Abstract

Learning System in Indonesia is carried out with a face-to-face system, teaching and learning activities are carried out in schools in one room. The widespread pandemic of the covid 19 virus made the Ministry of Education and Culture take a policy to conduct online school activities to prevent the transmission of the disease virus. Online learning does not all have to be done using Zoom or similar applications. It is also necessary that applications that schools can manage and uniformize their use so that teachers can quickly fill out materials and tasks. The learning system carried out in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo is considered less effective, affecting learning outcomes. The application created is an application that can help the learning and teaching process in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Learning media is expected to help facilitate the absorption of the material and the delivery of lesson content to increase students' motivation to learn and understand it anywhere and anytime. The method used is the Research and Development method. As a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product where the object of research in the study is a Student at SmK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. The purpose of the study is to help increase students' learning motivation in times of pandemics.

Abstract

CV. Total Design Gorontalo yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan bergerak di bidang desain interior. Terkait dengan kurangnya informasi yang didapat oleh konsumen dalam memilih property yang akan digunakan di dalam rumah maka CV. Total Design Gorontalo memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi e-commerce berbasis android yang diharapkan dapat membantu Total Design dalam melakukan promosi dan juga membantu konsumen dalam pemilihan property untuk mengisi rumah yang cocok dengan pilihan konsumen dan dapat memudahkan pemilihan property isi rumah bagi pemilik rumah tersebut terutama bagi pemilik rumah yang kurang berpengalaman dalam memilih property tertentu. CV. Total Design bukan hanya memberikan solusi kepada konsumen terhadap desain interior tetapi juga memberikan solusi kepada konsumen terhadap pemilihan property isi rumah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Research and Development atau yang dikenal dengan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Metode ini didefinisikan sebagai metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Berdasarkan pengujian whitebox diperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan perhitungan ciyclometic complexity dan aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dibeberapa jenis handphone android

Abstract

The election of Putra and Putri Daerah is one of the activities held every year by the Tourism Office, including in Bolaang Mongondow Utara. If in Jakarta elections like this are called Abang Noni Jakarta elections, then in Bolaang Mongondow Regency, it is called Boulo Vuyu election. Bolaang Mongondow District Tourism Office is one part of the Republik Indonesia tourism ministry in the area, tasked with providing services to local and local communities. One of the activities is often organized by the Tourism Office of Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency, which is the election activity of Boulo Vuyu. The activity can encourage and motivate people to preserve, develop, and promote regional arts and culture in the community, especially in the younger generation. The research aims to design an e-voting design application that can select the favourite Boulo Vuyu, using waterfall research methods, then generate the design of e-voting applications that can solve the problems. The study results concluded that the Application could facilitate the committee in evaluating the number of participants who follow boulo vuyu and the people who conducted the selection of the favourite Boulo Vuyu.

Abstract

Decision-making is experienced by the Tourism Office, which must make recommendations for tourist attractions in Gorontalo Province. Decision-making that combines quantitative and qualitative elements can be assisted by a decision support system (SPK). According to its understanding, SPK is an interactive computer-based system that helps decision-makers use data and various models to solve unstructured problems. This subjectivity usually occurs to reduce the complexity of the decision-making process due to many alternatives. If in the decision-making process for tourist attraction recommendations, users can be assisted by a computerized decision support system that provides desired recommendations for tourist attractions. To calculate the consideration of this tourist attraction in the decision support system can use the topsis method with criteria such as Tourist cost, Time of visit, Age, Type of attraction, Mileage, Facilities, Beauty, and Safety. The method used in this study is the TOPSIS Method because it is based on its concept that the best alternative has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest distance from the Negative ideal solution.

Abstract

Improving the performance of civil servants (PNS) is a significant focus for the government, and the evaluation of PNS performance is regulated in government regulations. However, the process of evaluating PNS performance still faces challenges such as manual record-keeping and time-consuming data collection. Therefore, a technology-based system is needed to overcome these issues. The designed E-Kinerja Pegawai (Employee Performance) application is expected to assist PNS in recording and reporting their performance, as well as facilitating the performance evaluation process by the local government. With this system, it is hoped that PNS can focus more on their core duties and functions, while the performance evaluation process becomes faster, more efficient, and well-computerized. This research aims to design an Android-based E-Kinerja Pegawai application in Kabupaten Bone Bolango. The application aims to assist civil servants in recording and reporting their performance and support the local government in evaluating employee performance more efficiently. As the backbone of the government, PNS plays a vital role in serving the community and driving the government machinery in Indonesia. Based on the conducted testing, the obtained V(G) = 3 and Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 3. The testing results using test cases demonstrate that the designed system is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research focuses on issues within the agricultural sector, specifically in cocoa farming. The associated problem is the lack of agricultural extension workers, which results in farmers' limited understanding of cocoa plant diseases and their management. As a consequence, disease identification in cocoa plants has traditionally relied on mere estimates, often proving inaccurate and inefficient in taking appropriate actions. The primary objective of this research is to design and develop an Android-based application utilizing the Certainty Factor method for diagnosing diseases in cocoa plants. The application is envisioned to function as an intelligent consultant for providing disease diagnoses in cocoa plants. The research employs the Research and Development methodology, gathering data from both primary and secondary sources through observations and interviews. The application is tested using both whitebox and blackbox methodologies. Whitebox testing results demonstrate that the system can operate effectively, as indicated by calculations of V(G) and Cyclomatic Complexity (CC). Blackbox testing, conducted with sample tests, also indicates that the system functions as expected and efficiently. In conclusion, the system developed in this research can significantly assist users, particularly farmers, in diagnosing diseases in cocoa plants. The expert system for diagnosing cocoa plant diseases can be relied upon and operates effectively.

Abstract

Stres belajar merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang umum dialami siswa, terutama di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang memiliki beban akademik dan praktik kejuruan secara bersamaan. Keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya menyebabkan proses deteksi tingkat stres secara manual oleh guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) menjadi tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendeteksi tingkat stres belajar siswa SMK secara cepat dan akurat menggunakan algoritma backward chaining. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara bersama guru BK untuk menyusun basis pengetahuan berupa gejala dan aturan inferensi. Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta diuji melalui white box dan black box testing untuk memastikan keakuratan logika dan fungsionalitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengklasifikasikan lima tingkatan stres secara tepat berdasarkan input gejala siswa, serta memberikan saran penanganan sesuai tingkat stres yang terdeteksi. Sistem ini terbukti efisien dan relevan digunakan sebagai alat bantu guru BK dalam proses identifikasi awal stres belajar siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemanfaatan sistem pakar dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis gejala psikologis siswa. Di masa mendatang, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui integrasi teknologi mobile dan kecerdasan buatan berbasis data historis

Abstract

Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menjaga keselamatan pekerja di lingkungan kerja. Namun, masih banyak pekerja yang mungkin lupa atau sengaja tidak menggunakan kelengkapan APD ini dengan beberapa faktor, seperti, kepala terasa berat dan ketat dengan penggunaan helm, atau merasa panas ketika menggunakan rompi pelindung. Hal ini tentunya dapat menimbulkan risiko bahaya ketika sedang bekerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat memantau penggunaan APD pada pekerja. Sistem ini menerapkan algoritma YOLOv5 dalam proses pendeteksian kelengkapan APD pekerja tersebut. Dengan menggunakan bobot model yang dihasilkan pada proses training dengan Image Size 640, Epoch 300, Batch size 8, maka pengujian pendeteksian APD pada tangkapan kamera pengintai CCTV perusahaan, menghasilkan nilai akurasi tertinggi 81% (person/pekerja), 87% (helm), 78% (rompi pelindung), 71% (tanpa rompi) dan 77% (tanpa helm). Berdasarkan nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma YOLOv5 ini mampu mendeteksi objek apapun dengan baik. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat membantu supervisor dalam memantau penggunaan APD oleh pekerja sehingga risiko bahaya dapat dihindari sedini mungkin.
