Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Perputaran Modal Kerja Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Property and Real Estate Terdaftar Di BEI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat PMK dan NPM yang paling baik selama periode 2007-2011 dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PMK terhadap NPM. Metode penelitian adalah metode analisis asosiatif dengan bentuk kausal dan analisis statistik dengan regresi linier sederhana dengan program komputer SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang sangat lemah, pengaruh PMK terhadap NPM tidak ada dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini, nilai probabilitas yang diperoleh menunjukkan Ho diterima dan pengaruh yang terjadi tidak dapat berlaku untuk populasi yang diteliti. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara PMK dan profitabilitas (mengunakan NPM). Kata Kunci: Modal Kerja,Perputaran Modal Kerja, Profitabilitas, Net Profit Margin, dan BEI Abstract : The title of this research is Influence of Working Capital Turnover Profitability Against Property and Real Estate Company Registered in IDX. This study aims to determine the level of PMK and NPM best during the period 2007-2011 and to determine the effect of PMK on NPM. The research method is a method of analysis of causal and associative with the form of statistical analysis with a simple linear regression with SPSS computer program. The results showed a very weak level, the effect of PMK on NPM does not exist and is explained by other variables not included in this study, the probability value obtained shows Ho received and the impact that can not be applicable to the population studied. It can be concluded that there is no significant effect between PMK and profitability (using NPM). Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan dalam proses seleksi dan penempatan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Merpati Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 127 karyawan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pihak hotel melakukan perekrutan secara terbuka yaitu mencapai 35,29% dan berdasarkan lamaran yang masuk. Kepuasan karyawan dalam proses seleksi terhadap penempatan karyawan mencapai 88,24% ditunjukkan dengan kesesuaian penempatan karyawan. Sedangkan kepuasan karyawan dalam proses seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Merpati Pontianak terlihat pada kinerja karyawan berupa kerja sama antara karyawan dengan atasan, tanggung jawab serta pencapaian target kerja yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak hotel. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan, Proses Seleksi, Penempatan, Kinerja. Abstract: This study aims to find satisfaction in the selection and placement process for employee performance Pontianak Hotel Merpati. The method used is descriptive method. The sample was 127 employees. Results of data analysis showed that the hotel did openly recruiting, reaching 35.29% and based on incoming applications. Employee satisfaction in the selection process for the placement of employees reached 88.24% indicated the suitability of the placement of employees. While employee satisfaction in the selection process affect employee performance Pontianak Hotel Merpati look at the performance of employees in the form of cooperation between employees and employers, as well as the responsibility for achieving employment targets set by the hotel. Abstract

Existence of underground cave (bunker) in Jembayan has been known for long, but underground pathway was sealed and lost due to landslide. Goal of this research is to identify existence of underground cave (bunker) pathway based on magnetic data analysis. Topographic data acquisition with Theodolit and magnetic data acquisition with Geotron Model G5 Proton Memory Magnetometer at May 2nd 2019 with 98 observation point and space between observation point of 5 meters. Data processing carried out with diurnal variation corection, IGRF correction,. Upward continuation and reduce to pole. Modeling cared out by analyzing magnetic field anomaly that has been reduced to pole and upward continuation with 10 m height. Based on the analysis results and pathway cave magnetic data interpretation in Jembayan area shows existence of continuity from observation bunker and main bunker to north direction confirmed by higher magnetic field value between 230.1 to 2541 nT.

Abstract

This study purposes to determine the effect of Return on Equity on banking performance assessed by Tobin's Q through the value of gold, whether direct or indirect influence. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were 40 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the chosen sample was 29. This study used descriptive statistical data analysis and part analysis. The results show that ROE is not a significant negative effect while Gold on Q is a significant negative effect, the indirect coefficient is 0.02139 and the Total Effect is -0.02261, it means that the actual relationship is an indirect relationship better affecting Tobin's Q (Banking Performance ) which also means that indirectly the gold value variable can drive influence on Company Performance.

Abstract

This community service initiative represents the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, specifically in the domain of community service, through a collaborative partnership between the Center for Government Management and Policy Studies at Satya Wiyata Mandala University (USWIM) and the Government of Central Papua Province. The collaboration was established with the primary objective of supporting regional capacity development through academic mentorship. The activity was strategically focused on developing the Academic Paper for the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on Local Taxes and Retribution for Central Papua Province. As a newly formed autonomous region, Central Papua Province requires a comprehensive legal foundation to optimize Local Original Revenue (PAD) in accordance with Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments. Through this collaborative endeavor, USWIM provides academic contributions in the form of in-depth studies, comprehensive analysis, and technical support in the process of drafting regional regulations, directly supporting efforts to enhance governmental governance and fiscal independence in Central Papua Province
