelajaran. Sebagai seorang profesional, guru harus melakukan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara terus menerus agar prestasi belajar peserta didik optimal. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut guru harus dibekali dengan kemampuan meneliti, khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian, dalam menyusun laporan PTK yang sesuai dengan sistematika. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi beberapa kegiatan yaitu Pengumpulan Data, Indentifikasi Masalah, Analisis Kebutuhan Materi Pelatihan, Perancangan dan Penyusunan Modul Pelatihan, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, dan Dokumentasi Kegiatan dan Laporan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan penyusunan laporan PTK kepada guru-guru SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian yang telah dilakukan, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam penyusunan laporan PTK sebesar 81,26%. Kata kunci: pelatihan; penelitian tindakan kelas. ABSTRACTIn learning activities, a teacher will certainly be dealing with various problems both regarding students, subject matter, and learning methods. As a professional, teachers must continuously improve the quality of learning so that students' learning achievement is optimal. To realize this the teacher must be equipped with the ability to research, especially Classroom Action Research. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of Padangsambian 5 Elementary School teachers to compile PTK reports in accordance with systematics. The implementation of community service activities includes several activities, namely Data Collection, Problem Identification, Analysis of Training Material Requirements, Training Module Design and Preparation, Training Implementation, and Documentation of Activities and Reports. From the community service activities carried out, it can be concluded that the PTK report preparation training for Padangsambian State Elementary School 5 teachers has been able to improve the ability of teachers in PTK report preparation by 81.26% Keywords: training; classroom action research

Abstract

Technological advances have a big impact on every line of life, including education. Everyone in the world of education can easily access information from various sources on the internet, this causes a lot of academic fraud to occur, including acts of plagiarism. GONE Theory, discovered by Jack Bologne in 1993, explains a theory about the factors that underlie someone's fraudulent or deceptive behavior. GONE is an abbreviation of Greed (greed), Opportunity (opportunity), Need (need and Exposure). The aim of this research is to determine the dominant influence between the 4 cheating factors. This type of research uses ex post facto with the population being active students in the Province Bali in 2023 who are studying under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Research and Technology, namely from Ganesha Education University, Udayana University, Bali State Polytechnic, and the Indonesian Institute of Arts, based on data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, there are 58,588 students (BPS, 2023). table from Krejcie and Morgan, the number of samples for a population of 50,000-75,000 is 382 (taken from N = 50,000-75,000 in Morgan's table) with an accuracy level (d2) of 95% and a significance level (z2) of 5 %. The research results show that the disclosure variable has the greatest influence on academic cheating, namely 39%. Based on these results, honest character is the best solution to create academic integrity among students.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah penggunaan media Google Classroom sebagai media pembelajaranpada mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia saat pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, kemudahan serta hambatan dalampenggunaan Google Classroom. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas E jurusan teknik informatika diSTMIK STIKOM INDONESIA, dengan sampel sebanyak 7 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknikrandom sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data padapenelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung yang dilakukan di waktu yang sama. Datapenelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis data interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwamahasiswa mudah menggunakan Google Classroom, namun belum maksimal sebagai media pembelajaran BahasaIndonesia karena terkendala akses internet, dari kurang stabilnya siynal juga sering terjadinya pemadaman listrik didaerah mereka.Kata kunci: Google Classroom, media pembelajaran, Bahasa Indonesia, pandemi covid-19AbstractThis study aimed to explore the use of Google Classroom media as a medium of learning in Indonesianlanguage courses when implementing online learning, the convenience and obstacles in using Google Classroom. Thepopulation of this study were students of class E majoring in informatics engineering at STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA,with a sample of 7 students who were determined using random sampling technique. The research method uses aqualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques and directobservation which were carried out at the same time. The research data were analyzed using interactive data analysis.Based on the results of the study, it shows that students have not been able to use Google Classroom optimally as amedium for learning Indonesian because internet access is constrained, from the lack of stable signals and frequentpower outages in their area.Keywords: Google Classroom, learning media, Indonesian language, covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini aialah meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah diterapkan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dengan bantuan media video pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ialah peserta didik pada jenjang pendidikan kelas V SDN 5 Penarukan tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 sebanyak 28 orang. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi objek ialah hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dipilih sebagai jenis penelitian yang terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari skor hasil belajar siswa dari awal siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Pada awal siklus diperoleh rata-rata sebsar 62,71 dengan persentase ketuntasan 56% menandakan ketuntasan masih jauh dari kriteria ketuntasan yang telah ditentukan. Rata rata kelas pada siklus I diperoleh sebesar 72,39 dengan persentase 76% hal ini menandakan adanya peningkatan dibandingkan dengan awal siklus. Rata-rata kelas pada siklus II diperoleh mencapai 90,00 dengan persentase ketuntasan 97%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dengan berbantuan media video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKN siswa.Kata Kunci : pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, video pembelajaran, hasil belajar, PKNAbstractThe aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes after applying a contextual learning approach assisted by learning video media. The research subjects were 28 students at the fifth grade level of SDN 5 Penarukan in the 2019/2020 school year. In this study, the object of this study is the learning outcomes of students. Classroom Action Research was chosen as the type of research consisting of two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The data of this study consisted of scores of student learning outcomes from the beginning of the cycle, cycle I and cycle II. At the beginning of the cycle, an average of 62.71 was obtained with a 56% completeness percentage indicating that completeness was very far from the predetermined KKM. In the first cycle, the class average was 73.24 with a percentage of 76%, this indicates an increase compared to the beginning of the cycle. In the second cycle, the average class reached 90.00 with a 97% completeness percentage. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the application of a contextual learning approach with the help of instructional video media can improve student learning outcomes in PKN..Keywords: contextual teaching and learning, learning videos, learning outcomes, science

Abstract

The lack of teacher skills in building students' character in the Pancasila education subject impacts the decline in students' attitudes. A common decline in attitude is seen when students are not fully attentive during the flag-raising ceremony and do not display proper posture while singing national anthems. To address this issue, a learning model is needed to enhance students' national attitudes. This study aims to examine the effect of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model assisted by board game media on national attitudes in the Pancasila education subject among fourth-grade elementary school students. This research is a quasi-experimental study using a non-equivalent post-test-only control group design. The population consists of 195 fourth-grade elementary school students. The sample was selected using cluster random sampling, with 28 students in the experimental group and 28 students in the control group. Data collection was conducted through observation using observation sheets as the instrument. The research data were analyzed using inferential statistics (t-test). Based on the hypothesis testing through t-test calculation at a significance level (α) of 0.05, the results showed tcount=3.920  and ttable=1.674t. Since tcount>ttable, H0 is rejected, and H1 accepted. These results indicate a significant effect of applying the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model assisted by board game media on students' national attitudes. This research implies that the learning process can be more effective and efficient in instilling national values to students. This is expected to help students develop a national attitude that is in line with the expectations and goals of education.

Abstract

Adequate learning media facilities will support the improvement of students' knowledge competencies. Students still have difficulty in understanding the material on the Nature and Types of Norms in Society which is still lacking. This study aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile-Based Learning Video on the Nature and Types of Norms in Society for Pancasila Subjects for Grade IV Students. This study is development research using the ADDIE development model. The data collection method uses regular multiple-choice objective tests and questionnaires and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed (1) The design of the Learning Video media with the results of the design assessment from design experts with a percentage of 90.90% which is in the qualification (Very Good). (2) The quality of the Learning Video shows the results of the expert test is very good. (3) The effectiveness of the Learning Video based on the results of the t-test obtained a t-count value (39.281) greater than the t-table (2.055) for db = 15 and a significance level of 5%, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It was concluded that there is a significant difference before and after using learning video media based on the profile of Pancasila students on the material of the nature and types of norms in society for the Pancasila subject for grade IV elementary school students.
