Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior at football supporters of Semen Padang FC. This type of research is quantitative correlation with 70 subject which are Spartacks football supporters who were in Padang city. Subject retrieval is using incidental techniques. The data is processed by using a Product Moment Correlation technique. The hypothesis test results prove that there is a significant positive correlation between conformity with consumptive behavior at Semen Padang FC football supporters. There is a very significant positive relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior So it is advisable to football supporters to selective in buying the football attribute, both in quality and quantity Keywords: Conformity, consumptive behavior, supporter Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif pada kelompok suporter sepakbola Semen Padang FC. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek 70 orang Spartacks yang berada di kota Padang. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan teknik incidental. Data diolah menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif pada suporter sepakbola Semen Padang FC. Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif sehingga disarankan kepada suporter sepakbola agar selektif dalam membeli atribut sepakbola, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Abstract

Educational technology in general can be interpreted as the application of technology to educational activities. The most important thing here is the process of integration between people, ideas, organizations and equipment. Based on this assumption, educational technology can be interpreted as a logical, systematic, and scientific approach to educational activities. Development of Educational Technology is currently undergoing very rapid changes, especially in the field of education. In the use of ICTs in the field of education often face several obstacles, including: the lack of procurement of ICT infrastructure in various regions, the use of used technology equipment, the lack of legal instruments in the ICT field, and the high cost of procurement and use of ICT facilities. To solve the problems mentioned above, there needs to be a solution as a condition for the successful implementation of ICT in the learning process, namely: teachers and students must have access to digital and internet technology in schools, interactive learning materials that use laptops / computers, teachers must have the ability and skills in using digital tools, there must be sufficient budget to hold, develop, and maintain facilities and infrastructure and support from all parties, principals, teachers, and students in implementing ICT learning.

Abstract

Online learning and blended learning require teachers to prepare all learning materials in digital form that are easily accessible to students. However, student interaction, interest, and interest in the learning process is still low because the teacher uses information technology-based learning media that is not interactive. The implementation of this community service activity was prepared based on the willingness letter of the Regional VII Education Office Branch of West Sumatra No. 420/216/Cabdin.VII/KP-2022, which requires competency development for SMA/SMK teachers in designing information technology-based learning media or digital media in the learning process. The solution offered is a program to increase teacher competence in designing interactive technology-based or digital learning media and fostering student interest in the learning process. One form of learning media needed is interactive power points and digital-based teaching materials using flipPDF Professional. The forms of activities carried out are seminars and workshops. Service activities are carried out by looking at the teacher's initial knowledge regarding the learning media that will be developed. During this community service program teachers are facilitated and trained to design instructional media. The expected output is that teachers are able to produce interactive power points and FlipPDF Professional digital teaching materials in one Basic Competence (KD) for each subject in SMA/SMK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses transmisi moneter dari mekanisme keuangan bank Islam syariah di Indonesia dan membuktikan apakah mekanisme pembiayaan syariah akan menciptakan keseimbangan antara sektor riil dan moneter, menyebabkan penurunan tingkat inflasi. Variabel penelitian ini adalah tingkat inflasi, PUAS, SBIS dan pembiayaan syariah dari bank syariah menggunakan data time series. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan VAR tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek jumlah PUAS, jumlah SBIS dan jumlah keuangan bank Islam syariah dalam hubungan yang stabil untuk therate inflasi.
