Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) karyawan milenial di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 97 orang karyawan milenial di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner melalui google form dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Sample Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) karyawan milenial di Kota Tangerang Selatan, (b) iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) karyawan milenial di Kota Tangerang Selatan, dan (c) kepuasan kerja dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) karyawan milenial di Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

This research is an associative quantitative study using primary data, with a population of 140 and a sample of 103 people, the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula. The data analysis model used is path analysis using SPSS The results showed the following results: Leadership style has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Human resource development has a direct effect on job satisfaction, Leadership style has a direct effect on employee performance,Human resource development has a direct and indirect effect. Job satisfaction has adirect effect on employee performance (6) Leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, Human resource development has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. It can be concluded that there is an indirect effect of leadership style and human resource development on employee performance through job satisfaction, but the direct influence of human resource development on job satisfaction has the greatest influence, while for the direct effect of human resource development on performance is the smallest influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Job Insecurity dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan pada PT. Lippo General Insurance. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Turnover Intention Karyawan. Akan tetapi penulis membatasi masalah kedalam tiga variabel yaitu iklim organisasi, job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh atau non probability sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Lippo General Insurance. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi, job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Namun, berdasarkan uji F iklim organisasi, job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengrahkan pada pengaruh dari adanya budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan studi kasus paa SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dimana peneliti menggunakan sofware SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini menekankan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari budaya organisasi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Selanjutnya, kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dimana dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Selanjutnya pengaruh positif dan signifikan juga terjadi pada motivasi yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja para guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Serta yang terakhir adanya pengaruh positif signifikan kepuasan kera guru SMK Muhammadiyah Tengerang terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan, dengan Dukungan Organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 Tenaga Kependidikan, dan dianalisis memakai Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwasannya Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan, dengan koefisien 0,400 dan 0,260. Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi juga mempengaruhi Dukungan Organisasi secara signifikan, dengan koefisien 0,423 dan 0,400. Pengaruh tidak langsung Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan melalui Dukungan Organisasi tidak signifikan (0,126), sementara Kompetensi berdampak positif dan signifikan melalui Dukungan Organisasi (0,112). Dukungan Organisasi juga memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan langsung terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan (0,299).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Laksana Sejahtera. The study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, using primary data obtained from 60 employees of PT. Laksana Sejahtera. The independent variables in this study are Discipline and Work Environment, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The results of the study indicate that, partially, Discipline has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a t- t-count value of 3.053 greater than the t-table (1.672) and a significance value of 0.003 <0.05. The Work Environment also partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 5.631 greater than the t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, Discipline and Work Environment together have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the F-count value of 23 greater than the F table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that both Discipline and Work Environment are important factors in improving Employee Performance at PT. Laksana Sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Simponi Sigmanera, with motivation and work discipline as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The research used a quantitative associative method with primary data collected from the population of all permanent employees and a random sample of 60 respondents. The results show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 2.696 greater than the t-table value of 1.671 (2.696 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.034 < 0.05. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 5.007 greater than the t-table value of 1.671 (5.007 > 1.671) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Collectively, work motivation and discipline significantly influence employee performance at PT. Simponi Sigmanera, demonstrating the importance of these variables in improving performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinana dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Sustraco Adikreasi. Variabel independen yang dipergunakan merupakan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi, sementara itu yang menjadi variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 responden karyawan pada PT Sustraco Adikreasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpnan berpengeruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 3.420 > 1,68 dan nilai signifikan 0,02 < 0,05, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 3.541> 2,03 dan nilai signifikan 0,01 < 0,05. Secara bersama-sama Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel 91.618 > 3,25 dan nilai signifikan 000 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the Compensation and Work Environment on Teacher Job Satisfaction with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable at Miftahul Ulum Educational Foundation Gandul Cinere Depok. The independent variables used are Compensation and Work Environment, while the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents at Miftahul Ulum Educational Foundation Gandul Cinere Depok. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary data. The results of this study indicate that the Compensation has significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a value t count is greater than t table (4,160 > 1,662) and is significant at (0,000 < 0,05), Work Environment has significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a calculated t value greater than t table (2,761 > 1,662) and is significant at (0,006 < 0,05), Compensation has not significant effect on Job Satisfaction trough Work Motivation with an indirect effect value smaller than the direct influence value (0,117 < 0,225), Work Environment has not significant effect on Job Satisfaction trough Work Motivation with an indirect effect value greater than the direct influence value (0,136 < 0,217), and Work Motivation has significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a value t count is greater than t table (3,127 > 1,662) and is significant at (0,002 < 0,05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational justice on the career development of lecturers with work motivation as a mediating variable at Muhammadiyah College in DKI Jakarta. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach, with a total of 179 lecturers at Muhammadiyah Higher Education in DKI Jakarta. The results of the study show that (1) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of lecturers at Muhammadiyah Higher Education in DKI Jakarta, (2) organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of lecturers at Muhammadiyah Higher Education in DKI Jakarta, (3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the career development of lecturers at Muhammadiyah Higher Education DKI Jakarta, (4) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on lecturer career development at Muhammadiyah Higher Education in DKI Jakarta, (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on lecturer career development at Muhammadiyah Higher Education in DKI Jakarta, (6) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on lecturer career development through work motivation at Muhammadiyah Higher Education in DKI Jakarta, and (7) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on lecturer career de development through work motivation in a Muhammadiyah College in DKI Jakarta
