Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi Pada PT. Mitrausaha Indonesia Grup (Funding Societies). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah Populasi sebanyak 82 orang karyawan, sehingga sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin sebanyak 69 orang karyawan PT. Mitrausaha Indonesia Grup (Funding Societies). Dengan demikian pengambilan sampel menggunaan Sampel Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai coefficient sebesar 0,374. Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai coefficient sebesar 0,278. Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai coefficient sebesar 0,300. Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai coefficient 0,000. Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai coefficient sebesar 0,252. Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai coefficient sebesar 0,094 dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai coefficient 0,070.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT Sigma Cipta Utama. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi, sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai dan variabel intervening adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan salah satu teknik non probabilitysampling yakni sampling jenuh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 83 responden dengan level jabatan Team Leader danOfficer dari Pegawai pada PT Sigma Cipta Utama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan Model Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equitional Modeling (SEM) menggunakan PLS.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,303 dan P Value sebesar 0,008. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,314 dan P Value sebesar 0,001. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,222 dan P Value sebesar 0,039. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,219 dan P Value sebesar 0,007. Kepemimpinan melalui Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai koefisien 0,245 dan P Value sebesar 0,027. Kompetensi melalui Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai koefisien 0,250 dan P Value sebesar 0,003. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai koefisien 0,479 dan P Value sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of Leadership and Competency on the Performance of Educational Personnel, with Job Satisfaction serving as a Mediating Variable at PTIQ University. The independent variables considered are Leadership and Competency, while the dependent variables encompass the Performance of Educational Personnel, with Job Satisfaction acting as a mediating factor. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents from the educational personnel of PTIQ University. Employing an associative quantitative approach, this research utilized primary data and applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via Smart PLS. The findings reveal that Leadership exhibits a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Educational Personnel, indicating a coefficient value of 0.761. Likewise, Competency demonstrates a positive and significant impact on the Performance of Educational Personnel, with a coefficient value of 0.206. Furthermore, Leadership is found to affect Job Satisfaction positively and significantly, displaying a coefficient value of 0.605, while Competence also exhibits a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, with a coefficient value of 0.249. Moreover, Leadership and Competency both positively and significantly affect the Performance of Educational Personnel through Job Satisfaction, with coefficient values of 0.512 and 0.217, respectively. Lastly, Job Satisfaction significantly influences the Performance of Educational Personnel, with a coefficient value of 0.278.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif merupakan faktor kunci dalam memastikan keberlanjutan operasional lembaga pendidikan. Tanpa manajemen keuangan yang baik, lembaga pendidikan akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam menjalankan program pendidikan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 83, Tangerang Selatan, melalui program pendampingan yang meliputi pelatihan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, penyusunan laporan keuangan, dan perencanaan anggaran yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari survei awal, pelatihan, pendampingan langsung, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sekolah berhasil menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana secara mandiri, meningkatkan pemahaman staf mengenai prinsip pengelolaan keuangan, dan menerapkan sistem pencatatan yang lebih terstruktur. Selain itu, alokasi dana operasional dapat dirancang lebih efektif, mendukung pengembangan fasilitas dan kualitas pendidikan. Program ini juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan waktu peserta dan kendala teknis dalam penggunaan aplikasi, yang dapat diatasi dengan panduan praktis dan waktu konsultasi tambahan. Dengan demikian, pendampingan ini terbukti meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Training, Motivation, and Incentives on Employee Performance at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, South Tangerang City. The independent variables used are training, motivation and incentives, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents to employees of PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, South Tangerang City. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary data. These results indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 2.119 > 1.670 and a significant value of 0.038 < 0.05, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table 2.408 > 1.670 and a significant value of 0.019 <0.05, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t table 2.385 > 1.670 and significant value 0.020 <0.05. Taken together training, motivation and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value greater than F table 24.295 > 2.76 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of South Tangerang City using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 7.434 with a significance level below 0.05, suggesting that employees’ knowledge, skills, and work attitudes contribute to improved performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.001 and a significance level below 0.05, indicating that a conducive work environment enhances employee productivity. Simultaneously, competence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 89.966 with a significance level below 0.05, implying that optimal employee performance is achieved through both individual competence and a supportive work environment.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) using a quantitative associative approach. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 60 employees as research respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 4.565 with a significance level below 0.05, suggesting that employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities play an important role in improving performance outcomes. In addition, work discipline also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance, evidenced by a t-value of 4.567 and a significance level below 0.05, which indicates that adherence to organizational rules, punctuality, and responsibility contribute to higher levels of performance. Simultaneously, competence and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, as demonstrated by an F-value of 40.821, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.16 with a significance level below 0.05. These results confirm that employee performance at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) is strongly influenced by both individual competence and disciplined work behavior, implying that management should focus on enhancing employee competencies and strengthening work discipline to achieve optimal organizational performance.
